0	What are the difficulties of being a man in today’s society? Very true! I’m literally all fields but teaching and nursing. My wife got promoted quickly because she’s a female anesthesiologist, even she admits that. I got prompted quickly to dean because I’m a male teacher, I know that too. 1	What are the difficulties of being a man in today’s society? My wife pays more tax than me, I’m a teacher and she is a anesthesiologist. She desperately didn’t want children because she’s literally married to her job, I was indifferent to kids (I work with kids all day so) and would have happily stayed home with them if she wanted them. I was a high school teacher and we sent teachers of professional development aimed at getting boys reading, literature for boys etc. This is very much a focus within education at least.
