The study was specifically for sexual assault reporting at a health centre. Not the entirety of the health services provided at a centre. 184 of the 882 met criteria for DFSA and only 30 actually met criteria for rape. If I humour your misunderstanding. Then 30 out of 184 cases tested was rape. That means only 1/6th of all rape reported are true.

Breast are sexual organs. Even in cultures that wear little to no clothing breasts are considered sexual. Females would paint their breasts in natural dyes or use different methods to cover up once they hit adolescents. There are very few cultures that women of all ages and class went around topless. Companies are likely to pay their employees less, regardless of gender, if they leave their jobs at some point. You take a year off you remain a year behind your peers unless you can somehow prove otherwise, that goes for anyone. Eg. Your peers will have 16yrs of experience while you have 15yrs. I live in such a country. Lets just say accurate statistics for such topics are not easy to find and in some do not even exist.
