Me to mate I went through the same shit (using false allegations to get upper hand in family court) and it absolutely destroyed me i still deal with trauma from it now.

Honestly reading stuff like this disheartens me so much. I’m actually getting to a point of not wanting to be around the other sex at all unless necessary

From Article “In announcing the proposed law changes last year, former Attorney-General Shannon Fentiman said the bans on publishing offenders names were based on “rape myths” such as women making up allegations.”

Yeah i can visualise them doing that we know they aren’t the sharpest tools in the shed but what the fuck did a foetus do what be a male ? For fuck sake so he’s born if he even gets that far with absolute spanners like these people slithering around !!! just don’t see any logic or empathy here.

And sure as shit reading down you find.... “In her defence, Cice, who claimed that her husband and his family used violence against her, said, “I regret what I did. It is not normal for me to suddenly kill my children. I am the victim of what I’ve been through. I am psychologically damaged.” It’s pure fucking insanity

Thanks for sharing mate, as an alienated father fighting continuously for more time with my child it’s refreshing to see other guys rallying together And as a straight male I want you to know I’m on your side as well well for people that see it as different sides anyway. Happy Australia day

I agree get a lawyer ASAP also be extremely careful what you say to her and text her also be wary of how often you text her. Keep all conversations on your child and all via txt if possible she’s probably realising she hasn’t got much footing and if she’s a shit cunt she’s gonna start baiting you. Best of luck mate

I’m honestly still to nervous to even share the details but i will say she got caught out, the detective investigating even said that if they could they would’ve charged her with making a false accusation. They said that with the evidence they had they would chase her through the judicial system only for her to get a slap on the wrist, it was kind of a big kick in the teeth but I’m just glad the truth came to light and my life wasn’t destroyed and the reason for the accusation in the first place…

Mate your not alone in this what you’re experiencing is DOMESTIC VIOLENCE from a narcissist emotional abuse is still abuse she has no right to speak about your family or you in that manner, do not react to her at all in any aggressive way be it yelling or anything it will only go against you. Ask her if she is willing to participate in counseling if not you need to go to the police inform them on what’s happening if you can collect evidence such as audio recordings texts etc keep everything. It …

You know honestly just being there and believing them is a huge thing it’s an absolutely horrible scary time to go through and keep positive also probably stay away from drinking or anything like that and make sire you tell them to keep there chin up as they’ve done nothing wrong and definitely have legal advice and representation as soon as possible

That really nice to hear, i got out of an extremely abusive relationship a year ago and without touching her or barely raising my voice once i ended up with a dvo on me lawyer said that I’m better of consenting to it as I’d only have to fight it again in family court to get shared custody of my daughter going through it now and I have a pretty strong case i think. Wish me luck 🤞 and to anyone else out there going through this don’t give up and keep your chin up stay strong 💪

Mate I’m sorry you’re going through this im going through basically the exact same thing and im about to file in family court Australia to get shared custody of my 19 month old daughter had the false allegations and all that it’s just luck for me that I audio recorded some of her abuse towards me. All I can say is keep your chin up mate you know you’re in the right and you’re fighting for your little girl ✊
