False allegations by women against men are none of women’s business and the idea that she thinks she has any moral standing to legislate men’s issues is inappropriate. It would be like men legislating women’s bodies.

The naming of accused rapists will certainly do more damage if it comes out as a false allegation. Meanwhile i assume aus has rale shield laws?

Female teachers will remain immune to this law as they are neither charged with rape nor charged with sexual assault. As usual, Australian women are giving an exception to themselves.

This country is going backwards. For those that don’t know, there has been a proposed amendment bill to take away the default equal parenting rights presumption. This would screw so many secondary parents whom the majority are men. Our Prime Minister has daddy issues.

Oh wow, qld! Go qld! Our state is seen as the nanny state/conservative state in Australia. It was the state with the most ‘no’s’ to the marriage equality act I believe.

But lately I’ve been seeing a lot of good changes. Abortion laws changed, lower punishments for drug possession, highest rate of medicinal cannabis use, legal mdma/mushroom therapy.

Once again, go QLD!

After almost losing a friend to suicide because of false accusations and also seeing my own girlfriend torn to pieces because her brother was falsely accused and cause her family grief people saying that women lying about rape not happening makes me incredibly angry
