For future proofing I wouldn't recommend Pascal based GPU's, although the 1660/50ti is a Turing in disguise it doesn't have all the shaders and ray tracing features of a full blown 2060 or up. Best bet would be anything above Intel i7 8th gen CPU and 2060Ti or above in the GPU department. In the CPU department not much has changed performance-wise from 7th to 11th gen.
