As long as you're not blatantly grabbing her boobs or crotch most girls don't mind you randomly touching them if they're the kind of girls you find in bars/clubs. I was surprised when I tried dancing kino and no girl turned it down.

5 month late reply here but if you still don't know the answer to the question, you can use them the same way the girl used OP's brother. Use them to increase your perceived score. A beta male hanging out with his 4 friendzoned girl friends can look like an absolute stud if he acts the right way in front of girls who are strangers.

A well dressed skinny-fat guy will do better than a toned guy in crap clothing, if they have the same face. Spend time at improving both. Not as true as you think. I don't believe people are "predisposed to carry fat" as much as is claimed. You may be right, but some people are definitely more predisposed to gain fat over lean muscle. Speaking from experience, I'd say a lot of people, generally the ones who started off as 100 lb lanky dudes, can gain lean mass easily when they begin to bulk. On the other hand, guys who used to be fat/skinnyfat will bulk and suddenly pack on more fat when they accidentally miscount some calories.
