Really liked this. Does anyone happen to have a playlist of videos similar to this? Would be great motivation to get me out of the house and making approaches.

Never thought about using forced accountability as motivation, really good idea, thanks. It's what helped me when I first started nofap, I gave my housemate $50 every time I fapped that we could only spend if we went out trying to meet girls, the only reason I stopped is I moved back to my parents since I'm going back to school next year. I think now I'll ask him if he wants to do the same but this time we need to go tit for tat with approaching with some cost if one of us pussies out of an appr…

I know what I have to do I'm just trying to find the best way to do it given my circumstances. Your advice is just as good as telling someone that's depressed that all they need to do is cheer up and be happy...

Lol. Got any references there bud? MDMA has been shown to treat PTSD http://www.mdmaptsd.org/research-category.html Psilocybin/LSD needs more research but anecdotally it can be used to treat depression, OCD and alcoholism. I suggest your read David Nutt's book 'Drugs without the hot air' and educate yourself. http://media.economist.com/sites/default/files/imagecache/original-size/20101106_WOC504_0.gif

Can I ask do you drink alcohol? After my first time on shrooms I quite drinking alcohol. Now I only touch mushies, LSD, MDMA and weed. The only thing that gives me anything close to a hangover is MDMA but considering that's a once every few months thing I feel it's a great trade off.

Struggled with this a heap until recently, have cold approached more women in the last two months than I had in my whole life up to then which is pretty embarrassing considering I'm nearly 23. The two things that were key to me overcoming my anxiety were: Figuring out what I was anxious about, which was facing a humiliating public rejection. I was reading Mark Manson's Models after being recommended it from /r/nofap and he has a section that changed my mindset completely. He talks about the last…

Download the app Headspace or Calm and start with the free trials. Guided mediation that teach you the basics, using the technique of focusing on your on a point in your body that is effected by your breathing, my preference is the chest. I preferred Headspace but it's personal preference. Once you do 10 days you should have it down pat, no need to subscribe.

Thanks brother, I've actually been leading with a variant of the first on tinder. "If you were marooned on a desert island with 1 famous person, who would you pick?"

How do you talk to a guy you've just met? "Weather's horrible isn't it?" "Nice motorbike man, you track it at all?" "Did you see Tevez's goal on the weekend?" I've tried that on women, doesn't seem to work... Right, but then you're not really haven't a conversation, are you? I would disagree. I want someone to challenge my ideas and opinions, that is the only way you can learn and grow. We may agree on some points but I'm sure it won't be on everything. Monologues are never entertaining and they…

That is coming from the mindset of needing to be perfect or impressing others by saying what you think will keep their attention. If talking about those topics (that you mentioned) genuinely excites you, then talk about them! I should have said my problem is talking to women in bars/clubs. I can say hello but progressing from there to a meaningful conversation is the gap I'm trying to close. Lastly, you can develop your communication skills on a daily basis by chatting openly with your friends, …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
