Up until passing out it's an absolute gray area. Some people are fine with, and even enjoy drunk, sloppy sex. The only hard line you can draw is at unconsciousness. I feel sorry for women who consent to sex while drunk and regret it afterward, but that doesn't make their partner a rapist.

Approach equality from a non man-blaming perspective. It's really that simple for me. I don't even care if feminists lie to say girls and women do worse in school, or that they represent the majority of the poor, or even if they argue that circumcision isn't the same is FGM. It's the blaming of men, and the pushing of the idea that men don't have serious problems, that I take issue with. Try to imagine the absurdity of arguing for cutting a baby's ears off. They can still hear just fine without them, they don't have to wash behind their ears, and it can prevent outer ear infections. And hell, some girls might even like it better! Any reasonable argument to that would begin with "that's absolutely barbaric, and utter nonsense!" regardless of any supposed benefits. Now apply that to the most sensitive, and most private part of a male's body. Why is it okay, then?

I think they likely ignore the content of your post, and go straight to your post history when deciding to hand out bans. This is more or less how I feel. I think a 17, or even a 16 year old is entirely capable of consenting to sex, even if it's with a person who is much older.
