I've noticed the same (and these men are not "Alpha" in their behaviour either) I am actually very similar, women are often mesmerized by me at first but it never seems to progress. I think it's because I never open up or allow others to invest in me as a person. For all the hate women get, I do think they want their man to depend slightly on them (for LTR's) because it reassures them you won't suddenly disappear.

I hate the idea that talking to people is being reduced to a playbook or script Honestly unless you suffer from social anxiety it won't give you much, because much of attraction is just being attractive (which is something you work on outside wherever you meet women), rather than a set of magic tricks

I know however only a fool would ever give his commitment to a slut/former slut/reformed slut/any type of slut

As someone who came here from TRP (and is banned from TBP) you have got your man, it's not like you're just going around clubs and bars trying to score free drinks and new dick. So whilst I do not know you at all in truth, you are not exactly doing it wrong like some women. I feel TRP has helped me, but at the same time, you have to understand some of the guys on there have been cheated on by women they loved, before losing things they have worked hard for in divorce courts, I'm not saying that …

There are, but most of them a too stupid to maximise their advantage when they get it. An Alpha woman, has loads of betas doing random shit for her and she never has sex with them, in fact most are happy when she asks them for favours (which is pathetic imo), then she has one high status man she has sex with. The problem is that most don't lock down a high status man who also has enough Beta traits (kindness, loyalty etc) to ensure they are always taken care of in a good way. An Alpha woman is n…

This. Really overconfident Princess women seem much more receptive to TRP cocky-asshole game That sort of thing drives women with low-self esteem away like nothing else, whereas I have found (rather unintentionally) that being genuinely nice to them, tends to make them like you more, even as a partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/14 03:13 PM

I feel the two link together Over-confident people tend to be poor relationship choices A slightly insecure girl who still looks good you can take care of, will be a much better long-term choice than a girl who literally thinks she can have any man
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/14 03:09 PM

Attracted to, I would say Alpha Sensible choice for a long-term relationship, definitely the Beta for most women

I don't buy this "Nice Guys are manipulative" shtick for one second It is nothing more than a (Blue-pill) rationalisation of how much redpill behaviours work i.e. "Of course the asshole is nice, it's the Nice Guy who is secretly the badguy, that's why I fell for him and tolerate him"
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/14 04:04 PM

You can be attractive and have low confidence, equally you can be unattractive and very confident.

I've never been so naive as to think Eastern European women are particularly great/Unicorn-like to be honest. I would say though, I have heard Russian women actually value Beta traits because of how much more common hyper-masculine behaviour is in Russia (not sure how true this is though)

If you must know I have a home gym and usually I work out with the music channel on, but straight after the songs stop, meet the Kardashians comes on and I can't be bothered to turn it of between sets and in fact, I find some background noise helps drowned out the pain

In theory yes (I was raised by a feminist mum with a touch of the cray and I am genuinely attracted to dominant women) but at the same time few women are able to be dominant themselves and tbh, I am not sure I have enough trust to be subservient to some women who is not a family member. (all kinds of weird in that post...)

If I was a straight woman with a personality broadly similar to my own as a man I would focus on self-improvement i.e. initially I would be career focused (rather than just trying to get free drinks from stupid betas) since this exists even after my own looks have faded. I would also try to maintain a reputation for being a good girl, since men with options would prefer this and try to marry a man, with a mix of both Beta and Alpha traits when I am in my prime.

My personal experience is that very academic and intelligent women end up with extremely attractive (in terms of wealth and looks) men with extremely Beta personality traits.

When I was 10 years old I believed the Victorians all went to Church, lost their virginity to their wives on their wedding nights and remained faithful to their husbands/wives into their old ages until they died.

Social status, prestige etc Being cruel and horrible doesn't make you Alpha, nor does it stop you being Beta, but Alphas can obviously get away with it more than Betas.

It shows just how much feminism operates as a religion in many ways. Rape is a terrible crime, but society does not tolerate or encourage rape at all and I will not accept something as an axiomatic fact without hard refutable evidence.

/r/TheRedPill02/04/14 06:02 PM

Perhaps it affirms that women want "real" or "natural" Alphas/assholes and TBP is actually a part of the woman's sexual strategy. They don't want to be deceived so they pretend to like men with "Beta" traits.

To be honest I would say the whole negging badboy thing and holding your frame are different things; holding your frame is remaining focused on your own success and life, you could be very nice and courteous to women and still hold your frame perfectly, you could also be rude and cocky but constantly lose frame.

For me it does explain why men raised outside Western countries or within microcultures within Western countries, are so much more masculine that your average Whiteboi (I'm a White guy myself before you think I trying to insult White men) I think it's lifestyle but also Western culture teaches you that masculine behaviours (acting in self-interest, aggression, competitiveness) are bad traits and I think this is the reason.

This doesn't corroborate my experience; the most successful (with women) guy I've known was of average height, average face and slightly chubby, he wasn't an angry asshole, but he was cocky, gave off a feel good factor and was ruthlessly selfish.

I've only skimmed the Nice Guy thing and already it's not only total bollocks, but completely unhelpful Imagine you are a guy reading that, never had sex with a woman, not very confident and you're pretty sensitive and you like this girl. Most people are nice to people they like, because that is what you do, he probably hears this girl complain there are no nice guys, he thinks "yes, that's me, I'm getting somehwhere" she keeps fucking men who are arrogant, abusive and horrible (redpill?). My first suggestion would be to stop thinking of women as 'vaginas' and start seeing and respecting women as people, not sexual objects. But it's poor fools who did show respect to women and who didn't see them as "vaginas" who he is referring to as the boys who turn to TRP type thinking, because they spent years treating women well and nothing happened for them. It's very common on The Bluepill subreddit to say we do, call us rape apologists etc. My honest reason for your second question is that most of the BPillers are themselves White women and as a White man I do believe I have unfair privileges. I would say though that White women are the most privileged followed by White men but in the less privileged groups I would say that the women have it worse than men. With the greatest of respect, do you label men to whom you're attracted as "confident" and ones to whom you are not, or even ones who have treated you badly as "arrogant"?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/14 06:50 PM
2

It's very simple in my mind The way you act is redpill (you just don't give a shit, have your own interests, abundance mentality etc) but this has happened naturally so you lack any of the bitterness some redpill guys have, and so appear nice and bluepill

I'm a 20 year old guy with a bit of a thing for older women, so the fact I am saying this, probably says rather a lot If she is late 20's or early 30's and is not married, there must be a reason and that reason is that for them marriage isn't what they really want, fucking around with Alpha's and getting their drinks paid for by Beta's is what they actually want from life. They only "choose" to settle down, when that literally becomes the best option for them besides becoming a crazy cat lady. O…

I did this I used to be some really quiet nerdy kid who went on 4chan looking for porn, then I saw about this thing called cocoon mode and just cut social contact (which was easy because I'm naturally pretty shy) spending my time lifting, studying and finding ways to make money, I had been doing this for a while before finding this subreddit, but I still found this helps not get sucked into the bullshit women tell me so I don't just become some girl's paycheck and caregiver

JB is not a sigma, he's actually alpha in many ways, he has a lot of status and he is a pretty horrible human being tbh Most weirdos will call themselves sigma, but it is a trap, I would say some men are genuine sigmas, but very few and being dominant and masculine doesn't stop you being a sigma. I used to get this so much I'm pretty tall and get a lot of respect, but I'm actually naturally quiet and shy, it just comes off like that. I would usually just say "ok" or "do I really?" and carry on and it worked so well, perhaps even better than being the cocky piece of shit I always wanted to be. It says a lot of about women and how much they value preselection in my mind There are probably a few high value guys in the class, and at some level she is aware she follows the crowd in terms of liking men, so she probably thinks she can make more men like her, by claiming men already do in the same way this affects her.

They don't think that at all Nobody with the exception of rapists actually feel entitled to sex, they just don't understand what creates attraction. In fact this is why TRP is important in my mind, women actually seem genuinely attracted to "bad" traits but rather than admitting and accepting this as true, many will make up a shtick that the actual decent guys, are secretly manipulative.

Reddit in general has a male majority and the vast majority of that majority open ridicules TRP. Men do not flock to it. This is what gets me about your thinking Reddit is sexist full stop, loads of whiny betas moaning about how women pick assholes how women are stupid, constant "make me a sammich" jokes TRP actually gives sensible advice (in that it fucking works) on how to be successful with women and tells men to stop moaning about women for being women

Both yes and no I find it nihilistic, almost liberal authoritarian i.e. there are no rules just rule of the strong-if you can get your needs met, do it At the same time, feminists are actually authoritarian in their behaviours; they try to censor things which they disagree with, want government programs to right perceived handicaps they face in society. In a sense I am a true feminist (and redpill), I would love women to work hard, have jobs and be every bit as dominant as men-I just don't belie…

Cuckhold porn is probably a throwback to this. So your point about how this links back to rape fantasies makes no sense, although for the reco…

My experience is sorta similar keeping it vague and brief: I am naturally a quiet and pretty kind guy, and until a few months ago I also confident in my own reserved way, some shit happened with a girl and it massively threw my confidence, so I became a jerk because underneath I was feeling pretty insecure-literally I would refer to myself as "the king". Women loved it so much, no idea why, I went to bed disgusted with both myself for acting like a total child and them for thinking it was anythi…

tbf my sister is ruthlessly honest about this She says she wants the man to be tall, have a good job and have a fun and confident personality rather than being emotional or too nice, because she says it makes her feel bad and nervous around people like that in case she'll upset them. She even said she'll be controlling and demanding, but that self-awareness though

Usually religious women are worse than Atheists, much worse. In my experience, you get a kind of Atheist girl, she's not the virgin Mary but she has a nice boyfriend they are happy and steady-level headed really Then you get the religious women who's always getting fingered, sucking cock etc and then gives the "only God can judge me" spiel. It's like they use their religion to justify doing whatever they want. It's weird, there was a thread on /r/Purplepill asking about the Marquis de Sade and I…

It's not even just cheating It's the constant backbiting, manipulation, general drama etc For example loads of times I've had friend's gf's threaten a no-show for a trip out unless it's done to their liking which ruins it for the guy so he stays home if she does. It's this low level BS which people just tolerate if and only if it's a women doing it.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/14 07:01 PM
1

tbf it's not just that My friends gf's everyone, the women are tolerated because they are loved but if a man behaved like that, he would be totally excluded from the social group. The common denominator is that men in general make huge allowances for the behaviour of women they just would never allow in men, I do the same I admit.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/14 05:12 PM

I did indeed mean the guy on the left for me though the difference is that RP doesn't moan that women don't want nice guys, nor does it try to change women or tell them they are wrong etc, which is really the issue. Just tells men, pssh don't be a nice guy, accept them for what they are.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/14 03:42 PM
4

And men don't nope not at all Men do bad stuff like using women for sex I admit, but in terms of relationship choices, men tend to be more sensible. The only stupid thing I see is men chasing women way out of their league and getting used. It'd work a lot better without all the evopsych pseudoscience and heaping side of bitter contempt I agree on the second point, but disagree with the first. Evopsych is legitimate field of study, humans are animals and have a default nature-maybe you find this …

It's kinda true though, women make appalling relationship choices, like a broken antenna or something RP is the complete antithesis of the man in this cartoon though, because rather than telling women they are wrong and need a nice guy, it tells men to stop being that nice guy... ...and it works.

I was genuinely tolerant of these guys in a previous "situation" (ahem) I am actually naturally fairly sympathetic and loyal, but they will fuck you over so badly to the point I am starting to think there is something to this whole "nice guys are manipulative" and girls can see it, even if they don't confront it. I'm thinking if he does buy stuff for girlie, let her enjoy it, but make sure you both laugh about him, like she comes in and shows you what he's bought her and you tell her well done. …
/r/TheRedPill18/02/14 10:44 AM

It's not conscious for women, but lots of guys just don't understand women and they are genuinely good guys, they fall in love with the woman through friendship and they just get stuck in really one-sided friendships and that's it. The woman thinks the guy is happy, she isn't some sadist, but that doesn't help the guy either when she tells him completely innocently how some Alpha dude was ploughing her after she went out at the weekend.

Since when does TRP advocate either being nice or forcing women? Redpill is pretty much the antithesis of "nice guy game" In many ways what you're saying sums up one of the main issues I have with non-redpill thinking, people generally are not amazingly unique or different and this idea that you should go through life constantly failing with women as you try the exact same thing over and over and eventually you will find that one person you just "click" with, is actually quite immature. Like you…

I do get this sense many people there are like this, but there are also many people (myself included) who are the typical educated, middle-class pussy who is a prime target for being used by women and who has probably had his own value hidden from him. A lot of the Asian posters (both South and East) are in similar positions but worse, because of how badly the American Media has castrated them.

If you have had success with women by being balls-out arrogant and redpill, maybe it seems less unbelievable to you. I don't believe it will always work, but it works enough (comfortably) that rejection doesn't hurt one bit so maybe this question is more a testament to how much bluepill men are forced to see each woman in their life as significant. Stories are called out, but it is usually because of inconsistency rather than "this just can't be true"
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/14 11:30 AM

I have been involved with a poor girl from a fairly difficult background (to say the least) and the shit-testing was indeed totally different. In the Victorian age the law favoured men, as the Western world became more wealthy, people had more time to devote to their non-basic needs (this could be leisure or it could be political activism), so movements to better the position of women were rightly formed. As someone who is pretty red I don't. Men have the privilege of having greater control over their own level of sexual attractiveness, however you have to work; women on the other hand don't have to work as hard because/however it is more fixed. Women can discern between pretenders and people who are able to back up their arrogance with things like money, status, good build etc I mean a lot of the people who are successful deadbeats (i.e. those who get women to pay for their shit and generally mooch off them) pick women who are vulnerable and/or stupid to begin with. Secondly, women can tell if the guy is "going places" from a young age which I did notice was what the more intelligent women did-hypergamy is real and women can predict th…

Women don't have the first clue as to what they are attracted too. Honestly when you ask a women what she looks for in a man, she basically says "nice, kind, funny" etc but what she is really doing is taking a (hypothetical) guy she is already attracted to and giving him traits she wants him to have. The problem is that she hasn't even answered the question, she hasn't said what built that attraction in the first place (clue: it isn't being nice or kind) It gets even worse when you look at how b…

A stupid unsuccessful person would say "I am great, I am amazing" A smart successful guy would subtly demonstrate it by maybe helping people in a way which demonstrates it, whilst appearing altruistic i.e. that is he takes advantage of the hamster. If any woman ever tries to femsplain to you that she’s different now, she’s fixed the lock, and now she has some Fort Knox grade security, just roll your eyes. That's even worse if she's a former slut; she's trying to make you pay more (in terms of the relationship investment) for something countless other men got for free/very cheaply.

As a man who can cook, what gets me isn't women who can't cook, but the amount of pride some women take in not being able to cook. As if not having a skill is something to be proud of for them, as if it means they are somehow sticking it to the patriarchy. Then again I also look down on people who brag about sucking at maths.

The second point is something I've noticed too - if you accommodate the woman it always end up in disappointment for her as well as everyone else and you get blamed for whatever went wrong, so now I just do it anyway and if she complains say she is free to leave whenever she wants.

In all honesty, the US isn't that bad and if I want to be completely brutal about it, most people are tribalistic to some degree. If you go to a Muslim country, being a Hindu might get in some trouble, this doesn't mean that Hindus are bad and there's also the issue that Jews are stereotyped as being successful and nothing breeds hatred as much as jealously (this is not to say that every Jew is a beacon of success and somebody to envy, just that people's ideas create jealousy)

Feminists hate it for obvious reasons and have tried to make people think we are a bunch of Nazis who literally support rape, but I guess it's also pretty tough for men who suck with women to have their dreams of a unicorn suddenly appearing and loving them for who they are totally dashed. Piss off with this antisemitic bullshit. Honestly Sweden is filled with Jew-hatred; most of the extreme stuff in terms of violence comes from the immigrant community itself (not all immigrants obviously, not even most) and liberal left does nothing because firebombing Jewish cemeteries (this actually happened) is just a legitimate way to protest the Palestine conflict obviously. Gender studies isn't a serious field of study for the very simple following reason The claims made in those classrooms are not falsifiable. For example in English class at school we read Shakespeare (which is a bunch of shit in my mind even though I did well at it) and in Romeo and Juliet, Romeo compares Juliet to a jewel. This one line was analysed intensively and was used to "prove" that Shakespeare saw women as objects. A character Shakespeare wrote about compares one women he desires to some…

What the guy needs to understand is that pretty much every social relationship you have (aside from maybe that which you have with your mother) is an exchange of some sort. It doesn't have to be a romantic love, but it could be and that love exists because each is providing the other with something they want (sex, beauty, care, protection, financial support, status and social worth). I wouldn't call it "empathy" which the woman has lost, but if you were a young girl with all those expectations of being loved and cared for forever by that perfect guy who uses you and then dumps you when he is bored, it will ruin you emotionally. Socially if it has to be legal it makes sense that men should be able to legally abort a child i.e. forgo all access rights as well as the responsibility of paying child support provided he gives the woman notice within the period of time she is allowed to have an abortion to allow her to plan.

Woman here. If my (hypothetical) eight year old gets hit by a car and is on life support, I would be well within my rights to pull the plug, regardless of the reason. The comparison doesn't really work because a child on a life-support machine has no hope of getting better whereas a baby has the potential to live and grow-you wouldn't advocate leaving your baby to die if he/she had a curable medical condition.

So when does it become a "human?" As soon as the egg is fertilised. I personally think it's more immoral to kill an intelligent non-human animal than it is to kill a brain-dead fetus. Explain the rational reasons for treating a zygote like a full human being for me. That's the issue in many ways. Babies born after nine months lack conciousness in fact, apes have much more consciousness than human babies so it's pretty irrational to give them less rights than a human baby. People should decide, i…

Setting aside the ethical implications This is the central issue for me-it is morally unjustifiable and this has nothing to do with religion, or men's rights or taking a pot-shot at feminists. I think this story brings to light the importance of having your house in order (so to speak) whichever leadership style you choose, be it the "good" paternalistic leader or the "bad" authoritarian one. Maybe you are a unicorn and your husband is a lucky guy, but what you have to remember is that a woman's mating strategy isn't conscious like a plan she has made. Women are naturally attracted to men above them, so if a woman is very successful in her life, she will just be attracted to even more successful men.

Couldn't have put the differences better myself OP, however I do wonder if one of the motivations behind this "be yourself and you'll find someone with whom you are compatible" bullshit is part of a woman's sexual strategy. Ask the following: How many men have died or risked death for a woman, how many women have died or risked death for a man? A woman will do a lot for a man she loves, but not destroy her own capacity to feel his love, a man will self-destruct for a woman, even though he is guaranteeing he will never feel her love. Men are massive risk-takers compared with women If you look at it evolutionarily it makes a hell of a lot of sense too; men take risks, some get massive rewards, others end up dead or in the gutter but any surplus of women is fine because the most successful men could always impregnate and take care of more than one woman at a time. A poor, non-successful woman is still useful to the species. This does tie in with female hypergamy.

OP has a good point Mainstream society always lays the blame on the man if a woman cheats; he led her along, he got her drunk, he "gamed" her. Western women pretty much go through life without having to take any responsibility for anything. Honestly, I live in the UK and I know a few South Asian girls and so much more is expected of them by their families (study and work and take care of younger siblings and household chores and don't you dare complain about it, even in their teens-sluttery is s…

Yes I do, but tbh as a White man, I still feel we get it much easier than Asian men in terms of how we are presented my mainstream culture, both types of Asian men (South and East) pretty much have their balls chopped off by mainstream TV shows, whilst having their women massively oversexualised. It isn't really the fault of Black men it should be said and they are still presented negatively in other ways where maybe they are expected to be thuggish and hyper-masculine rather than focused on the…

The most notable thing for me is that while regret is expressed, it doesn't actually stop them, so maybe the regret is a way for women to communicate (deceptively) to potential future long term partners that they are not sluts. More men will fall for "I've done some things I regret, but that's all in the past and I really love you" than will fall for "I loved every second I was getting pumped by that well-hung Alpha, but he's gone and you have a stable job honey" True regret implies a change of …

It explains very well (in my mind) why it is generally women who are the most prolific slut-shamers; one woman or a small number of women giving out sex very cheaply, significantly reduces the power all the women in the group have over the men.

Ok, I can agree with this. I believe that the correct way to deal with feminists is to not take them or their beliefs seriously, but since so many women prefer "Alphas" because of how much more reproductive successful women who prefer successful men who are able to dominate others are, feminism is much less a serious ideology to subscribe to, and much more a tool for women to discern between truly "Alpha" men and actors.

LOL Right. Women and children first is actually very logical, women produce the future children are the future, only a handful of men are really needed for their juice. I've done martial arts, with about one exception (who I believe had an abusive ex-husband) not one took it seriously, they knew they are physically weaker and just attention whored and didn't bother. Men being called faggots or being told to "man up" actually shows just how privileged women are in our society. A women can be whoe…

No. There is only one lesson to learn from Barney Stinson: Women dig you if you are a high value jerk who gets lots of pussy, I mean the character is loved by women, despite being the opposite of what women say they want.
/r/TheRedPill14/08/13 06:28 PM

Obviously. If they weren't they wouldn't become so angry at women who make traditional choices or conform to a female gender role.

It's mainly shared values and beliefs but because of the nature of those beliefs it probably comes off slightly stronger because Bluepillers often will drop friends or betray them if it means getting with a girl, even if they haven't known her even a week, whereas RP's are probably less likely to.

Nothing in my opinion, but lots of women likely say they are attracted to men who help people because it raises how other people perceive them rather than admitting the truth which would lower it. Dishonesty is bad and doesn't help men who often ask women what it is they want.

He seems to be really taking it too far with the requirements, but if he's really that great then he can afford to and most women are literally this bad (but usually do end up settling for much less.) Not sure about the racial requirement, often you get really spoiled White girls who studied at a good university but went abroad on daddy's paycheck, but his choice.

Basically every woman does it, it isn't a game she's planned, it's natural. She is testing you to make sure you are strong and confident rather than a pussy. On the example you gave, you kinda should just hold the thing, that's probably not a test, she might just need a hand.

When a woman meets a man who is of high value this absolutely happens. This is why developing yourself is so much more important than finding out what that woman is into, because usually she is into whatever the guy she likes is into.

I've thought about this, however one of the main problems is that Betas artificially inflate the value of women, so for now more men becoming Redpill is a good thing.

Man you were really close. Woman want to do naughty, slutty things, but they want to be lead astray by the man so they can reassure themselves they are still sweet and innocent. Shouldn't have called her a tease (women have anxiety remember, don't sound like a potential rapist), should've acted like it was nothing and said with a smirk "better at my place than the in the toilets, I thought you were better than that" or something.

This was an interesting read and took into account the female view too, however, why doesn't the girl who has "friendzoned" the guy start to escalate herself? That wouldn't ruin her idea that he likes her for her, rather than just for her looks and I'm sure he'd be thrilled at the idea of the woman taking the lead (lots of Beta types seem to want that).

I don't believe women are attracted to humour and think it probably developed because it acted to diffuse potentially violent situations between males. When I said military service, I meant all men being called up to serve as semi-professionals (like in Napoleonic France). Nowadays it is better to have a smaller but highly professional and well equipped standing army. I agree with much of your post, but waiting I think is a necessity is a woman wants a great man (provided she has other things going for her). A woman's ability to provide a man with sex is a currency and if she just hands it out, she is devaluing herself and even if she does have loads more going for her, she is still implying that she doesn't.

I think it's possible to create unconditional love but rare and requires a lot of time to build. I think an example of women (and men) who do love their partners unconditionally, are the sort who even if they've got something like Alzheimer's disease (so their personality changes) or some kind of severe disfigurement would still take care of that person and not have a sexual partner on the side as some people do, and sometimes the other partner does give permission for this. Humility yes, self-depreciation no (unless you're literally the president/CEO of a fortune 100 company). The thing about humility is that it can be done in a way which implies even higher value, if you have some success I've always come to the conclusion that people who are boastful about it have little success in their lives, whereas people who literally act like it's nothing are so much more high value and successful.

Misogynism is bad because it means you hate women and womanhood, but sexism on the other hand is fine, completely. It's just accepting some harsh truths about the nature of women and in fact we men are hardly perfect either. But once you've taken women out of the centre of your life and replaced that with yourself, you'll be happier and have much more choice when it comes to women.

There is obviously no association. This. Go back hundreds of years the majority of men and women were oppressed, but in different ways, but men would have had it worse. Dying in wars, dying down mines or on ships is much worse than not being allowed to work and being objectified (which is arguably female-privilege) to some degree.

I can't believe how many people grow up thinking money/doting on people can buy love. It's the saddest thing I've ever seen. It's amazing how all the little bits of old person wisdom, I was taught have turned out true in a really dark kind of way. I mean the ex does sound like an immature wannabe: "i don't give a shit, i'll fight him" As a more general point, men these days tolerate emotional affairs way too much.

You treat people the way you want to be treated Er no. You decide what you want from a relationship (could be Platonic) and you demand it or cut ties immediately. The exchange was here if anyone is interested. The blue pillers were claiming that red pillers only get more sex because the philosophy advocates rape (the implication being that the thousands of people here are serial rapists...), so I pointed out that rape is illegal and you probably won't get much sex in jail. In before male-rape jokes. So they came out with some statistic that only 3% of rapists get convicted, but this presumes that every reported rape is true regardless of whether or not it…

This 1950's fetish is why men/boys walk around in suits in totally inappropriate situations, write in a really stupid archaic manner, act in a supplicating way towards women ("like chivalrous gentlemen") and wear stupid clothes like fedoras and long coats. They're playing dress-up. EDIT: Those clothes in the link would look ridiculous on anyone who isn't a celebrity with extremely masculine looks or possibly an old man from the English countryside, any normal person would look like a hipster.

They're in love with a romanticised idea of men, and only love Clint Eastwood because he was a highly successful actor known for his masculinity. This why you shouldn't listen to women, you will end up wearing a fedora, literally.

Interesting. I've been banned from /r/TheBluePill and I said I'd come willing to be proven wrong and I made it clear I believe that rape is always wrong and their response was still "We're a parody subreddit. We don't have a mindset other than to make fun of TRP bullshit. If you want a debate, go somewhere else." I would honestly prefer TheRedPill philosophy not to work, but until the opposition can provide a hard refutation, it's nothing more than whiny children protecting their fragile egos.

If you're a male you will care about your biological mother much more than her meal ticket, so it makes sense you would leap to the defense of single mothers even if just to defend the integrity of the person who is arguably closer to you than anyone.

Partly because it is bad behaviour on the part of the man and partly because women love it. I don't see how those things are good for survival unless either he has beta traits (enough to stick around and take care of his woman) and the goods to back his confidence or he literally, that is biologically, has higher quality sperm which may well be the case. So modern women would have evolved in a way which meant that they build relationships with betas for the care they provide and lust after alphas for the better sperm, and that's what I was wondering.

So much bullshit. Men traditionally controlled women because of a fear of the idea of raising some other guy's kids, women ultimately need men more, men want sex you can buy that for $20 (or less) at a street corner, a woman can never buy a man's love. Don't agree. All this BS about Nice Guys being pure evil "manipulators" is the ultimate hamster as it denies women's desire for arrogant, insensitive "dark triad" types. It's Bluepill. In fact hating on Nice Guys is the new hobby for manipulators as you're sticking up for women's poor decision making and denying their true nature, to make them blameless for when they are abused by men.

I personally believe that religious people, particularly women have a sort of infatuation with the object of their religious worship. The way they refuse to to accept anything negative about their religion to the point of self-delusion and how it provides them with security and comfort, but they will compromise their beliefs if a man of high enough value enters their life because he provides those same things, just a little bit better.

Maybe it sums up the dual mating strategy better than it does 'hamstering', she has a future with the Tom Cruise character (Beta bucks) and she's torn if one night with the mystery man (Alpha fucks) is worth her stable future. I believe women are hypergamous, but not as open to just randomly cheating with a higher status man as many on TRP hence her conflicted feelings, relieved he's gone/lamenting an opportunity missed.

Lots of women wear their religion to appear better as a catch, it fucking disgusts me.

I would not call Dzokhar Tsarnaev dark triad, since whilst I don't exactly have a great opinion of Islam he has sacrificed himself for something which he believes in, dark triad is more self interested. He is admittedly a good looking guy who would appeal to young girls and he does have the victimised background thing, as well as the idea that he dedicated himself to something, both of which women are attracted too. EDIT: One thing which I think is really important in why women fall for murderer…

Hahaha that first convo. Nicely handled, she ended up practically begging.

Have you not considered the two most attractive things about being aesthetic are the confidence it gives you and the admiration of other men?

I meant what if you were being shit tested when she told you that?

She straight up told one that she was cheating on him (she wasn't, but wanted to see his reaction). He smiled and said he was upset but forgives her. Jesus man. What if that was the shit test?

Man. To be fair on the girl, she did give him the truth straight she even explained what he was doing wrong, no taking advantage, using him for a confidence boost or not having the balls to make her lack of intention clear. Then again, that was extreme.

Graph is pretty good actually, explains why female to male attraction is many-one.

I've always considered men who say shit like that to be manipulators who aren't very good, it seems progressive and modern, there is also a slight hint of "look how much women like me", but it's too fawning so you know that it's BS.

I wouldn't call that manipulation, manipulation implies what the person did was devious and underhanded, like surrounding yourself with women or not caring about her life to imply higher value, being nice is the opposite. TRP is manipulative and that is absolutely fine.

ty for that, was a good read The only thing I don't agree with is that Nice Guys are manipulative, it's clearly just rationalising attraction to "bad" traits. The Nice Guy probably doesn't even have a plan, he just thinks being nice and loyal will win the woman over. The entire Nice Guys are manipulativeline is just forcing men to accept being the bad guy in situations where they are the victim.

Reassurance: When in doubt a woman needs to feel reassured. She doesn't necessarily need to be comforted. Learn the difference. Leaders and strong men naturally provide reassurance and a feeling of safety. Losers create more doubt through bullshit comforting speeches and hugs. This is the only one which is completely correct

I was on your side until you said there is no spousal rape, just because she is married does not mean you have the right to have sex with her whenever you want regardless of her wishes. That's fucked up buddy. The Red Pill is only bad insofar as it seeks to game social psychology rather than just being yourself and hoping, then again, it evens things up for people who did not have the fortune to happen to be raised to be what women want. Most people who moan, however are just angry because moani…

Yeah but Cigstache has poor traits for a potential partner, she is overweight, doesn't make an effort to live a healthy lifestyle, mustache indicates hormonal problems, masculine features indicate poor fertility etc. The beta, has actually very good traits for a mate, he is loyal, has family values, probably has a stable job, low risk taking etc. The beta doesn't fail because he is ugly, he might be quite good looking, he fails because he is too available, he doesn't seem scarce, a women can put…

He made himself too available is the concise answer. "You could have that man easily, you might be able to get a different and better man, so you can save this one as a worst case scenario" ~ Her subconscious brain

What is the likelihood that that post was self-delusion and snowflakism? I mean the same principle as when a man says he prefers small breasts and cares about humour more than looks, to attempt to set himself out from other men to get the girl he wants.

Why is any man worth befriending? Read some (factual) books about the sacrifices men are willing to make for each other, it's a pure form of love. Or how men can become obsessed with something and pursue it all their lives until they make a discovery, few women ever dedicate themselves to a thing unless it directly relates to them. I'm not a misogynist and I'm not gay in case you're wondering after that post.

What I really want from a woman is to be loved by her and cared for. This struck a cord with me, I have two modes most of the time, arrogant, rude, emotionally distant. When I really care for someone, really caring, not pathetic like the people in Facebook, but still a complete pussy. Guess which one women are more attracted too? It's like a cruel trick evolution is playing on me I can't have what I want, and truly open up at the same time, I have to choose. Men really are the true romantics hah…

Who thinks it could be about control? If the man is in better shape, his personal pool of potential partners increases so the woman might lose him or be forced to work harder for him?

A lot of it is fantasy and escapism, many never actually expect to meet the guy.

Perhaps I'm not being edgy enough for /r/redpill. What sort of preference do you think women who witnessed their father raping their mother and as a reaction became a hardcore feminists, have?

Personally I would hope that I am the happy medium between Nice Guy and Asshole (yeah that's what all the Nice Guys say, whatever) the whole "Nice Guys are manipulative, which is why we don't like them" argument some women give is just self-delusion used to protect their desire for men with dark triad traits and make out that she rejected the gay for having negative traits rather than the truth that she rejected the guy because she perceives herself as able to do better than him. Men do the same…

I've only just come across this subreddit and I'm a man, but I'd like to point out some things. Narcissists are not self-confident, people with NPD have extremely fragile senses of self. I sort of agree with this Women are not attracted to violent men, if a man defends himself or her violently, she will be turned on, but general violent behaviour seems weak (see the point about calm strength) Some are, some are not, women want a man who can provide, if the risk taker provides her with fun but ru…
