If you’re interested, set a boundary, let her know she has to break up with her boyfriend before you guys do anything.

Maybe you can look over your life and your approach and find something you can improve. You said your personality needs work maybe find someone you trust that can give you feedback, how are your listening and communication skills etc I’m in a similar boat, I’ve worked on myself immensely, I’m attractive, make an effort but can’t find a partner. I think it may be where you’re looking, it’s much easier when you know people and are regularly seeing someone whether at work, hobbies or mutual friends…

-Channel it improving yourself and building something you’re proud of. -question your values and why you believe someone with more dates is better -improve your style, hygiene and way you carry yourself (do it for yourself) -accept where you’re currently at and find ways to improve. -find different areas to succeed in to help with confidence -improve mindset, ways of thinking, perspective etc (also find a way to deal with the emotional pain if you have any, like a therapist ) Just my advice, hop…

That’s the best way to learn! You’ll meet a lot of cool people, also people that don’t want to talk which is fine, that’s when being present helps so you don’t hold onto things and can continue enjoying yourself. If you’re nervous affirmations helps, like telling yourself no matter what happens I’m going to be proud of my efforts, I’ll enjoy myself, I will look at everything as a learning experience and not take anything personal. :-) you got this, just be yourself, open up and relax. To start c…

Enjoy yourself, build confidence where you can talk to anyone and see where it goes, feel comfortable where no matter what happens you still enjoy yourself and moment. It helps going with a friend and starting conversation with the bartender then including people around you. What helped me was reading practicing the power of now to stay present

I disagree, you’re confusing someone’s pain with who they are as a person. Also you can’t really expect someone struggling so much to be skipping in a flower field with rainbows, of course it will be ugly. We all have our ugly shit we deal with. It’s true, it doesn’t serve anyone but that’s the point, it’s dysfunction, and the OP needs some help, whether through therapist or self help.

Brother aside, you may be dealing with bigger internal struggles, when in the middle of things it’s hard to see with perspective but it sounds like you both love each other, you should try communicating to him your feelings if he is the type to understand, let him know your struggles and you’re working to overcome them and don’t want it to get in the way of your relationship. (Of course this may not be the best idea depending on his personality and your level of closeness but that’s what I’d do)…

Keep doing this and you’ll get there in no time. Great work. Try to find out why your mind is making it a big deal. Fear of her not liking you, not feeling comfortable expressing self, worry, anxiety, practice presence can help with these. Find out whatever the struggle is then work on mentally overcoming it or adapting practices that help :) The more you do this your confidence will improve but don’t let how the interaction went affect your confidence, find confidence in the fact you’re actuall…

Exactly 🙏 so when you no longer want it, I think girls find it interesting because every guy does. It’s all communicated through sub communication. When you’re also very quick and don’t smile or “try” the first sec you meet them it sends a different message that you’re not a nice guy, needy or people pleaser. 🫣

Andrew tate says after sex drop attention to 0 and she’ll either run back and try to get your attention or not bother. If you she doesn’t make an effort you know where she stands and you gotta let her go. I’m curious how the story went, did you ask her out?

I also thought it may be a sign of attraction too, it’s hard to tell for me if it’s that or they think I’m weird. I’d say the best way is to smile when looking at them and see if they return it. Or you could just say “hey” and then start conversation or say something clever in the moment. You could also ask them a question which you could then read their body language better and see if they are open to talking From my field studies the moment you show attraction they act entitled or very distant…

You ever went on a hike alone?🤤 “No I’d be scared” 😅 It’s not so bad, I’ll take you up into the mountains tomorrow, I’ll bring my gun. 🤫 I recommend saying that instead, her knowing you have a gun will put her at ease and make her feel safe. On the hike some good conversation starters would be to ask if she has any friends or family in town and if they know she went on a hike. Just ease into it my man

I post pretty good pictures but still have no luck, I don’t swipe right on many people and only get a couple likes so my chances are low to match with someone, I find girls at festivals and the gym are more my type anyways

Keep your own space without pushing too much and holding onto their interest or reciprocation. Engage them but with the attitude they are free to walk away and it doesn’t matter. This attitude helps with expectations you may have and I think people can pick up when you’re just enjoying yourself no matter what others do

He has some good points, his personality is entertaining. If you can find value in him good if you don’t resonate with what he says then find something that does. 😜 My friend referred to him as a father figure for lost beta males lol.

I’ve found you can do this with any novelty. I brought a bottle of Hennessy to a festival and everyone was like “oh he got the Henness” met lots of people from the interaction. Even wearing funny things can grab attention and make you more approachable, things that communicate you’re fun.

First of all it’s not as bad as you’re making it, even though you may feel it is. Take a deep breath and know the situation and how it went has nothing to do with you as a person, we’re not our feelings, experiences and thoughts. Try to focus on positive like how you had courage to go up and talk. Whenever you feel that sense of embarrassment bring your attention back into the present moment. Next time don’t have any expectations and keep learning how to express what you want without the nervous…

Whether you’re white or not you may struggle with a negative self perception of yourself, the good news is developing personally is within your control and once discover your own power the bullshit won’t have the same affect on you. What’s not in your control is how others treat you or their opinions but that’s when these skills come into play.

The trick is to not try to solve people’s problems unless they ask for help or you offer it to them directly. Taking a break is always healthy, not chasing girls is actually high value so you might find it works better for you. Then you can focus on yourself and attracting them naturally

Haha, facts. I had some success today so feeling more optimistic. Just takes patience and accepting how things go no matter what. My problem yesterday was coming from a place of neediness + plus I wasnt in a good mental space. The key is to have a reason to do something (besides the girls), then enjoy yourself and let opportunities come to you. When you keep a more grounded mindset you’re ok with however it goes and can also act on these opportunities.

You always want to come from a natural place of what feels right in the moment, that way you’re being authentic. Connecting to your feelings can help guide you. For me when I’m feeling confident it’s so much easier to just know what to say. Like everyone else said, be playful, tease etc. I recommend next time guiding the conversation in a different direction, that will instantly make it more exciting. If you look at the tone of the conversation it mostly stays on the friendly level around games/…

I’m curious howd you meet her and does she text you ? Only you can answer this question. If I really liked her personally I’d take her out then make it clear if she wants to keep seeing me she’d need to leave her current bf.

I’d say next time start with how you found her. Then make conversation. Doesn’t hurt to try. You could also get your friend to meet up with her and then hang out

For me flirting comes from an attitude and inner energy. If you smile and have fun with your words, if she likes you it’ll be easy to start the conversation off in that tone. The key is detachment from how they react which is essentially confidence, you have to enjoy it yourself and create that feeling.

It may feel that way looking back since there is a strong emotional connection and memories but it’s possible to find that with someone else, it will never be the same and it’s good you can think back and appreciate the relationship but don’t allow that to get in the way of finding something new. Maybe ask yourself what qualities made your ex so attractive. You may still have to get over it emotionally before you can move on fully. Remind yourself why it ended or why it wouldn’t work out. I have a opinion, may help you to adapt a different mindset. If you feel everyone is always watching you directly because of your looks it can create pressure and also ego problems. You could try to be curious about what they may be thinking, also tell yourself things like you don’t know why they are looking. Letting go of any ideas you have may help you connect better with people and be more vulnerable. Also try to focus more on the space around you/yourself and not what others are doing or thi…

Well I can’t say I’ve gotten more girls being attractive. It’s more how you carry yourself, communicate and self care. And after all that still can’t find a partner 👁💧👄💧👁 Everyone deals with ego, attractive or not. Everyone deals with self perception and self esteem struggles We’re all human, looks just give you an edge in how people perceive you, every situation is different of course so it can have perks and cons. In my opinion personality and having values is what makes someone attractive. I’…

Wow thanks for the silver, happy I could help. Everything will work out and if it doesn’t something better will come along. Love is difficult. I’ve made a lot of mistakes and learned you really have to be your best friend in life. Not hold onto anything and keep improving. In my opinion you’re already ahead of a lot of guys, you approached, can connect, can see your mistakes and improve :-) be proud of yourself. All the best,

This is insightful asf, thanks. I’m holding back because I want a girl to fall for me before we have sex. That comes from fear of being cheated on or left. I’m not sure if that perfect scenario exists but I atleast want to know they are genuinely interested in a relationship with me and not a one night hook up
/r/seduction12/06/22 06:15 PM

Wait a week or 2 and be completely honest about the situation without any expectation which will come off as trying to get something from her. Express your desire to see her again. Accept the error, work on yourself and keep moving forward. Oh yeah also forgive yourself and don’t hold onto it. We’re all human
