1	So I've read the Game, the guides on Seddit and started to practice - what study material is next? At the very worse you'll get a lot of self-destructive beliefs such as women are on a pedestal, so you need to "neg" them to equalize the playing field. This in turn leads to another bad belief: women are "others" instead of just being familiars. Also, routines and reliance on them will f*ck you up in the long term.
