Hello peeps so essentially im in the midst of recovering from being a total social recluse and discovering im actually pretty bubbly/confident. My problem despite these two things is I still dont really have a clue about "normal" social interaction. For a while now ive been just forcing myself to go to partys/events alone and try to meet people. My approach especially to the people ive seen around repeatedly is generally just being friendly saying we should aquant and ask the people about themselves. This has actually worked to some degree even with girls who I was interested in they gave me iois or at least were friendly and pleased to meet me. However like said above this approach is pretty direct into interview mode with like 2/10 people returning to ask me about myself. So I would love tips on how to carry a regular converation just to build interest as well as how to make small talk in a group setting.
