Last month I didn't achieve my monthly weight goal but that's ok. I improved my eating habits quite a lot and now I'd like to work out more. Goals: * Lose 2 pounds (again) * Get a gym membership (already know where) * Find some books about improving your self-esteem, productivity and "being in the moment"

I'd like to make a fish pie today since it's the first day of hunting season and it's pouring outside. My Bf will want something warm and nourishing when he gets home tonight. Just need the perfect recipe now :p

I want to lose 2lbs this month. Not much but since I'm already quite slim its not that easy. I want to finish my reading/audio book to-do list

How do you "overcome" differences in love languages? For example, I'm a very verbal Person and my boyfriend is more of the "shows his love through his actions " type. I know his feelings are genuine, but I'm SO not used to this type of love language.

Our relationship is quite young (about 6 months in) I'm still figuring out how to be the most supportive during his tough times. He has to study a lot in the coming weeks because of his exams. I'm usually quite cuddly, chatty and affectionate around him, which he likes a lot. But I also noticed that when he's stressed he sends me less text messages and that typical "man stares into space and is lost in thought" facial expression appears a lot more. I asked him to tell me when he needs his alone …

Thank you for your advice! Especially the one with the "alone time". I think that would be really good advice and since Norway has alot of beautiful places it would be great to meditate there (or something similar).

He's kind of "earthy". He likes to go into the wild, hiking, hunting, being on his own. He would probably think I'm being silly because of my worries. But he told me that he would "build me a shower if I need one, it's not that difficult". I'm really curious about that, actually.

He's not worth it, don't fight for him. Leave him as soon as he tells you about his cheating. Love yourself. You're much stronger and more indiependent than you think and most people really like you. Don't think too much. (Ok this I could say to my current self, but still ;) )

I know a very smililar recipe (only mascarpone as a cheese and I add some bacon), I cooked it for my BF and he absolutely LOVED it. It is one of my all time favorites!

That was just an expression. I liked my life before him but I admit - I'm a relationship person and being in a romantic relationship with a man is very important to me. Not because I can't be alone but it's just what I want. I learned this during my single months, it's not a "need" but a "want". Anyway... I spent the last 2 days with him and I thought over my "problem" here. I realized that during those 2 days there were only about 5 minutes (in total) where we were quiet. Most of the time we we…

Thanks for your comment! Luckily, I'm not "fiery passionate", I like talking and laughing a lot but I'm usually quite level-headed and like that in a man as well. He also does react to my emotional verbal expressions, he actually adores them. And no, it's not something I'm used to. My ex was sometimes quiet as well but he was also someone who was highly uncomfortable with silences (more than me, even), so we "trained" each other to avoid that. Sounds weird now, lol. I now that I have to give it …

I'm not really into poltics. I read about it and try to vote and when the topic is important to me and sometimes I discuss certain topics - but that's about it.

I have a story as well. My bf and I met through an online dating website and he told me that he exchanged messages with (and met) various women before we dated. He told me that once he was writing with a girl and it all seemed ok until he saw her in a nearby McDonalds (she didn't see him). She was kinda fat in his opinion and he told me that he suddenly lost interest in her. It seems extreme but I can understand him. I don't like chubby/fat men either...

No, he won't His commitement issues won't go away, he's 42 years old. And even if he did marry you... he doesn't sound very mature and who knows if he would really change his behaviour after the wedding.

Thank you for this very valuable comment! It's good to hear that men may like my "chattering". Well my date actually wrote my a few minutes ago that I made a good impression yesterday, so I'm quite relaxed right now! I like to be comfortable in silence with my partner! I just think it's the beginning of the whole relationship/dating process that makes me nervous as hell and kills that "wish" to remain silent. Argh, it's complicated!

About the cheating: Don't get me wrong here - I've talked hours and hours with my ex about this and it's ok. We both made our mistakes and while we had a great "friendship-foundation" we didn't bring out the best in each other. I don't judge him as a person - what he did was not correct and hurt me terribly but it taught me a lot and I became a lot stronger and more mature. Thank you for your advice and the blog post! I like "harsh but helpful" advice, so it's completely ok!

I'm new to RPW but I LOVE goals so here we are: Cooking: Every week I will cook something new, I need to refine my cooking skills again. Exercise: I will go to the gym twice a week! Hair: I will dye my hair this month. And cut 1cm at the end of the month. Not so much, but it's a start :)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
