That's how it happened with me, personally. I had horrible self esteem issues, and horrible self worth issues related to my parents divorce and abandonment by my mother. This resulted in me a need for female approval.Unfortunately, as a young man, no one taught me how to date, improve myself, or generally become a better person/man. I was totally on my own. There was a large void in my life for which I needed guidance filling. Instead, I stumbled across The Red Pill. As toxic as it is, it gave m…

I have a question about that. How often can you just approach women on campus without getting a bad reputation? Dont wanna be known as the guy who's "always creepin" or some shit.

Im in the same boat. I love looking women in the eyes, But their eyes just dart away quickly. Dunno if I'm scary or super hot.

I went through the same stuff last year. Took me a very long time to get over it. I sometimes think I still haven't. I had to reach deep down and just feel the grief for a long time, and it just dried up eventually. And I had to forgive her, and most importantly - forgive myself. And that's what I suggest you do. Go camping for a week. Feel the grief. Then forgive yourself. No prerequisites required. Just understand you messed up, and you will do better.

I'm in the same boat. Years of bitterness as an incel made me have a constant scowl. Relapsing into bluepill and getting oneitis, then separating didnt help that at all. The thing I've tried to help is to create a habit of checking body language/facial muscles before any threshold, e.g. car door, school hallway, work entrances, etc. Good luck, man.

No reigns to take up. I'm not interested in that. Gave her a place to stay for the night, and a dick to ride. Awalt.

Absolutely. Thanks for looking out. Perhaps I wasn't clear. Her flirting with me was subtle, even when he wasn't around. To a normal dude without raging insecurities, it would have looked like she was just playing a card game and being a regular girl. Just a bit of fun for the night anyway, Awalt.

Yeah, it was a weird comment. 3 am does that to me. How would you suggest I answer to something like that in the future?

Some of the best advice I ever got was "stick your dick in crazy, just be careful". The same person went on to explain that if you're not fucking crazy, you're fucking dudes.

Awesome, thanks. i knew of that but totally forgot. 'preciate the refresher. While i got you, i want to pick at your brain about this. In what context do you believe this can work? E.g. does this work will all girls in service industry? a women in retail or food MAY be slightly easier to pick up? etc.

Can I ask you to expand on or link me to the Benjamin Franklin theory? I Googled by only found his excerpts about older women and mistresses.

I think so? My sleep isn't very good, I sleep 8-9 hours, but I'm nearly always tired through out the day, and never wake up "rested". Is it still over training if every muscle group has a 48 hour rest?

In deadlifting, I always run out of energy when im done warming up. Its not that much weight, only 220+bar, but i for some reason begin to pass out most when beginning to pull, or while holding it at the top. Can someone give me some advice? I try to deadlift 3 times a week to improve it, as its arguably my worst lift.

I made the mistake of telling someone i was intimate with my body count, theres no way to be certain, but i think at the time she judged me for it as lesser than other men, cause it was low at the time. Too low and they think you're low status, is my take. Not sure how they would feel if it was super high. Best just play it safe and never tell.

How should aggression be harnessed properly? I haven't felt aggressive in several months, don't know how to get it back. Could it be depression? Im already on drugs for it. Or low-t? Im 150 points low from my proper age range level.

A couple guys at class and I noticed postings on campus for a "Pride scholarship". Several of us are seriously considering applying and simply saying we're bisexual. Free 500 bucks, so why not? on top of that, it could potentially give some evidence towards ones defense against accusations if one accepted the label "gay", really depends on if we're willing to go that far to stay under the radar.

We all go through that thought process. Emotions are healthy, just gotta take it one day at a time and try to learn from the experience and channel it to something better. Silver lining for everything, man.

Writing something down is reported to be as effective as reading something SEVEN TIMES.* so yes, if you want to write it ALL down, do it. *how to win friends and influence people also, does anyone have a proper guide to journaling?

Don't become her pen pal. Don't text for daily shit. Make her come to you and make time for you in person if she wants your attention. If thats once a week, fine. Once every two weeks, thats cool too.

"Find a goal or passion" is recited a lot here on trp/asktrp. Definitely a good thing to have, but it's easier said than done. A lot of us, including myself, have no idea what passion to choose. I've never been so consumed by anything to be considered a passion. What can guys, like myself, do to find passion? I've already read "mastery" by robert greene.

I was thinking the same thing as i read the post. The only thing i can think of is to address it directly by saying: "I realise i was late, but this does not allow you or anyone else to disrespect me". Of course you gotta have a position of power, or a powerful no-shit personality otherwise it might just get blown off too.

Yeah, men of all kinds and ages will shit test you. I attribute bullying and hazing to "extreme shit tests". But i'd like a more experienced opinion on this.

I think i've been getting this a bit recently. A couple times, during day and night game, girls will say "if you see me here again, i'll give you my number". How should this be handled?

Honestly, from reading what you said, it sounds like you already made up your mind, but you're looking for a reason to not go with that. Your gut will almost always steer you right, my friend. Relationships are tough. Women have a phone full of men who want to fuck them 24/7. Its basically a "break glass for dick in case of emergency". Beta guys, and most trp newbies, dont have that. Modern monogamy basically puts the man in a bad position unless he is balls deep in rational male thought, can co…

Lots of dads now days exhibit beta tendencies. I can't remember having met any father figures that were "alpha" throughout my life. However, "the way of the superior man" by dave dieda has a section labeled "live as if your father were dead". Which is not to say dont ever call or visit, but simply be strong on your own, and dont give a shit if its behaviors he wouldn't care for cause he wants to put the pussy on a pedistal. Im struggling with this myself right now. My father is a beta, Super nee…

Shit, why not show him trp? You dont have to shove it in his face, but presenting it to him as a resource wouldn't hurt. Show him the door, only he can walk through it. Or you can send him to r/seduction , he can improve his game without trp influence.

Alright. Let's back up. It's pretty simple. That was a very insecure and needy thing for you to do. But, now that you know, its time to move on, learn, and be better. You are obviously too attached and worried if shes gonna leave or see other men. How is that possible if you have "plates"? The course of action is an easy one, thankfully. You need to read and lift and spend some time away from LTR's or even women altogether and figure yourself out. Always a good thing to do after a LTR or new cha…
