I feel you man it’s tough when you have a lot of time on your hands and not sure how to fill it up. My best advice would be trying out the shawty app since it pretty much gives you daily approach tasks as well as insights to improve so i was able to get active and better at the same time. I would spend your free time getting better and more effective with your approaches since that’s the advice I had when I still had social anxiety

Literally just using the shawty app

Completely agree
/r/seduction05/06/26 08:59 PM

I wouldn’t approach with that but if you know they are interested it is much easier

Hey man I struggled with this a lot myself. You have to put yourself out there and be able to just got strike up conversation. It gets easier and the main focus should be connecting with someone and making plans to further the bond. My recommendation is trying the shawty app in order to track approaches and see what you did wrong

No way to know except trying. It’s definitely what ended up working for me since the apps didn’t do so well. You just gotta show up everyday and it really does get easier and you get better plus become better socially so approach anxiety doesn’t hit as hard. I’d recommend the shawty app in order to get motivation for approaches as well as insight into how to have better game

Just get a whole lotta reps. All that counts is taking the first step over and over and improving your game to the point where you know how to score and what it takes to get there. My best advice is using the shawty app which tracks your approaches and gives insight for success. U got this

Hey bro I’ve been in ur position. It can lobe pretty hard at first especially with anxiety and overthinking but typically I’m more public places people wouldn’t mind striking up conversation and if she’s interested then you never know where things could go. My best advice is trying the shawty app which helps out with cold approaches and helps you succeed with insights. You got this

Start off with something interesting not just about her looks but in general. Keeping it natural with quick fun questions while gearing towards showing interest. Then you can ask for the number. My best advice is trying the shawty app in order to track what works and close more

Hey man good stuff actually approaching cuz most never do. I would say maybe have one or two things that would make you stand out such as a hobby or sport you good at to mention when anything gets boring but to be honest it should be geared more towards learning about her instead and making fun assumptions that would keep her engaged. My best advice is trying the shawty app which directly tracks your convos in order to give u insight so that you can succeed… good luck and lmk if u have any quest…

Action really is the best step. Making an effort and going up to her. Within the first few moments you will see how the conversation goes and confirm your beliefs

It’s all about execution. I’ve been in the same boat as you for a long time. It’s difficult to break a cycle once it becomes a habit which it sounds like it has for you, but the important part is to make incremental steps to what you are trying to achieve. That means when you cold approach then you should try to flirt and plan a date right on the spot. That may sounds easier crazy but that’s as simple as getting to know them and then asking if they would like to get coffee so when you get the nu…

Yea man this is definite a good way to get out there and practice day game. I would suggest picking different ways of approaching someone uniquely tailored to them whether its style or a facial feature like eyes or hair. From there just naturally talk to them. It might sounds easier said than done but the hardest part really is to put yourself out there. My best advice is trying the shawty app to gain some motivation and improve through reps. You got this bro

I feel you, I struggled with this for a while too. It may seem counterintuitive but the best way to grow 5ths skills at first is really to just stop overthinking. The biggest mistake is that people imagine that you have to get everything right off the bat and it needs to be perfect the first try. You build social skills through practice and taking those first steps is essential. There are definitely ways to push yourself to go out there and build skills especially by being held accountable. I felt the same way you did before I start cold approach.p and I can say It definitely does help. Although some functional parts of these approaches are different, the main skill sets definitely intersect in most aspects. You will be a lot better at reading body language and knowing what to say as well as other parts of game such as flirting. I’d recommend trying the Shawty app in order to improve you cold approach and building up the skill set. You should definitely give cold approach a try.

Depends on the situation. Typically it helps to acknowledge the friends and ask their names as well before focusing in on the girl you really want to talk to. That builds a connection between you and everyone around so they are lesss likely to act agitated towards you. My best advice would be to try the app Shawty to get really feedback and see what works through your reps. You got this and Feel free to reach out about anything else.

Hey bro this is really great stuff! I would say for the first question I would approach it a similar way to what you did the first set. Saying excuse me with a compliment after is a pretty standard way but the important thing is getting their attention which is much easier if you feel they are already checking you out. If the girl is on a call it depends on the situation and her facial expression. If you are passing by then it is more about initiation in the moment because the moment will fade s…

Hey man I feel that I’ve had this struggle for a while myself and the best way to actually make progress is action. Social skills are definitely important to learn but remember they are skills so it is importantly to practice. My best advice is to try the app Shawty in order to get advice as well as watch how you get better while staying accountable… you got this bro and lmk if u got any questions

I feel that, I struggled with approach for a long time. There’s no magic way to just get over the fear except action and practice. My best advice would be to try the app Shawty to progress in approaches and actually have something to keep you accountable so that you take action… Good luck
/r/seduction08/05/26 12:18 AM

I would say cold approach is the best since you are building the social skills and breaking that social anxiety all in one since through online your going to have to meet the girl in person anyways you know. My best advice is trying the app Shawty since you’re able to track progress and get better at cold approach. Good luck bro and if you have any questions feel free to ask
/r/seduction08/05/26 12:07 AM

Very overlooked skill I agree. I would practice and definitely don’t be shy since that inhibits your movement

Great stuff, initiating approach is the hardest part and getting this many reps is impressive. I’d recommend trying the app shawty so you could improve your approaches and build momentum through various conversations. Keep up the good work man

I get you bro, i struggled with this a lot. It definitely depends on your conversations and building up that initial energy. My best advice is trying the app Shawty to get a sense of what you’re doing right and wrong so that you can see some momentum… good luck

Good stuff bro it’s always good to hear a story like this
/r/seduction07/05/26 11:58 PM

Acting dominant can go hand in hand with game by just being more active and leading where everything goes while subtly staying less reactive as you said. Joining a martial art won’t automatically lift those abilities but can help you get more comfortable with yourself and be sure of whatever you doing and it helps a lot
/r/seduction24/04/26 07:10 PM
1

I mean if she still seems interested in you and telling you nothing serious then it does seem like it. Just don’t take anything too deeply and don’t expect anything too much as that can affect your decisions

You have to put in the work and get better at it. It definitely is difficult but by growing social skills you can also meet other wings while practicing your game at bars and clubs. You got this bro. This only the beginning

You get that burst of energy and confidence which does help. I stopped a couple weeks ago and definitely forced me to come out of my shell

I agree step 4 is vital because without constant repeated effort nothing will change especially habits

I mean you should talk to them enough that either they tell you or you ask and you find out through conversation

Congrats bro just text her that you enjoyed meeting her and that you should hangout sometime. Good stuff!

Yeah I mean it really is just overcoming that initial fear and putting yourself out there. But that doesn’t just come from closing your eyes and blindly strolling through doom, you become willing to approach when you realize you have to pass through the pressure to get results. The real sauce is tracking your progress a pond every approach with an app like shawty to really see what you have to fix in your approaches
/r/seduction08/04/26 03:12 AM
1

You have to realize this approach shouldn’t make or break you as this is just a step in developing your game. Before I really used to be very reluctant to approach but with the app Shawty I’m more inclined since I gotta keep my streak up and am actually motivated to keep going so that the rejections just become another part of cold approach just like the success that inevitably comes along the way as well
/r/seduction08/04/26 03:10 AM
1

Because it happens to everyone. Because life is short and no one will stay fixated on your one attempt to spark a. Genuine conversation. There are also actual metric based ways to assist in getting rid of social anxiety in this respect but most of the work is really mindset
/r/seduction07/04/26 03:39 AM
1

Good stuff bro keep it up
/r/seduction07/04/26 03:35 AM
2

Yea man I completely agree getting those initial reps in is key. Putting in the effort and time to show up when most don’t is what actually yields results. I’d suggest trying the app shawty to record all of these attempts so that you can build off of them efficiently as what I used to do was question what was wrong with my game. But u said it best, step outside your comfort zone
/r/seduction07/04/26 03:34 AM

Working on your game can definitely be tricky so u gotta find the sweet spot that you are going for and get a ton of reps to get proof of concept. Your saying that most of the time girls have friends around and that is completely true so u gotta find ways around that whether you bring you own friends to talk to her or what I typically do is start a conversation with all of them and single the pretty one out. My best advice is trying the app Shawty that gives direct insights into your approaches …

There isn’t a magic key to knowing it’s all situational. You find out by approaching and starting a nice convo and seeing where it goes
/r/seduction07/04/26 03:26 AM
2

You have to really think about what you want at the end of the day
/r/seduction07/04/26 03:25 AM

Depends on the situation and how much privacy you get as well as the women who you are seeing and her wants

I don’t typically rely on it. So far for me it’s hit or miss
/r/seduction06/04/26 03:20 PM
-7

It might not be what you wanna hear but it’s really practice and pushing yourself out of your comfort. Like when walking down the street focus on one person and have 2 or 3 things that stand out about you. Don’t be too much in your head and overthink, instead it’s important to act. You can have different parts of the convo that you are good at keeping engaging and the more you do it the better you get
/r/seduction05/04/26 10:26 PM
-2

Yeah I mean for right now I’m still trying to develop my skills even further and just keeping it casual with all them. I enjoy it this way so I don’t have to really rely on someone fully especially if we aren’t serious yet

Good spots really are like anywhere where you have sales and big community and talking roles like bars, coffee shops, and even some like smaller and homier restaurants where you can connect with people and they are social

Yeah I got it just on App Store but I would check out the website hishawty.com for other info if u need. Lmk if u need any other advice bro I’ve been there

There’s many ways to track your reps and u don’t only need other guys to sit there and listen to validate ur strats, but having wingmen does help sometimes

Congrats man, you’re taking steps most people never reach! Practice is definitely a good way to get better and putting yourself out there definitely makes all the difference. My best advice is trying the shawty app as it helps track all your progress and gives the exact insights for strengths and weaknesses while keeping you accountable with your approaches. You got this bro and keep up the good work

Sorry to hear that you feel this way, you’re not alone and many have this issue. It’s important to spark the initial conversation and build up skills from practicing while seeing what works and is successful. My best advice is trying the app Shawty to approach better and stay consiste so that your skills are actuality built and now I went from someone who was in your position a few months ago to being able to approach. It’s the little things when you flirt and it’s definitely trainable to expres…

Well that definite is the first step, just not the only step. Once you get the confidence and build up to go talk to a girl you already made it past the hard part most don’t get to, but now you still have to be able to convert the initial spark into a calm and flirt conversation, it’s completely possible and the more you do it once you have a “spine” in your words the better you get at it. My best advice is trying the app shawty to actually improve approaches and stay consistent with growing you…

Ok well I think that you should try different things out and see what works. Trial and error. Also I wouldn’t recommend saying directly that you’re bad at flirting since that could tend to seem self conscious and already saying that she is attractive is kinda building up that flirty energy and a good start. My best advice is trying the app Shawty in order to understand what you’re doing right and wrong and make real progress from there. I wouldn’t overcomplicate what your doing and being straigh…

There really is no reason to overthink the more experienced you get the more you understand the times there are plenty of scenarios where pulling back isn’t needed and you still are able to succeed and get laid. I would focus on the basics and really getting girls attention and engagement instead. You should really only aim to pull back when she starts to give off hints that she is pulling back herself and then psychologically will want to get your attention because she wants to be chased hersel…

I feel you bro I was literally in this position not too long ago. What the key is to really put yourself in uncomfortable situations and build your skill through practice. My best advice is trying the app Shawty in order to track you progress and become much better at approaching girls and now I can pretty much approach anyone anywhere. You got this man good luck and if you have any questions feel free to dm

I feel the confusion and have struggled with this myself. The repetition is important but the problem is simply that in other areas like sales and sports you are able to consistently track your performance and build off of that. The problem with day game is that it is harder to do that but with tools like the app Shawty you are able to now measure actual insights and improve your conversation skills with real metrics instead of guessing what works just like other skills
/r/seduction04/04/26 07:45 PM

I would try to meet in person and spur inside jokes as well as engagement. Start up plans like activities such as a picnic or restaurant or bowling or pretty much anything you are interested in yourself. U got this

You can pretty much find women anywhere. It is good to find them in places where people aren’t really focused or serious such as work or the gym. Places like parks or shopping places and stuff like this is definitely good place to start where people aren’t already in a social mood and relaxed. I wouldn’t overthink recommend focusing on bettering your social skills instead of just the place though as a giving off good energy is better than just the scene. My best advice is trying out the shawty a…

There’s really no reason not to. Especially since most approaches are about a minute and then you just go back to your friend group. If I’m with a group they even usually like kinda nudge me into deciding to approach.
/r/seduction01/04/26 08:45 PM

Well unless you make a change then nothing will change. So it has to be an individual decision if you can go to clubs or activities where you can meet girls or maybe if moving to a bigger city is an option. Changing up your routine doesn’t have to be drastic but putting yourself sometimes in situations where you can meet women is crucial. If you have any other questions feel free to dm as I’ve been there before

Dude this is completely common, ive lived most of my life this way too. You have to just put yourself in uncomfortable positions, keep yourself accountable, and take action, that’s really it. My best advice is trying the app shawty since you can get insight on your approaches and keep a consistent streak to improve quicker. It’s really about getting outside of overthinking and putting in the effort to change your perception of how important the conversation is. With more volume comes the realiza…

Unless you have the skill built is gonna be hard and the gym isn’t the best place either. If she dropping hella hints then it’s worth it but I wouldn’t be held up on it. Instead I would suggest trying to improve your skills so that if you find someone attractive you don’t wait until things get awkward and extended. Good luck bro lmk what you decide

It’s just called shawty on the app store. Helps track reps
/r/seduction01/04/26 08:29 PM
1

I would take the leap and do it in person as it also creates a better energy with you showing confidence and her feeling more inclined to say yes with you there. Texting is also not a bad option if you feel like she likes you as if she’s attracted to you it technically shouldn’t really matter
/r/seduction01/04/26 02:11 AM
5

Why wait until the weekend. You have to overcome your approach anxiety by taking reps and trial and error. My best advice is trying the Shawty app to approach better quickly and build the skill with insights. Focus on places like local or casual bars where you can go and talk to people or day game in coffee shops or parks and get reps
/r/seduction01/04/26 02:09 AM
2

You have to improve yourself and focus on being able to approach the girls you consider out of your league. It doesn’t matter if you get rejections it’s a skill and you will see improvement if you try instead of just settling for less and not trying to get someone that you find attractive
/r/seduction01/04/26 02:04 AM

Good stuff bro improvement comes step by step. Definitely focus on progressing your strengths and try out new things and activities. My best advice is trying the app Shawty to track progress and improve your approaches so that you build the skill much faster. You got this man
/r/seduction01/04/26 02:02 AM

There is no reason to treat this any different. be outgoing, get to know them, and then you will feel more comfortable with them. Once your are sure that thery are interested in you then you can make a move and if they reciprocate then you go In, just like that. Definitely don’t overthink it and if you got any other questions feel free to dm
/r/seduction31/03/26 12:05 AM
2

Good stuff bro. I agree that I wouldn’t really ask her about how the conversation is or how it’s going because you have to be secure and confidence in yourself so that you are able to feel out the vibe of the conversation yourself. I would take it as a win since you got experience and had a good interaction as well
/r/seduction31/03/26 12:02 AM
1

Hey man these numbers aren’t bad and you trying is the important part. I’d say the way to increase your effectiveness is really just focusing on what works and what doesn’t to develop your game. My best advice is trying the app Shawty to see insights and improve conversion from conversation to number to date. You got this bro
/r/seduction30/03/26 11:59 PM

For 10s the biggest difference I’ve seen is that they are either full of themselves or get approached a lot and have high guard which makes it tricker to score. The goal is to try to put yourself out there as a genuine guy and somehow make yourself stand out from everyone else. But hey if you are approaching a 10 you got balls so she may hear you out.
/r/seduction30/03/26 01:31 AM
6

Well it helps give proof of concept and you can practice game but I wouldn’t say in many other aspects. If you learn the skill of approach and you are able to execute well then your set. If you have an questions on how to actually aim for those 10s instead of rinse and repeat reps then feel free to dm
/r/seduction29/03/26 04:51 PM

Ur definitely overthinking
/r/seduction29/03/26 04:08 PM
20

Couple things. Mainly that in the first 5 seconds of talking to a girl she pretty much decides whether she is interested or not. But even if she is, you have to keep providing that energy and engagement or else the interest will fade. If u wanna hear more feel free to dm
/r/seduction28/03/26 10:55 PM
1

I mean I wouldn’t simply look at it as a yes or no right away. The goal is marriage for you so you should be looking for people who you would be interested in for that but not rush into it right away and look at other factors as well as get to know them before making serious decisions like that
/r/seduction28/03/26 10:36 PM

Firstly congrats on even making an effort as most guys don’t even try. You can definitely make major progress but that comes from building up confidence and reps for, actually seeing your strengths and building on them as in your initial approach and the vibe u elude. My best advice is trying the app Shawty where you can actually get insights on all your approaches and build the skills to get the hot girls too while staying consistent. You got this bro
/r/seduction28/03/26 10:33 PM

Hey man you should practice the skill so that you will be ready to approach her. You just have to focus on what works and what doesn’t
/r/seduction28/03/26 10:03 PM

Congrats man! You’re definitely being too hard on yourself these are big accomplishments! I struggled with approach anxiety in the past but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. My best advice is trying the app Shawty to see Insight on your weakness and strengths in pickup while tracking progress and staying accountable. You got this bro and I would say it’s crucial to build off every experience and not be the guy who does the same thing without learning 100 times. Feel free to dm about any…
