Dressing smartly might be the best thing on here. I worked a low paying job that required me to talk to a lot of adults but as soon as I became manager and wore a shirt and tie I commanded a lot more authority naturally and grew massively in confidence.

It’s very hard and I don’t eat cleanly to make it a bit easier but the way I look at it is that the eating is the actual “work” of following that program as I really enjoy the exercise part of it.

You need to be much stronger. Aside from TRP and any other theory. Put your foot down. That’s your home. Get her out. Phone her parents if they still have a hold on her. Phone your landlord. Phone the police. Get her out. This will only end in an even worse situation if you let it go until the end of November. I’ll say it one more time. Get her out. She didn’t make you pay November’s rent. You paid it for both of you because you weren’t strong enough to get her out.

I worked on the door of my local when I was 18 and used to joke with the owner of the place that I would get more numbers than my boss, most pubs/bars/clubs have a fun environment and culture. I think he'll be able to tell for himself if this place is an exception.
