I tried not looking at screens for 2 hours before bed for over a month at one point - made no difference still same 6 hrs. I'd say my nutrition is in check, almost no sugar and relatively healthy foods (eat a lot of veggies). I dont have trouble falling asleep, I have trouble sleeping more than 6 hours (I want to sleep for at least 7.5 all the time). Ive tried sleeping earlier, made no difference.

I'm 18 as well and I have a real problem with sleep. For some fucking reason I sleep max of 6 hrs at night no matter when I go to sleep and I'm tired again by about 1 PM. Occasionally I can get 7.5 which works well but that's rare. I'm sure its having a big effect (always seem tired w/ bags under eyes) but I dont know what else I can do.
