If you are trying to build muscle mass and go for strength/power -- i'm sorry but a traditional bodybuilding diet is way better for performance. I did a low carb diet with a weekly refeed but after a while noticed my stress levels were up (cortisol) and the serotonin in your brain goes down without carbs so if you are someone that has struggled with depression I can't say I recommend it.
