–	"Men should be offended" (x-post from r/feminisms) I whole-heartedly agree. I agree with your post on some levels and disagree with others. I agree that telling women to not dress a certain way completely misses the point, and is flat out wrong. If dressing provocatively was shown to greatly increase your odds of being raped then it would make sense to caution women against it, however that's not how rape actually occurs. The problem with this argument is that one would need to successfully demonstrate that provocative or revealing clothing actually increases the chance that someone would be raped.
