I'm a carpenter, so I build myself out of a job every six months or year. Then it's off to the next job. Every company does the same thing, but they all do it differently. My advise is watch, look for the main guy, and the second in charge. I try and partner up to the second guy, and figure out the hows and whys of their methods.
