I have the problem where when I fail at something, I keep thinking about it and what I could have done differently. While I think it's good to think about what you could have done differently to improve, dwelling on it is fucking annoying and exhausting. For some reason I can't get the fact that I failed at "this" or "that" out of my head. I feel like my failures define me and I think that is the core of it, but how do you not see it that way? What is the correct way to look at it?

Is there some sort of method to stop putting so much emphasis on failure?
