Keeping a residence clean is EASY. Put dishes in the dishwasher, vacuum the carpets, pick up dirty clothes off of the floor and put them in the washer then dryer.....fold them then put them away....ALL THE WHILE.....dinner is in the Crock-Pot or oven. Simple. Since work-from-home due to Covid, that's EXACTLY what I've been doing. I forgot to mention that I dust every three months or so. Friggin simple and easy. They are worthless!

I've embraced the kitchen. I do the basics VERY well. I'd put my skills above most women - even the professionally trained ones (which isn't saying very much). I'd advise other MGTOW to do the same. I wouldn't think of it as a discipline exercise....I'd view it more as an exercise of "redirection". Redirect that sexual energy into something else. Weight-train, mountain bike, swimming, mixed martial arts training....any grueling exercise where you have to focus on both your body and mind.
