| 1 | I am argumentative and confrontational. How do I change this?I used to argue all the time. I wanted to prove that I was right. Then I started a business and all thaf right and wrong bs went out the window. What's more important than being right is having good outcomes in your life. My advice is to acknowledge the other persons point of view and give the way they feel validity. Then they are more open to your point of view.
