I'm starting to wonder what it's going to look like when trans men ask to be included. Edit: What? You're on reddit and you're not worried about political infiltration? Grow up. They'll put a rainbow flag on the icon and kick out every mens rights supporter with any kind of concern about the LGBT or trans movement.

Rather, people invented religion to usurp men's authority as patriarchs and control their women by extension. The heavenly father overrides the earthly father's authority you see.

This is so funny.

Shyness too takes practice to deal with! Good luck!

I mean it extends to cameras to my knowledge. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_call_recording_laws

Do you actually think feminists would be in any way appeased if men employed pepper spray instead of physical force against female attackers? They would get offended because a man is the one doing the defending.
/r/MensRights10/04/25 04:44 PM
1

Oh, I thought you meant something else.
/r/MensRights09/04/25 09:37 PM

Right, in the UK.
/r/MensRights09/04/25 09:29 PM

Not always, check out two-party recording laws.
/r/MensRights09/04/25 08:32 PM

Which I understand, but my impression is that it's the use of men's physical force that tends to get the most attention. It's about men being so much stronger, "you feel like a big man hitting a woman!?" So if you take that away, does it have as much steam at-least?
/r/MensRights09/04/25 07:59 PM
1

Is there anything to suggest pepper spray wouldn't be legally reliable in the USA? It's famous for being used by women. Some of us aren't legally allowed to record others (it's situational) in one party states.
/r/MensRights09/04/25 07:29 PM
1

It's anyone's guess to my immediate knowledge.
/r/MensRights09/04/25 06:59 PM
1

Yes, but removing physical force from the equation seems a boon when you're backed into a corner. Even without footage or witnesses, for there to be absolutely no evidence of a man physically attacking them? Evidence of pepper spray being used might actually discount such accusations.
/r/MensRights09/04/25 06:56 PM

In the UK yes, I've never even heard about it being effective in the US. And what opinion? That's a product page.
/r/MensRights09/04/25 06:41 PM

It is for cops, but our own laws can be restricting on that front.

I think you should try asking this again in your native language if it's not english.
/r/MensRights09/04/25 06:00 PM

And again, going off the beaten path in self defense seems seldom rewarded in court.

I don't quite understand what you mean.
/r/MensRights09/04/25 05:47 PM

We're thinking with feminism!
/r/MensRights09/04/25 05:46 PM
1

But is the damage anywhere near as lasting as blindness?
/r/MensRights09/04/25 05:43 PM
3

Well I said conditions like Epilepsy, there might be something similar. You've also got potential eye damage to worry about.
/r/MensRights09/04/25 05:30 PM
4

There, that's exactly what I was asking. Still, I hear reinventing the wheel doesn't tend to earn points in court. Couldn't a flashlight just as easily trigger conditions like epilepsy?
/r/MensRights09/04/25 05:25 PM
13

USA!
/r/MensRights09/04/25 05:20 PM
7

Exactly. It's because it's well known for girl's use that it makes sense. Are you guys ready to get in touch with your feminine sides for self defense?
/r/MensRights09/04/25 05:19 PM
3

Again, how is that functionally different from pepperspray in potential to cause fatalities?
/r/MensRights09/04/25 05:18 PM
-2

I'm not sure how a high powered flashlight would achieve meaningfully different results in that category, are the fatalities you're thinking of not due to blindness? Pepper spray has more history/precedent as a deterrent used by women anyway. As in gun law, there's little appreciation for reinventing the wheel.

I think it's just that they haven't been center stage for a while. Their main thing right now is attacking the trans movement. Which I don't blame them for. It is funny to see them be conservative only when it's something that matters to them though.

No, what I heard was that he worked for a firm that specifically pushes DEI. Not a company that uses it, a firm that pushes it onto companies. He worked for the anti-male thought police themselves.
/r/MensRights16/01/25 10:30 PM

As I understand it, it's ironic because he worked for a firm that pushes inclusivity/DEI. He's just someone who betrayed humanity and got a comeuppance.

You know, investing in security cameras would probably be a surefire way to handle bullying overall. If you have to deal with it at a job, why not schools? That way it doesn't matter if the teacher isn't looking.

Just making sure. I just think the internet encourages a lot of people to be hyperbolic. If he was teaching with that language, then I agree that there should be action taken, but otherwise it's just cancel culture.

I don't like his views, but it depends on the context. He doesn't teach politics? Did someone scroll through his socials to find this? People should be allowed to have hyperbolic moments without losing their livelihoods.

Some people live in areas where these things aren't as much of a reality, and won't have as much reason to believe in them. This is a universal truth. And often, the government does not tell you the honest truth about the horrible things they're doing. Sometimes they'll paint those families as hidden terrorist cells. Americans know this well. With all due respect, your one perspective does not disprove the possibility of such horrors being perpetrated.
/r/MensRights14/10/24 02:27 AM

Dumb fallacy. Just because people are living in a situation doesn't mean they completely understand it. Otherwise we wouldn't have political parties. Think a bit more next time.

So basically you're saying that we were fine when we were first getting people's definitions for the dictionary, but now with radical attitudes rapidly changing what words mean there's a severe breakdown in communications?
/r/MensRights19/07/23 05:41 AM

Context-wise, yes, but I was considering how widespread "projection" actually tends to be.
/r/MensRights19/07/23 05:38 AM

Really? I kind of feel like people "project" their own experience into definitions more than they rely on official sources.
/r/MensRights18/07/23 05:29 PM

You know, on Quora I noticed republican spaces picking up leftist tactics. Echo-chambers, and all that. Was a bit saddening, but I didn't know how to counter their point. "It worked for them." Not all women are bad, but aren't we here because the ones that are wouldn't accept equal ground in the first place? Maybe the table was made to tip back and forth.

I myself have an interest in pursuing psychology, but I'm worried that the field might be biased like this. When I heard that Psychologists depend on licensing and approval from others to be able to do their jobs/research, I was very concerned as to whether a psychologist could have their ability to pursue their career denied to them or be "cancelled" due to political differences. A university can even revoke a degree post-graduation, as I hear. Update: I hear Jordan Peterson had some issues wit…

Intentional communities are based on the fact (so I've heard) that you can discriminate against who you sell/rent a home to, even on the basis of some protected classes, as long as it's technically on the basis of whether they're a member of a group/organization. So you could start or target a men's rights organization and choose to only sell/rent homes to members of that organization. If we sell enough homes to said members, we'll create an area with a culture leaning more heavily towards suppo…

It feels like social media is built to block or hinder regular people from getting the word out about important/controversial subjects. You're allowed to support the narratives, you're heavily discouraged from creating new ones. The algorithm won't let you. I can see it on the post you shared, it won't even let me upvote it. It's stuck at zero to keep it from gaining ground. It's kind of like dating apps, if you're hot you win the game, with social media working for the celebrities. I don't know…

/r/MensRights29/05/22 04:15 AM

Well it's obvious that we have too much difficulty getting each other's meanings to have a satisfying conversation. Maybe you should stick around and get a feel for how to talk with the common man before we try again. It's hard and you might get some haters, but trying to connect with and humanize the other side of the political spectrum is hard work. Especially when they're radical feminists. If you can find an example of those haters, I'll take a look at it though.

I think you're having a go with me. Goodbye miss, I hope you learn how to have a real discussion sometime.
/r/MensRights29/05/22 03:45 AM

You know how we've been having a single conversation while replying to separate comments we've made? Commenting on those other comments creates threads of their own and it just gets confusing for looking up what you said previously.
/r/MensRights29/05/22 03:42 AM
1

I might consider it if you could deconstruct any of my points, but your first argument capitalized on my using the wrong word and you kept going with it after I corrected myself, and then a bunch of nonsense about where my beliefs come from from and how you have no idea what a single comment thread is. Is English your first language, miss? Semantics is such a bloody mess with the english language, it's no surprise that someone new to it would have trouble understanding my meaning.

You have no idea what a single comment thread is?
/r/MensRights29/05/22 03:28 AM

May have somewhat missed the part where you said "here", I'm kind of multitasking, but I was asking for an example of a thread where you couldn't have a good faith discussion due to hate. Can I see one?
/r/MensRights29/05/22 03:27 AM
1

Can you show me a thread where you couldn't have a genuine discussion with one of the men here because they acted as meanly as Distinct_Ad6759? If you can't recognize that there are honest men in this sub who just want to be heard and would happily have an honest conversation with someone, anyone who actually listens to their story, I'm not sure that's the sub's issue as much as yours, but I'm open to counterexamples. Otherwise it kind of sounds like might be a bigot.

I don't think we can have a real argument here if you can't understand that misconstruing my argument to be that Because some women were pampered or spoiled growing up, somehow that means they and other women don’t understand that computers involve computing? So a dumb entitled man couldn’t make the same mistake? Well, you made it sound like it was... Or maybe it was a mistake to make this about semantics?
/r/MensRights29/05/22 02:49 AM

Seems a bit narrow-minded to assume that's all the personal evidence I have to resonate with stuff on here. I think plenty of men can think of ways that culture has screwed up the relationship between boys and girls, men and women. You've got a sub full of them here, but it doesn't sound like you're here to listen to men's stories in good faith.
/r/MensRights29/05/22 02:46 AM

C'mon, you wanted your pissy moral argument over semantics so you could have the moral highground or whatever, let's have it. I won't back down from a good argument, you can trust me on that. Let's have your reply.

Have you met any that did? I'd be curious for the story. No, I know there are dumb entitled men, but with feminism in full gear these days, all you hear about are how the male siblings are treated like crap and how the daughters and sisters are treated like princesses. Have you heard of white-feather feminism, the attitude from WW1&2 that men should sacrifice themselves in battle while the women stay home? I once shared a story from Quora on here from a mother who taught her daughter how to mani…

She tried to reply with a counter-article that contradicted it. It sounds to me like there's just a bunch of anti-men/woman posts out there arguing it out. That said, if the lay-man can't determine whether the story is true, it's best to take the atheistic approach.

Because your kid can't talk or really understand you before a certain point. They learn better from experience, like when they learn to walk. Sometimes you have to accommodate that if you want to be a good parent.
/r/MensRights26/04/22 01:55 AM
1

Well, your stance being based on such incredibly uninformed takes based on sheer misunderstanding, I believe I shall carry on with my belief that there should be more opportunities for children to horseplay with each other.
/r/MensRights26/04/22 01:53 AM
1

Your argument is that more freedom is negative because there's no risk. Yes, but considering we have the benefit of culture, now it's just a question of the "controlling" going too far. I would be satisfied with using foam swords, but apparently that too can "poke your eyes out" so you don't see kids using them outside of maybe their back yards.
/r/MensRights26/04/22 01:40 AM
1

Using such specific examples, I can tell you haven't really thought about this. Those would be horribly unlucky first things things to have to have a bad experience with. I saw a guy like that, he said he believed in god now. Experiences like scraping your knees or accidentally touching a hot surface also raises a child's awareness that they should be careful in general. Like you said, they aren't (always) dumb. And really, that's why babyproof outlets exist. Until they can use words, you should…
/r/MensRights26/04/22 01:35 AM

... No, I couldn't have. And they wouldn't let me doing anything satisfying at first. And do you know how expensive those classes are, to be saying I could do a different one every day of the week? Were you the son of billionaires or something?
/r/MensRights26/04/22 01:30 AM
1

That's what I'm saying, there weren't many readily available controlled environments/outlets besides wrestling.
/r/MensRights26/04/22 12:56 AM
1

There is simply no stronger, more effective or more natural learning method than through experience. Kids learn that they need to be careful when they scrape their knees.
/r/MensRights26/04/22 12:54 AM
1

Well that very behavior seems natural to me and I think we hurt kids developmentally by forbidding it. As for it being too dangerous, they can learn.
/r/MensRights26/04/22 12:52 AM
1

Neat.
/r/MensRights25/04/22 05:53 PM
1

... But we have urges to engage in similar behavior, how is that not instinctive? And I don't know why it's not more complete, but I would agree with google's definition that it's a rougher, more boisterous sort of play. It may be subjective to some people.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 05:06 PM
1

This is also a piss poor idea of how letting kids do so would turn out.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 05:02 PM

I don't think that was necessarily the definition, just an example of a similar range of behaviors in animals.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 05:00 PM

/r/MensRights24/04/22 04:46 PM

Ahh.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 04:39 PM

I might've been slightly wrong about the unisex kids thing, as stated elsewhere. Too late to edit the title. And because I have a couple cats, I know they play in a way that resembles horseplay to me.

It's not anger, but if you're talking about boxing and the like, I'm more interested in something I can do on a whim instead of going through years of training before I can spar.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 04:31 PM
1

I don't think it's that bad, I'm confident horse play isn't teaching kids to beat each other. That said, my point is that is partially that it was harder to take martial arts classes because they were expensive as all get out.

/r/MensRights24/04/22 08:45 AM

Yes, but there are few ways to teach them said lessons as effectively. It goes into what Sailbad said about kids not having a solid grasp of consequences. For instance, letting kids trip and scrape their knees is a good way to teach them not to run so recklessly.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 08:45 AM
1

You could have met up with people you wrestled with in class for extra practice outside class for free. That's a very strange solution, like you don't really have any idea what you're talking about. When I said opportunities dwindled, I meant the controlled settings.

/r/MensRights24/04/22 07:38 AM

Well like I said, wrestling was the exception. I didn't really like the idea of grappling with sweaty kids either, but it was the only immediately available alternative. It felt like opportunities for that sort of thing were always dwindling, either by price or availability. Expensive martial arts classes my parents didn't want to pay for or whatever else. And I went to free classes when I got the chance, I looked for these outlets. Aside from that, I was very clear about it being a social/physi…

Elephants might have a moon religion, if that's comparable. Again, I don't think the way we think is so revolutionary that it completely invalidates and requires the complete suppression of human instinct.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 07:30 AM
1

Yes, but those guidelines can become convoluted and overly controlling. Which is basically what I'm arguing against.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 07:29 AM

It's because of our more evolved ability to think that our culture is more complicated. The social behaviors of animals can be related to ours if we boil ours down. They do it with mice.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 07:26 AM
1

I'm sure they can be. It's also a good way to help them understand their own strength and develop guidelines for being physical with one another.

Letting them whack each other is actually an excellent way to teach them not to whack each other with sticks, or at-least be careful. It hurts. If you're going to consider humans the ultimate in cognizance, I should hope you'd have enough faith in our kids to learn such things from experience.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 07:13 AM
1

Are you saying humans aren't just "thinking" animals? That we're so far above, that there's no inbetween? What a pedestal you put us on, even though most of us don't even want to be on it. Like a cat, ironically.

'Well, there's the examples of plain horseplay, parents merely discouraging their kids from that. Playing swordfighting with sticks, bro maybe gets a booboo on their hand and mom says not to play it again?" This doesn't summarize it well enough, or compare to kittens/cats playing with each other?
/r/MensRights24/04/22 06:51 AM
1

I think that could very well be true. Controlling one's kids is definitely a concept that's been around a while. My argument isn't quite that feminism started it though, just that I wish boys/men had the right to pursue it now. This is after all r/MensRights, not r/antifeminists
/r/MensRights24/04/22 06:49 AM

/r/MensRights24/04/22 06:43 AM

/r/MensRights24/04/22 06:38 AM

"Teachers in school prevent kids from getting too rowdy" I don't think teachers ever really knew the difference. In controlled settings where horseplay behaviour is encouraged like at Karate class during a sparing practice, that is fine. u/Sailbad_the_Sinner30 See? Are you going to say he seems like a thug too?
/r/MensRights24/04/22 06:32 AM
1

Can't I encourage someone to widen their social circle?
/r/MensRights24/04/22 06:30 AM
1

I think thuggery is merely the reactionary take on it. A person with no context might look at kittens playing and assume they were fighting and try to pull them apart. It's a whole range of possible activities/physical outlets that aren't really "allowed", not just fighting each other. It's when you've got grown men who've never gotten to feed this craving that you get lunatics fantasizing about killing a home invader or getting attacked by thugs or whatnot.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 06:29 AM
2

Actually no. That was the exception. Probably because you could expect less bruises from it or something. I do however wonder if that's what happened to karate tournaments. Isn't that more up the fight club alley?
/r/MensRights24/04/22 06:27 AM

... Wrestling is a martial art. They let you do it competitively in schools pretty quickly. What about that for an example?

/r/MensRights24/04/22 06:14 AM

And you can't exercise this level of reading comprehension in the other thread? I didn't say Martial Arts was horseplay, I said it's an extension of it. A social and physical activity. Leave it to crazy feminists to be so manipulative with words.

No, I think they meant when I was also a kid.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 06:07 AM

I think it's more about the fear of being politically incorrect. "Did you just assume their gender!?"
/r/MensRights24/04/22 06:05 AM

No, but I imagine others here would agree that it's part of a movement towards unisex childrearing.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 06:01 AM
3

I should think not, but those things are already components of physical fitness these days. The attraction here is in physical activity with others, just like in children's horseplay. It's an extension of that.
/r/MensRights24/04/22 05:59 AM
4

I think the legal system encouraged parents not to let their kids engage in horseplay for fear of potential injury and lawsuits/medical costs.

This is an important conversation to have. Kids are highly influenceable. There's a reason they aren't usually tried as adults and can't be sued or give consent. They can be stupid and airheaded. We have to give them a wide-berth for healthy development, but also be there to guide them onto a better path. Jail isn't liable to do that, but making sure they understand that's a possible consequence to their actions might. An intervention sounds like it might've been better.

I remember a joke about Asian countries, where rich men would brag about helping old ladies across the street. It was something of a status symbol to be able to afford it when people fake injuries and put the bill on you, like in those fake car injury videos. Where somebody bumps against a moving car. If you learn anything from stories like what we see here, it's that the legal system is about extortion and vengeance, and nobody is smart to be beholden to it, not men and not women. So they play …

Seriously, I remember a story on here from a man who was paying child support, the agency (that despises and assumes the worst of him) taking the payments from him took the money directly out of his account ahead of time before he earned more and he ended up in debt for thousands of dollars to his bank and when he explained his situation to the judge beforehand, she swindled him by promising to fix the issue and not doing it. If you learn anything from stories like what we see here, it's that th…

Well since that never happens enough for the media not to be the deciding factor, we should assume that the system needs to change to be more intuitive for the people.
/r/MensRights27/03/22 08:42 PM

If you agree with it a lot, I think people should start regional instances of movements like this. Good ideas can grow from the ground up.
/r/MensRights27/03/22 07:46 PM

I did. My solution would be for elections to also test candidates for qualities we want to see. Like pitting them against each other in a knowledge test.
/r/MensRights27/03/22 07:23 PM
1

Thank you, that actually felt like a more satisfying conclusion. I think that the reason our elections are often so influenced by media bias is because they're limited to one facet of candidacy: WHO we think is suitable. I think if elections also addressed WHAT we think is suitable, like skills, the focus would be less on the media and more on the actual qualities of candidates. I think people should be able to decide what qualities they want to see in a candidate beyond who they are and vote th…

Your answer seems evasive. You're just repeating the point you made before instead of appreciating the points I've made. Yes, they should make informed decisions but the evidence we have suggests that they don't. What of that?
/r/MensRights27/03/22 08:51 AM
1

I like to finish one topic before I move onto the next, I think that's a reasonable policy given how topsy-turvy political discussions can get these days. I'll tell you my solution after we finish this train of thought. If it could be said that the media is the only visibly deciding factor in who gets to be president, then that heavily implies that most voters let the media do the thinking for them. That's not an informed decision.
/r/MensRights27/03/22 07:43 AM
1

I'd like to finish this point first. Has there ever been a president where a factor other than popularity in media has been identified as a deciding factor in their success? If not, then it sounds like the whims of the media do decide our presidents more than we the people do.
/r/MensRights27/03/22 06:52 AM
1

Has there ever been a president whose success wasn't visibly correlated with popularity in media? There is nothing really wrong with the way we vote people to office. You're welcome to think so, but I'm not the only one who disagrees with you there. Ranked or Star voting are fairly popular examples of ways to change the voting system I've heard about in political circles.
/r/MensRights27/03/22 04:50 AM
1

Maybe not sufficiently but as I said it's my suspicion. For one thing I think the way voting to elect for office works is kind of terrible. I think the way it currently works lends itself to being more of a popularity contest more dependent on the whims and fear-mongering in the media than any actual understanding of whether a candidate is a suitable leader. A barrier to anyone who might actually have a respectable aptitude/qualifications, but isn't in bed with CNN.
/r/MensRights27/03/22 04:23 AM
2

I absolutely agree with the spirit of what you're saying, but I also suspect that the system is broken and works against us all. The far-left I think is an example of broken-spirited once-hopefuls that tried to do the exact same thing and went nuclear believing there was no other way besides infiltration and subversion. Before we fix our society, let's make sure it is our society.

I was at the supermarket once, and I saw a couple, with one of them being a trans woman that didn't pass. She and her man were butt-ugly. That was a serious suggestion. I myself am taking a class on group communication, and the book told me about how effective communication is the most sought-after skill in any business. Something is sacred to people, so they make a law to protect it. Not only are they similar, they can overlap. By making it illegal, you may give others the notion that it's sacred too. So I think my point stands, making abortion illegal might be a way to raise the value of human life in the eyes of others.

Roe V Wade protected abortion doctors from prosecution, didn't it? Are they going to be as willing to do it now that it's shakier ground legally?
/r/MensRights04/09/21 05:52 AM
1

Sacred and laws are similar human concepts, that's my point. You break a law, you violate it, you mess up a sacred place, you violate it. There's laws against murder and abortion because life is sacred to most of us.
/r/MensRights04/09/21 05:49 AM
1

The toilet idea actually sounds really nice. You should make and sell it.
/r/MensRights04/09/21 05:48 AM

/r/MensRights03/09/21 11:21 PM

Well, if the people are prone to abortions, then I'd say it's definitely an artificial inflation. Maybe it's a slippery slope? If we can devalue a fetus's life all the way up to childbirth, who says we won't afterwards? You do see some crazy women out there, celebrating their own abortions on social media.
/r/MensRights03/09/21 11:18 PM

You know, I was thinking lately... outlawing abortion is kind of a way to artificially raise the value of human life, isn't it? To make it sacred.

If they weren't wouldn't they have more reason to check sooner?

Is that assuming they're using protection?

Oh neat.

You lived with that? I'm so sorry to hear that.

Go play a game or something and relax however you can. Too much politics isn't good for anyone.

Not limited maybe, but it's certainly important for intensity. Are there any statistics that show how common prison rape is?

Again, it's a quote and a link to the post itself. So in fewer words, the legacy of puritanism is hurting us?

Mhm.

I've tried to connect with a lot of leftists and the stereotype often holds true. Hive-minded, identity-politics based bigotry seems the norm.

Technically, the aunt or grandmother's husband didn't really dictate the course of events so it still came down to the women. He just twisted "beat his ass" into call the police.

I would argue that there may not have been a reasonable expectation that the situation would escalate that far, or that he had the experience necessary to foresee the police abusing their power. Also, is it so good to continually bend before bullies, or should we start standing up for ourselves to create the world we want to see?

Sounds like they didn't approve of him.

In other words, do we owe it anything?

u/disayle32 You both did a good job.

I hear you.

It's a quote, though I doubt the original poster is listening. ... How do we take child abuse or brainwashing more seriously when we can't even trust social services or CPS?

Did it make your week?

I saw a meme about how many flowers men get.

Hmm. I've heard of reasonings like because it costs more to live in the super duper expensive house she owns/he bought her, and maybe it's just easier to divide it based on their living standards than spend time figuring out how much to downsize her so as not to inconvenience Mr. Bezos. Speaking of, does anyone know why they divorced if not just for money?

As I understand it, it's supposed to be because the woman gives up the opportunity to pursue a career or make money in order to be a wife.

Either that or take the issue out of the law's hands and into personal responsibility.

Don't know how to say no? Sounds kinda far-fetched, where's the statistic on that?

That's no reason not to try. We might get lucky.

I could see why those would be platforms supportive of men, but it seems kinda unorthodox and I've never heard of them before.

I liked dissenter but then the owners castrated it themselves.

Link them?
/r/MensRights14/08/21 03:22 AM

Have you heard of Epiverse? It's an interesting idea that creates a social platform that overlays over other social platforms like reddit, kind of like what dissenter tried to do. I think there's potential in that idea. Also, if we want it enough, I don't think cost would be an issue. The sub has 309k members after all.

So we do it better. We experiment.

Men need to stop whining and learn to code, ironically. We need a new platform.

You did good. Took a long hard look at the world without the rose-tinted lens and you didn't like what you saw this time, but you handled it well. *Pats your back*

We need to take control away from these little monsters by creating our own platforms. Dissenter was a good start, but it was just a candle in the dark. We need a bonfire.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
