You're crazy if you're calling that a beating, that involves more than one hit. And yes that was reasonable, it was unreasonable for her to think she could strike a cop and expect nothing back. It was unreasonable for her to make an aggressive action against a cop when she had no way to defend herself. The only reason I dislike this is because he is a cop and needs to keep a cool head as much as possible since he is the professional here. Other then that she deserved what she got.

I think they should but if they get hit and strike back with a reasonable amount of force (which is what happened in the video) then I got no problem with it. Regardless of how drunk you are, you should have the right mind to not strike a cop especially if you are cuffed and defenseless because of this. My friends and I got our hands on a tazer when we were younger and we actually did dumb shit like play a game called "Tazer Tag". Yes, that shit hurts but 9 times out of 10 when I see a woman tazed they tend to way blow it up out of proportion.
