Lot of studies show working night shifts affects the health a lot, especially mental health. If you can choose it's much better to have a normal sleep/work schedule.

I not to familiar about the black pill, but I've seen way too many autistic people using the word female about women around them.

There's thin self confidence you get from just thinking well about yourself, and there is true self confidence you get from actually getting good at stuff. You are already taking the right steps by becoming better at things. Just be stoic about your self doubts and they will take less space.

That swimming routine sounds like great cardio though. Cardio is great for your future self, especially longevity.

I had a friend who kept on growing and growing in his early teens while not developing much otherwise, so the doctors gave him hormones (testosterone) to make him go through puberty faster and stop growing. Maybe take your concerns to your doctor.

Don't do it, it will only cause trouble. Don't betray your brother and don't get involved with someone you describe as manipulative.

Young teens aren't the most fertile (especially pre-menarche!). They do however have the most fertile years in front of them.

This won't fit your situation perfectly, but I have some experience to share. I date a lot of muslim women because of an aquired fetish from when I traveled a lot. Just use RP fundamentals, but in addition it's a huge advantage if she doesn't live to close to you, and the dating happens somewhere she isn't likely to get recognized. And yes I'm not just talking secular muslims, but hijab-wearing ones. The last time was somebody who specifically looking for muslim marriage or (here it is the invit…

Having kids later is practical in a lot of ways, but keep in mind SNPs (small mutations) increase drastically from 30 and up. While in most cases this has no consequences, since most mutations are silent, non-coding areas or have minuscule effects, the likelihood of new genetic illnesses do go slowly up for each year. This is especially apparent with autism. For women there are few mutations after birth since all their eggs are already developed, just not matured, when they are still fetuses. Ho…

No specific event. Mostly curiosity. I see red pill as a useful perspective and not something to follow religiously.

Right, and I agree. Just explaining how it works.

Medicine is 99% about illness, but not to much about the ideal regime for an already healthy functioning person. Take nutrition. We know a lot about bad nutrition, and nutrition for people with specific debilitating illnesses, but research on optimizing for somebody who is already healthy is both really difficult and doesn't attract much money. It's not about politics, it's about medicine being narrowed in on patients, not the healthy.

Yes, normal on medical tests that give numbers is defined as within what 95% of what people get. Definitely not political, just a simple way to define normal on a million different tests.

Why are you wasting time on someone you are not even meeting?

As long as you have a good trip sitter Ayahuasca is really good for working on emotional stuff.

If you can handle being nauseated and puke a couple times I would say ayahuasca is a lot more "controlled". I can see how people would describe it as strong, but more in a way that makes you confront emotions and rumination. I'm surprised anyone would place in among the top two strongest though, as it doesn't make you hallucinate as LSD does and you are less likely to get a bad trip. Bufo Alvaris blows them both out of the water though. The single most profound experience of my life. Complete lo…

I'm going to expand a bit on STDs and protection, but the bottom line is condoms are recommended with all new partners, and people you don't trust completely. Regular testing "solves" bacterial infections, as those are easily treatable. HPV you probably have already, unless you were vacinating. It's leads to higher chance of ovary cancer in women and a very small increase of prostate or penile cancer in men. Most people who are sexually active have HPV though. Herpes sucks, but it's manageable a…

Do you get enough Vitamin D? It doesn't make a difference if you get enough, but it does lower T if you don't.

Borderline personality disorder. Google it. It's almost like a female way of being a psychopath. You manipulate people's emotions, partly by making a lot of drama, getting hysterical etc.

I like his self-help stuff but so much of the other stuff he says is wishy washy. His wording and relationship to the word truth is very postmodern for someone who hates postmodernism.

The two most important things to know about Freud is he is dead and he was wrong.

I see TRP as a way to accept people, the world and yourself as they really are. It's just a fact that men and women have needs, that they differ slightly and women prefer attractive dominant sex partners but (settle for) stable providers.

It is true that you are slightly more likely to get a heart attack while doing cardio, but the extra protection you get for all the other hours not exercising makes you more likely to not get a heart attack. Of course if you are worried about your heart condition you should talk to your doctor, but even very sickly people can exercise in some shape or form.

Even without a single edit to a picture it's easier to look good. Take 1000 pictures and keep the one that looks best.

Good for you. An honest but strong frame is the healthiest way to use RP. Honestly I would prefer a date before a lunch with the family, but I wouldn't worry about it too much either way.

Keep in mind both bacterial vaginosis and yeast infections are more likely to come from too much washing than lack of hygiene. Ever wondered why sometimes the girl with OCD levels of cleanliness smells like fish? Yep, that's bacterial vaginosis since soap destroy the protective sour environment on the genital mucus membrane. On the outside it's fine to use soap, but never inside the vagina. Also, for us men you are not supposed to use soap on the dickhead either, the normal skin fine, but not on…

I love that style. Gracious, socially competent dominance. Setting boundaries, showing you have nothing to fear and demonstrating social skill.
