2	Please help a lost man! Do what makes you happy. Fix your depression then fix your health. Dont get trapped in the cycle of depression. Change your life. Dont always listen to MGTOW. The funny thing is your supposed to go "your own way" not what mgtow tells you. MGTOW just gives guidelines and warnings. They dont have to be followed. That is the joy of it.
