1	Vasectomies, autoimmunity, DHT and prostate cancer, I've attempted SCD for awhile - did the yogurt for awhile too. for the past few years my carb source was fruit. Seemed to make more issues worse. I'm now starting to think that sugar feeds fungal infections more so than starch. Kind of a contradiction to SCDs theory. Testing near zero sugar and safe starch diet now (potatoes, rice).
