Ha lolz. Well, to be fair consciously she just wants to "build a life with him". Subconsciously though she wants half his house, or better yet the whole thing. When a woman offers a man exclusive (or apparently exclusive) access to her vagina, then some sort of fundamental female programming kicks in and she now feels entitled to all of the man's worldly assets.

Now this guy may be blue pill, but he's cautious enough that he hasn't married her or put her on the mortgage or impregnated her. So her legal entitlement to his assets is very weak. Her subconsciousness is sending all kind of logical error warnings at her conscious brain. I have given him my vagina but he hasn't given me control over his assets! Does not compute! Must secure assets!

In purely practical terms, you say with him as you are at present. He can turn round in 5, 10, 15 years time and end the relationship and what do you have? You could be 40 plus with no financial security and having helped him pay his mortgage all those years. If you weren't living with him, would you intend to rent for the rest of your life ? I think at 29 you need to sit down and make some very hard decisions - are you happy to continue as you are - obviously not as you are asking the question. On one level your b/f has got what he wants - you there, but no real commitment.
