I focus on exercise and make my body better. I have fast food still, but like once a week or every 2 weeks, just pace yourself. And being an artist, I guess it helps me being used to be alone.

I feel you have to work on"fixing" yourself and build yourself back up again. At least you recognized what the main problem was and got away from it. You have that momentum so keep it going. If those people are against you, so be it. It sucks but it's better to get away from them as well if possible. Maybe meditate and check out some "Stoic" videos on YouTube, that would be a good start.
