I had full backing from my church for the idea, but I had to then leave the church as it began to compromise with serious error and I took a stand against it. 1	Should a man be friends with women he doesn't intend to marry? Let's chat. Realistically, you’re not likely to be friends with a woman who is 30 years older than you, and of the opposite sex, let’s say. So those you’ll consider your friends will be women who are marriage candidates on some level. Ignoring women in church is not really sustainable or even good. As a single man, my approach is to be friends with women when there are other people around. So I can hang out with 2 women together, but not with 1 woman on her own.
