I suggest a 4-way method routine. Takes 20-30 mins, fully body with conditioning. Looks as follows: 1 - Strength Movement 2 - Accessory Movement 3 - Core Exercise 4 - HIIT Conditioning For example: 1 - Squat 2 - Bent Over Row 3 - Rollout 4 - Sled Sprint Superset all exercises in order 1-4, 3-4 rounds, 1-2 mins rest in between rounds & choose reps based on goals but as a guide i would suggest 6-12 reps. For your breakfast I would recommend Milk, Bread & Fruit. Lunch Eat the meat but try and add with some form of carbohydrate (starchy for lifting days, non starchy (vegetables) on rest days. Then finish off good quality fat and protein dinner with salads to help digest (for example steak, eggs preferably. Hope this helps

Ive lived with dunce roommates for just over a year now...IMO you have to focus on what you can control and forget about things out of your control...basically don't get caught up in the shit they do, focus on yourself, try and stay active and keep out of the house so they don't weigh you down on your mission. Thanks man. Definately am not moving in with anymore than 2. I will definately be priortising living with a man. All good points thanks for the advice also.

Thanks for the advice. I havent thought about going through an agency at this point...just been using a flatmates site. Sounds like a great idea and Id like to take you up on the offer and ill be in touch in regards to payment etc. Appreciate the advice.
