The shitty part: Each year in the spring and fall I am usually gone 2 to 3 weeks at a time for a good 2 to 3 months, and my schedule is hard set on 12.5 hour shifts, 6 days per week. It can be days (05am to 5pm) or nights (5pm to 5am). On my day off I almost always go home instead of staying at the hotel.

The good part: I am able to stay in decent hotels that usually have gym/pool. I can get all my meals reimbursed and/or eat in the cafeteria for free (usually pretty terrible food, aside from the salad bars if available).

I have to get enough sleep each night as to not show up to work fatigued (that can become a lot of paperwork), and my commute time to/from hotel is usually 45 minutes or so. So 12.5+8+1.5 leaves me with about 2 hours of free time each day where I can shower, get ready, relax, prep meals and try to work out.

With this in mind, I am looking for some creative ways to maintain a healthy life style while working a fuck-ton of hours and not having too much time to prep real healthy meals. Any advice/ideas is appreciated!
