This book is shit for beginners idk why people here worship it. Mark Manson was the guy that was already getting laid, but his problem was serious meaningful relationships. This book is for people who already get laid and can have sex when they want, but can’t have serious stuff. It has 0 practical advice (except at the end of the book) it’s only mindsets. The thing is, a mindset is not something you read in a book and you have it, it’s your actions irl that define your mindset.

I always get things like "Join a club", "Get a job", "Do charity" I mean personally I’m so anxious that I can’t even talk to people sitting next to me at uni.
