I thought its 1gr protein per lean body mass, my lean body mass should be around 60-65kg(130-150 pounds) but I didn't get it tested yet. I eat about 60-70g of fat and 120g carbs(according to my fitnesspal), I know it should be other way around but I live in a farmer village, milk and eggs are the cheapest protein source I have.
