I have a deviated septum which makes my face look asymmetric (bad for pictures and therefore Tinder and stuff) and also a bridge on the nose, besides I had been doing coke so it was pretty bad inside as well, breathing problems and such. So got that fixed first. The surgery takes a few hours and I was out of hospital next day. When I was less functional and not taking medication I didnt approach women not for lack of libido but social skills.
