It's wild prostate cancer and breast cancer have nearly identical stats, (at least in the UK) they kill the same number of people and infect the same number of people and all. To be fair part of the issue is theres no good screening process for prostate cancer and there is for breast cancer, and breast cancer is much more aggressive, but there's a lot of gender bias to imo
