I have a habit of texting long and replying fast. I am never afraid to ask them to hang out but escalation has always been an issue for me. The few times I tried, I failed. I have been friendzoned a few times by girls who seemed interested at the start and they end up telling me about their crushes. I usually dont get numbers but social media and then take it from there. I am usually a serious guy but friendly. I do attempt to make jokes and be light hearted regularly but I would not say I am th…

I just moved to Japan. My social life is restricted to about 5 foreigners I meet once or twice a week. Just to let you know, I am a South African guy of Indian descent. The girl I was referring to is a black South African lady who is 34. I am here as an English teacher and will be here for at least another 11 months. The girl is on the same exchange programme I am on. We connected on Facebook earlier in the year and started messaging each other.

The founder that Kong had to fire was Jason I don't think that Jason ever had any involvement with JumpCut.

There were no tributes on social media, neither of the two put up a social media message. They were quite popular and surely if there was an amicable parting of ways, they would have informed the community of such. Also, they unfollowed each other on Insta.

we probably don't know the whole story no matter what we think we know. Yes, they have always been pretty private regarding their personal lives. We also never found out why Jason left but it looks like he did do something bad.

t Jesse left Jump Cu Jesse did leave rather abruptly though which suggests that things did not go well.

Heard that as well but its just speculation. How did Kong have more power though? I mean they both had equal importance to the foundation of the company.

I came across this thread today after listening to Kong's latest video where he mentions that Jesse left the company about a year and a half ago. It does not look like things between them ended well now that you mention the un-following as well. They also had videos where they mentioned that they were "best friends" and Jesse seemed dedicated to the business. Something bad had to have happened that prompted him to leave.

Well I struggle with flirting as well as initiating a hookup and understanding social cues. Some of my friends who have had much more success than me have actually told me that my approach is good, they have said that its the initiation thats the issue.

I'm just trying to figure where I go wrong and why I hardly ever get girls interested. I assume that this part is one of the things I'm doing right then.

Here in South Africa as well, full of them on Campuses, but in actual day to day life, they are few and far between.

I dont have a problem with the ideas SJW'S bring out. They are valid. I however have a problem with the means they use to bring those ideas out. Here in South Africa, they silence white people when discussing white privilege and silence men when talking about feminism. They are ultimately making white people more defensive an racist and more men misogynist and defensive. I think SJW's also had a big role to play in Trump's win due to their double standards.

Black men are regarded as desirable yes, but personally the only black men I have seen succeed with white women here are the ones who grew up in predominantly white spaces. I have only heard of a black guy who grew up in predominantly black space with white women once and it was with German girls.

I get frequently down voted for disagreeing with common white opinions on that SA sub, even though I do it in a dignified manner. Yes, it is possible for non-white men to date white women but usually in SA it tends to be the guys that do not reflect common non-white stereotypes (i.e the rich black kid who attends private school). From my opinion as an Asian dude, European white girls are much more friendlier than South African white girls.A lot of black dudes even here have boasted to me about t…

I am also in SA. I know you are at Rhodes judging from your posts. In my opinion, all guys have a shot at interracial relationships but a white dude is at an advantage from the onset. Non-white dudes can and do engage in them but they have to work harder. An average looking white dude with a decent looking personality will have an easier time than an average looking non-white dude with a decent personality. My close friend who is white even told me that he finds he has to do "less work" when hoo…
