I'm sure a good majority of college students know already that it is a scam, but they go anyways b/c so many employers still believe that degrees are mega-super-necessary and they aren't aware of very many viable alternatives. Like it or not, many places will still toss your resume in the trash if you don't have one...and you can forget about moving overseas too since most countries outside the U.S won't give you citizenship without one either. I don't think it is really that complicated...basically any time a woman is paying attention to you is an IOI (smile, eye contact, etc). Hell if you have too ASK THEM if they think you are attractive (w/o overdoing it!). Try to talk to them in private too if you can to reduce nervousness. May not be the most ideal way to do things, but I think building confidence is most important in the beginning. Tell them that you like the color of thier eyes, that they are cute, things like that.
