hahaha...whatever. Tried going out tonight but there was an abundance of sausage, everywhere. Middle aged sausage mainly. I live in the middle of nowhere so not much I can do about it. Really on a friday too? At every bar I went too?? Its been good around here on other nights.

Arrived at one club started out by talking to some dude that jammed his thumb trying to get his phone case off his belt saying it "probably wasn't that cool". I walked by his car to the club when he let out a yelp that kinda freaked me out...but anyways...walk up to the bar to get a PBR and start talking to some dude that had a chive shirt on so I asked him about the site since ive seen a few people wearing the shirt lately. He was all passionate about the site and stuff it was kinda funny....even pulled his phone out and showed me pics and stuff. He goes back to his friends and I take off to scope out the bar some more. Not much going on really. There were two chicks in the corner by the (one game where you push the pucks onto point fields) one was middle aged the other looked like 20 something HB 6/7 with some old dude maybe her grandpa or something. Tried to get up some courage to talk to her but it seemed wierd. Wasn't really feeling it there either the energy was off to many middle aged/older people there (no offense). Heading up to the bar I close out my tab with the same chick who served me earlier. She asked why "we" were leaving (it was just me) and I said that I just wasn't feeling it there. May have thought I was friends with that chive guy. Could have been a slight IOI not sure...

I take off to another bar...see a bunch of cars leaving as I pull into the parking lot so im thinking "oh crap this is a bad sign"...sure enough same thing here. There's maybe one or two I could have approached in the bar but its sausage time (they should totally make a "sausage time" kinda like "adventure time" just for the lulz) here too. Saw some smoking babe texting as I was heading to the bathroom, would have felt weird to interrupt.

She was gone when I got out.

Headed to another bar...meh...more lame-ness

So yeah...I know this isn't nearly as awesome or crazy as other FR's but im beginner with social anxiety so I tried. Perhaps I was being too picky there were a few decent woman there but it was hard to be motivated b/c I wasn't entirely thrilled by them. Kinda hard to flip a switch and lower expectations instantly.

It would be nice to know how other sedditors handle slim picking nights???
