What do you guys talk about after opening? I find that asking for their name job / studies location is quite lame / boring and doesn't lead to anything. Talking about this stuff makes the conversation serious. I don't want that to happen. I want something interesting, secrets and dreams. I want to what inspires them and what motivates them. (I'm just realizing that I answer my question myself while writting this.) Do you guys have some examples?

My Problem is that I'm perfectly fine when it comes to talking one to one but as soon as it's three people I can't Talk and contribute to the conversation. This is mainly at work. Always when I'm around people I have to deal with for a longer time I get Incredibly shy saying Next to nothing. Help!?

I have a different method for night clubs. I try to introduce myself if the music allows it. I ask her where she´s from or what her name is. After that I ask her if she wants to dance (sometimes non-verbaly). The normal dance position is grinding. To get to see her face and look her in the eyes I take her hand and spin her around. That´s it.
