Being older you could take the wiser/stoic approach which will naturally attract, especially if you are combining it with value activities like working out, looking good etc. Amused mastery would be a good one here.

It's delusion like the majority of the media/societal/environmental influenced stuff we see today. You can blame it on the jews, white persecution/guilt feminized ultra liberal media or whatever else, but it is what it is. The notion of any race being any better than the other quickly evaporates when you get off the internet and see that the images being portrayed are not common, reality is you walk down the street and see fat black men, fat white men, fat Asian men and every other race all with…

Imo you are overthinking and not doing. Too much time worrying about correct facial expression, counting eye contact signs etc leaves you rigid and unable to adapt. It's likely you'll look quite awkward unless you are being very subtle, and even then you're spending so much time worrying and not being present. The game i've always worked relies on being natural and adapting tools of basic sexual strategy on top. IMO the only way to improve in any social interaction is to go through it. It's like…

That's probably the worst element in regards to people you care about. Have a family member who grew up without a lot of attention and is now in some strange three way relationship as a provider. What do you say though? Your rationality doesn't compare to 'the one' and 'true love'. I just sit back now and drop subtle sexual strategy parables like an old sage.

You're 15. So the best thing to do is to go to one or two now and see how they are. If you hate it - and it is plausible, then you can look back and confirm that the party scene is just not your gig. Then you focus on different hobbies and interesting things to do instead. That way you get real life gains + girls.

The trouble is, once you've taken the red pill you can never go back, the curtains are pulled back the magic is methodically destroyed in front of you and all sexual strategies are laid out for what they truly are.

It's true, certainly beyond your early twenties - although I am personally glad I spent my early twenties chasing sex. Going through school/college without a lay count is a depressing existence, eventually its easy for self doubt to creep in as you don't feel worthy of sex and then a spiral of self fulfilling negative mindsets in an environment where power is sex and sex is status. There can be no doubt that sleeping with 7, 8 and occasional 9's changed my life more than any other event. Once yo…

IMO NoFap as a 'movement' is now tangled with so many insecurities and biases that its best to be avoided. The premises are generally healthy however fanatical ideas of superpowers tend to override these. I think quitting porn is contextual and depends upon how deep down the rabbit hole of porn you've gone, the problem of course is a lot of people that are addicted are blind to it. But to demonize masturbating is too strong. Personally I do not believe we evolved to masturbate to all of these va…

My advice is to go read Rollo's 'Rational Male' view on LDR's (chapter 10 I believe). You'll likely come to see the reality of what you're feeling.

You cant really change the childhood you had. It was in those formative years that you should have had a teacher (like a good father) to teach you the way of the world, it's transactional ways and to cut through all of the silly obstacles like 'The one' 'True Love' 'Being good vs Doing Good' and countless other destructive constructs. You can however change who you wake up as tomorrow, and the day after that. People are all to ready to take the beta/bitch approach and lie on the floor screaming …

My love of Eastern women has brought me to the brink many times and from a pick up point of view it can be done. However sometimes you need to know when to move on, and this is one of those times. Consider all of the red flags. 1) Clingy 2) Needy 3) likely to be emotionally naive 4) lack of parents may mean inability to handle relationships 5) lack of parents 6) Wants relationship 7) All this and only 19 If she doesn't take well to your handling of plate game then you could find yourself in a wo…

Damn I feel for you, I hate scrapping cars they are one of the few things I build a strong attachment too with all the memories etc. Yeah I know quite a few people who have struggled with ADHD and meditating. I know some who have gotten through it too though, I think teacher based instruction tends to be the thing there. I suppose really it just comes down to doing what works for you. Since you seem to have a love of cars, maybe buying a classic and having it as a project could be an idea if you…

Yeah I get that, there's no need to take a week of though, the principle is still the same. You just have to do things that evoke other emotions beside lethargy, nihilism , depression and sloth behaviours. Do things that scare you, go join a martial arts gym, go get another car(or if you still have your old one - can it be repaired?) and do some track days (even in a banger!) go meditate, ramble, ride.. the act it'self doesn't matter, its just the kick-start and rush of emotions that it gives yo…

Take my advice with a pinch of salt as it's not for everyone and it's definitely not a 'healthy' resolution - but I went through similar and the only way out of it that I found was stimulation. My life has been much easier since I've accepted I'm just another mechanical being - input x and get y. During my biggest spell I went away, visited pro's for mind blowing sex, pulled the hottest women I could for validation and then picked up some local martial arts, picked up a few other hobbies, raced …

Those are the one's you really need to watch though. An average 20y/o has a good few years to ride the CC so is likely to leave billy beta alone once he pays her tab. A 28 year old however is approaching the wall and still trying to live like her early 20's. Sooner or later she realises this isn't sustainable, she can't lock down a man she truly desires, and times running out - so one of these poor guys at the bar is likely to end up as a her long term Beta Bux.

If real, these comments are gold.. "Virginity is just a concept and can't be defined. If she says she's still a virgin then she's still a virgin" Cheating is just a concept and can't be truly defined. I mean, you had an argument before you left right? so you were on a mini break!? Even if you weren't on a break you thought the relationship was over! Don't tell your BF though because truth is just a concept and can't be defined, if you believe you didn't cheat then you didn't. TIL I learned that …

Working bars when I was at Uni allowed me to see some messed up stuff. Guys paying over and over to be treated like a fool before the HB7 goes home with the one dude who didn't buy her a drink. The reality is that From the chick at the bar or the girl stringing along her beta orbiters right up to the Findommes that hang around kink scenes, men literally forking over £100's to appease some 20y/o slut - women have no problem taking money from beta's who think they can buy their way to natural desi…

It's not just women, people in general have become very weak minded and the increasingly feminised society of the west has allowed everyone and anyone to feel offended by the 'bad' words. Its highly encouraged now because it reaps those sympathy and attention points. More than ever people are unsure of who they are, lost in a world of social media and a constant craving for attention and desires. You can't offer feedback, you can't get angry, you can't show sexual arousal, you cant argue, and yo…

I have no idea, but after reading so many threads on it I think there has to be a correlation between middle class white guys and their unfulfilling beta lifestyles combined with the massive amount of porn the majority of them are watching. Perhaps it triggers some sort of inferiority complex that they turn into a fetish where by in their mind the 'one' they 'could' be dating can be sexually satisfied by a random chad whilst I suppose he presumes he gets unlimited intimacy without worrying about…

I think it's the same as the proposed pickup benefits of NoFap, People are imagining that these women are suddenly drawn to them, but in reality its the combination of their own sex drives levelling out to natural states and their confidence in having accomplished it. Also when you take into consideration that a lot of guys who lift are likely to be putting themselves into new environments, meeting new women and friends and generally upping their social interaction - it's easy to see how it all …

TRP and the 'manosphere' is so many things to so many people. It has surpassed the point where you could easily dismiss it as pubescent teenagers bemoaning their lack of experience with women - fundamentally it is about uncovering the real and very raw qualities of sexual strategy, life and society and also dealing with how parts of society today are actively punishing masculinity. Whilst there are many threads that essentially deal with 'Advanced PUA' there's much more than that - the topics en…

From past experience I'd say forget her and move on OR go and fuck some other women before you meet her so you don't end up falling into sniper mentality. Whilst it is feasible that you could build attraction with your new understanding of sexual dynamics and strategy, you sound like you haven't really been field testing for any length of time, and thus it is incredibly easy to subconsciously slip into the behaviours you believed were 'normal' before, that sound like they eventually led you into…

Very important point I wish I had realised or been taught much sooner. I often cringe when I think back to my days of feeling so lonely and rejected. Why won't anyone care for me I'd say, surely if I just find the right one they will care about me as a person? All of these women and men are just shallow, why would I want to have relationships based on transactional value? They should like me for me! why does everyone treat me like I'm invisible? Once I woke up and the difference was night and da…

That's a great idea! If you use some model like most of these tinder tests then you can easily just say "oh well, I'll never look like that so why bother?' but if it's your genetic face on a ripped body it would show you just how futile sitting around eating junk and whining about lack of attracted girls is and how much of a difference being in shape really can make. Especially if you add some suggested social proof photos too.

Many of us have been there mate. It's far rarer to actually grow up aware of the amoral foundations of sexual strategy than to become indoctrinated into a 'blindly trust the 'one'' Disney-inspired ideas of romance. In my experience, during the end game of a cheat relationship - women can be very good negotiators, some even managing to get guys to sign up to perma cuck life. They will often use a combination of the 'deny and act offended' + trickle truth method as seen in your experience and wait…

White Male Privilege is an awful rhetoric that has become commonly acceptable to brandish against any white male you don't like, and almost exclusively used by other white people! It's an effective put-down because it serves to suggest that any white males success in any endeavour is based on his inherent privilege as a white male and it also negates the ability for any white man to suffer - because they are privileged and don't know true suffering. Fortunately it's not pervaded too many parts o…

The problem with all of this Disney dream bollocks is that when it goes wrong - which it will, it leaves you with no foundation of reality or perception, because everything you believed in just blew up. It's why genuine 'heartbreak' is such a unique feeling of your world being torn apart and turned upside down, you can't function for days, weeks, months for those in real LTR's - some guys seem to never move past it. You are taught that there is this 'one' and when you find this 'one' any other r…

In a world where a woman need only switch on her phone to receive a flurry of desperate beta's willing to lay themselves down and be trodden over for the chance to fuck her - this is what happens. There's no sexual motivation to be feminine or improve your looks because everyone around you is telling you you're 'beautiful'. As a guy, if you're straight out fat, a lot of people you talk to/hit on are going to make it pretty clear what they think even if it's not overtly. So John hit's the gym bec…

Personally I experienced the exact same, and when I go back I just remember it's a temporary thing, and my life is not there anymore. Everything is temporary and subject to change, you were beta then, but now you are not - you know this because you have the experiences of the past (however long) and so nothing that happens at home can undo those experiences.

General - Only ever focus on bettering yourself and your happiness. People come and go, the people you think are there forever will not be - everything is impermanent. Don't be a dick, help when you can but never put people (especially women) over your own happiness and progression. Personal Finance - Try out a multitude of skills and find one or two that stick. Too many people grow up without marketable skills. If you are better than the majority of the general public at a marketable skill (pro…

Second the motorbike idea, you get the image, the look and the thrills. In addition it often beats the insane car insurance for young people if you live in the UK. Also there's something unique about heading off for a weekend road trip with your bike.

Yeah I think it's a real shame the length some people go to in the name of '(true) love'. I've heard so many stories of people killing themselves/in ruins you'd be better off making horror films based on the concept. I think people can get wrapped up in love as some sort of higher power, society tells us pleasant soundbites like 'Love conquers all' and 'You need to be loved' etc etc but in reality it's nothing more than a biological reaction - a powerful one for sure, but not the act of some div…

Never had too much problem talking to women, probably because I grew up in a house full of sisters/sister friends - but I've always been dreadful at closing. Was walking to the Uni bus stop yesterday and noticed a 'nice' looking girl waiting ( sort that dresses conservatively, probably quite shy in general ) anyway I open with an dull but environment based opener - 'how long have you been waiting'? and she responds receptively saying not too long and I joke about how the time-to-wait always go u…
