I don't take it as never fap. Just don't make it a daily ritual. I do it once in a week or two when I'm monk mode, never when with spinning plates.

But I've completely stopped watching porn.

[–]Senior Endorsed Contributormax_peenor26 points27 points28 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Just don't make it a daily ritual.

If you've created a safe space with all the appointments for your masturbatory practices, you know there is a problem.

That said, there have been times in my life I was so fucking horny I would have mounted a rabid porcupine on fire with napalm if it was my only means of ejaculating.

[–]Eap123RP8 points9 points10 points 8 years ago (15 children) | Copy Link

I agree with you, however some men, particularly low testosterone ones, should stop fapping entirely. I am one of those men. I feel more energized and confident now. Occasionally, I will ejaculate when nothing is going on for awhile. After ejaculation, it takes a week to recover the testosterone.

Having said that, I'm not saying abstain from ejaculation through edging for testosterone reasons. Purely for training your willpower and learning how to prolong the sexual response.

Removed by accident. Have reposted. Will read, cheers.

Wish this myth would die already.

Ejaculation results in changes in prolactin (increase) and dopamine (temporary decrease), but does not result in changes in testosterone. Although prolactin and dopamine are both involved with testosterone, they do not appear to influence testosterone levels acutely.

It is about the mind being connected to what the body does. Western science doesn't cover or recognise this.

[–]Psychocist1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Better yet, just edge when you do masturbate. What's the obsession with ejaculation? Bonus is it trains up your stamina (if you care about that) and teaches you how to enjoy without release.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago* (3 children) | Copy Link

deleted What is this?

[–]red-arctic-tern2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

This is a stupid reason to fap. You should keep in the energy. In a few years of TRP you are getting off ofter enough with real women.

[–]GoinMonk0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Preventing prostate cancer is a stupid reason? Lol ok then.

[–]thatguywhatshisface0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Lol how do you deal with blue balls then?

[–]Psychocist0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Wet dreams? lol

Honestly, I don't go long without release (max 4/5 days). I usually only do this if I'm seeing plates.

[–]ZXMarvin28 points29 points30 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

IMO NoFap as a 'movement' is now tangled with so many insecurities and biases that its best to be avoided. The premises are generally healthy however fanatical ideas of superpowers tend to override these.

I think quitting porn is contextual and depends upon how deep down the rabbit hole of porn you've gone, the problem of course is a lot of people that are addicted are blind to it.

But to demonize masturbating is too strong. Personally I do not believe we evolved to masturbate to all of these varieties of porn, and I feel in myself having stopped, a greater propensity to hunt for sex rather than simply masturbate. And by hunt, I mean an inner urge to be stronger, achieve more, approach women and go after things.

Whilst I don't profess stories of superpowers, I am definitely more driven, I feel stronger and more dominant and am enjoy the feeling of actually wanting to go out and have sex.

But then, I used masturbation as a form of escapism and would go at it 3-5X+ a day every day I could.

My take on it is this - try it for two weeks. If you literally cant go a few days without porn you have something to look into.. If you find yourself able to abstain and feel benefits then cut back or completely stop otherwise don't worry too much.

[–]laere15 points16 points17 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I've found heavy porn/masturbation use has been a symptom of a larger problem for myself. Using these things as a way to escape reality and to trick myself into thinking everything is "OK."

[–]Hung_Chad5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I agree, it totally depends on the person. I tried nofap for a month and it did nothing for me but make my dick super sensitive. No extra drive or confidence or any other superpowers. I didn't really miss porn, but I did get aroused easier with more PG photos.

I think for any guy who masturbates daily, or who has had trouble cumming while having actual sex, just try it for a month to see what you can learn about yourself.

[–]Senior EndorsedMattyAnon17 points18 points19 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Do it if it works for you.

Don't do it if it doesn't work for you.

[–]zeeohsixer6 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I think it started with porn addicts who needed to get off the drug. If you're lifting hard, sleeping enough and eating right you'll probably need a manual release once in awhile. I know I do, or I can't think clearly. Some of the guys are fanatical about it, claiming all kinds of bullshit as fact. Its their religion, let them have it.

[–]Lordracula[🍰] 7 points8 points9 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I like to think of it as Realz over Feelz and vice-versa. If you can control/manipulate your feels in favour of the realz then that can only be a good thing.

[–]keysomea4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

On in it now for 8 days and so far I had the urge to masturbate a lot of times but hey necessary discomfort is something necessary.

[–]FindTheBus3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

Being able to jerk it to 20 tabs of pornhub any time you want is probably not good for you.

Porn is probably responsible for the growing cuckold trend.

Sabotaging your own sex drive isn't good.

Contrary to NoFap evangelists, not wanking probably WON'T give you super saiyan powers.

Not ejaculating at all isn't good for your prostate.

Giving in to the urge to jerk off whenever you're horny isn't good for your respect of your own self control.

We didn't need NoFap when people only had their memories and maybe a magazine to get off to.

[–]failberry5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I've reached a point where fapping or even reaching orgasm gives me a sense of sadness and weakness and drains my positive energy. I sincerely cannot give it a rational explanation but I accepted it as a matter of fact and I just avoid it. I quit porn and fap 5 months ago and every day I'm just more motivated and driven by a natural inner strenght . Not really trying to lead people on this way , just sharing my personal experience

[–]SasquatchMcKraken4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Don't do it too often. But don't be one of those guys who brag about not having done it for 115 days either. The testosterone benefits are temporary (like a few days to a week). After that, unless you're getting it out by fucking instead, it becomes downright unhealthy. It's a natural pressure relief system that you ignore at your own peril. Nofap is stupid. Sometimesfap is what you want to shoot for (no pun intended).

[–]Endorsed ContributorThotwrecker4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I think NoFap is a great concept if applied like an intelligent person and not a zealot. It is true that jerking off to porn frequently is bad for you, and it's also true that most normal guys don't realize what effects constantly masturbation and porn have upon their brain and body.

I think NoFap is also a great discipline builder, similar to taking cold showers everyday.

But it isn't a substitute for hard work. All these autistic redditors get a massive boner for themselves and act like they are these herculean monks for not skinning the sausage for a month. That isn't an accomplishment, that is ... just not jerking off. It isn't going to make you a superman. It's not going to help you get laid - I can jerk off 4 times and then go out and fuck a girl, and have a lousey lay because my dickhead is so sensitive... but I'll still come out ahead of a dude who doesn't jerk off for a week but doesn't go out.

So do NoFap. Try it out. Don't go on the subreddit. You don't need a fucking support community to not diddle yourself. I mean jesus christ NoFap is the most mastubatory thing Reddit has ever done - a bunch of guys circlejerking about how great they are for not jerking off.

So do it like an intelligent person.

I personally believe no one who's serious about living a great life should be frequently using porn, playing video games, smoking / drinking, eating shit food, getting poor sleep, and so on. But that's just my opinion. I think in life if you are not succeeding on the level you want to be succeeding on, you probably can give yourself a boost by severely reducing these activities. And I also believe every man should abstain from all of the above for at least 6 months just to see what your life could be like, and then make an educated decision about what lifestyle you want.

[–]M1ster_X7 points8 points9 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

TRP's main stance on NoFap what what I gather is the porn addiction that's often linked to frequent masturbation. Porn is a vice that gives instant gratification (orgasm) without the work to achieve it in more gratifying ways (learning game, banging chicks, THEN orgasm).

NoFap, like working out, growing a business or doing anything that's productive to your overall well-being, is a measure of discipline that when built up strong enough become second nature. Masturbation is an urge, not a need, and like all urges it can be controlled in moderation or eliminated entirely.

[–]1IDGAFMentality3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link

I definitely think that not many people here have factored in the flat line many individuals partaking in NoFap experience. While abstaining from porn and masturbation in excessive amounts is useful in building self discipline and for driving self improvement, long term continuation of such a practice inevitably leads to the flat line, which is in my eyes a state of regression.

During the flat line, people often lose all sense of motivation, become zombie-like, have no desire for self improvement, and lose many of the "superpowers" NoFap claims to give individuals. To answer the OP's question, despite the fact that many describe the flat line as temporary, I feel that the entirety of a NoFap "reboot" (90 days no porn, masturbation, or orgasm) does not align with the relentless cycle of constant self improvement and sexual success with real women TRP advocates for.

Personally, I feel that porn addiction is a very large problem within our society, and I have partaken in NoFap to break free from that addiction, but I've stopped short of being dragged into the cult following many on the NoFap sub have succumbed to. I think as others have mentioned, NoFap can be a powerful tool to locate self discipline and to overcome addictions to porn which limit individuals from going out and pursuing real interactions. For these reasons, I believe if you are in a position where NoFap can benefit you go for it, however don't follow it to the point where you enter the flat line (usually 30-45 days in), and use it as a temporary measure until you improve in your life to the point where you can have sex with real people, as actual sex increases testosterone a lot more than abstaining from masturbation does.

[–]Endorsed ContributorThotwrecker2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Well, this is why you need to be getting laid as part of your NoFap. If you go out and you're on NoFap and you channel that motivation into approaches, you'll get to clean the pipes and you won't deal with the downsides of abstinence.

I don't think NoFap should be implemented without actually trying to get laid as well.

[–]1IDGAFMentality0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I totally agree with you. Implementing NoFap without simultaneously approaching women is counterintuitive and a waste of time.

[–]thatguywhatshisface2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Masturbation is okay, as long as there is no porn involved.

Thats why the NoFap movement is so large. It should be NoPornFap or BringImaginationBackToFap lol

If you need to wank, go do it. But don't sit for a half hour or more scrolling and clicking around the net, ringing out your brains dopamine.

That being said, it's always been a "thing" in human history that ejaculation can cause you to "calm" or become "docile" however you want to put it. I personally know of a few guys who are professional fighters (one being a world Muay Thai champion) that all stick by this idea religiously. They won't fuck for a minimum of 2 weeks before a fight.

[–]1Entropy-76 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

As with alcohol, everything in moderation.

[–]Gallobrax0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

This is really a better starting point for a question as I find abstaining from masturbation to be counter intuitive. It's your body, and your agency - do as you please. That said to what end does and rather should TRP theory embrace drug and alcohol use? For me this has been a struggle as I see alcohol as an explicit hinderance (as a substance it has no real value outside of its qualities as a tranquilizer) yet every now and again these very faults seem to be a positive. Harder still are other substances which have a real and measurable utility.

Don't get me wrong, there are some things you should avoid on principle namely stimulants, pills of all kinds (especially SSRIs, MAOIs etc), opiates and RCs but outside of these drugs there is much to learn in the ego death that hallucinogens can and often do bring to the table (or the meditative qualities of a good sativa).

Really I'd be interested in a larger discussion about this topic as I think there is a link between psychotropic substances, red pill ideology and cognitive mental function - namely why are we living in a time where so many people are afflicted by mental illness? Is it that we are doing more drugs (prescribed or otherwise)? Is it that we are not educated in the way we need to be as men, or is it something else.

I think this is something we don't consider enough on this sub as while some will bash drug use others will with open arms provide them as a solution (SSRIs, antipsychotics, and rarely benzodiazepines) for a breakup when real education might be better served. Just like everything however: your mileage may vary.

[–]sketchyuser1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I think the mental health thing stems from a lack of community. In the past individuals were more tied in to communities and now we are more lonely and individualistic. We also are aware of every good thing about others and every bad things about ourselves via social media. We also have little to worry about in terms of survival so we have a lot of free time to dwell. Furthermore, people are losing their social skills and so that leads to less and more awkward / less rewarding socialization.

[–]Gallobrax0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Social media is a tool of power as far as I'm concerned. Indeed If Wikipedia is at the opposite end of academic literature then social media is at the opposite end of social proof: anyone can say anything without restraint and they are often free from the burden of proof. It is neither reliable nor useful for anything other then stirring the social pot.

But I'd disagree that we have little to worry about, as we are all here (or should be) due the breakdown of what was once a more equal SMP. Women are no longer the mothers they used to be and what was once masculine has been replaced with a shadow of what it once was. Of course this is not just a symptom of the reinvention of inter-gender social interaction but a consequence of a larger and systemic societal problem. Really if you look through history you will see quite clearly that if we look at the world in aggregate terms we have never been in a worse place.

The big problem though is how we are dealing with it. TRP doesn't teach you any of this, it simply allows you to act within this "new normal" and not lose your shirt in the process.

[–]sketchyuser0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I disagree with you that we are in the worst place at this time. I highly disagree with that. Maybe in the worst place to meet women? But even that's not really true since people are dating later and later in life and you have more options in general (even if that's a problem in its own).

Regardless, my point was that we don't have to worry about survival anymore, so things that wouldn't get much thought put towards them get obsessive thoughts and dwelling leading to depression/anxiety etc.

[–]1Entropy-70 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

TRP's primary focus is on sexual strategy and getting laid to satisfaction while managing relationships with women. The secondary focus is self improvement physically, mentally and financially.

TRP doesn't have a holistic philosophy regarding life enjoyment and overall happiness, and in particular it does not say much of anything regarding the role of recreation. It isn't strictly necessary for its stated purpose but it's a huge topic that is relevant to anything you do for enjoyment that is not directed towards either of TRP's primary or secondary goals.

We are specifically talking fap and alcohol but it extends to food, video games, trashy novels, amusement parks and what-have-you.

A small percentage of guys are "switched on" during all their waking moments and are always moving towards goals of getting laid or self improvement, but most people want to kick back and relax. So that is where recreation comes in. As long as it is not "dysfunctional" or damaging your ability to achieve self-improvement and sexual satisfaction, there isn't anything wrong with it.

Fap is recreation. Alcohol and drug use is largely recreational (to the extent that it goes beyond that, there is probably something deeper wrong). I play computer games, watch movies, and enjoy a rum & coke or the occasional twang of the wire. How much is too much?

YMMV but personally, I don't go in for the "mind expanding" properties of drugs. Ha ha, I have found that sleep deprivation gets my brain working in strange ways to get the creative juices flowing.

Regarding SSRIs, I've been there and done that. I didn't like them and since I have relatively mild symptoms so I use herbal remedies, lifestyle changes, or generally tough it out. Some people legitimately have more severe brain chemistry imbalances and perhaps modern medicine works better for them.

Do you strife for being average?

[–]1Entropy-71 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I think you mean "strive to be average" in which case that is no. I am talking about enjoying things that may otherwise be bad for you.

[–]WolfofAnarchy6 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

NoFap tests your willpower against the deepest urges (sexual ones) known to man. It's a supreme builder of grit, discipline and willpower itself.

[–]dark_dragoon102 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

If you can channel the tension to go approach or lift then no fap is great. I cut fapping cold turkey. Next time I cum is when I have sex.. and the actions I'm taking are to increase the frequency of that.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

deleted What is this?

[–]HappyScribe2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Nofap great if you're wacking off twice (or more) a day like some sort of frustrated caged monkey, you never go out and can't get an erection with a real girl. A lot of people self sooth with fapping in the same way an alcoholic blocks out the pain with alcohol. To those people the 'superpowers' no fappers speak of are real - they become normal.

[–]slothsenpai2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I honestly didn't have my first wank til I was 23 (I didn't know how to at the time) yet I was still the same low-energy beta like every other good goy. It didn't provide me with any sort of super powers so wondering what was up with that? Unless I've had to wank first and then abstain from it in order to achieve that zen-state

  • NoFap -----> Cult

  • MGTOW -----> Cult

They are spin offs.

Just like Fake Nazis and the Alt Right groups get lumped together but are totally different.

[–]Old_Memes_Never_Die6 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

They may be cults but what about the message they both give out ? Stop fapping and focusing on yourself exclusively doesn't seem that dangerous as a message.

[–]Senior Endorsed Contributormax_peenor0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The message and the dips hits currently screeching it are two different things. I'm pretty sure that was Neo's original point.

[–]NeoreactionSafe0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

But notice how Fake Nazis and Fake KKK idiots can be exploited by the Globalist Tyranny to bring about more censorship.

What happens is the fringe "Cults" get all the attention and the real issues are forgotten in the manufactured drama.

When MGTOW came into existence as a spin off cult I very loudly objected on the Red Pill, but there is not much we can do to stop it.

The Red Pill seeks the actual Truth of all things.

Cults aren't open minded to the Truth... they become "different programming" but are still emotional programming.

[–]Old_Memes_Never_Die5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

I see but what makes TRP not being a cult ?

We have our rules and sacred texts (Sidebar)

We have our leaders and "enlightenned members" (Mods and endorsed)

We have our own language (AWALT, shit tests...)

We have our own common enemy

We even have some duties to be done to be part of it (Lift, approach, eat healthy : try asking for advice on TRP while stating that you don't do these and people won't just bother)

I understand TRP is not a cult but it looks like it's the way it's taking sometimes imo.

[–]trpmajcisen2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

TRP is a cult same as nofap in my opinion..

No fappers looks at other people as weak because they have addiction to porn or masturbation.

Redpillers looks at other people as beta because they are not hitting that much pussies.

On bith sides are extremists and people who actually came to become better version of theirselfs. I found out about TRP from Nofap and im really happy that i tried it, also it did changed my life point of view on porn and sex in general.

I did moved from there, and now its time to change my life in general ( thats why im here

The Trivium Method:

  • Open minded on evidence.

  • Close minded on thinking.

  • Share your wisdom.

The Red Pill opens your eyes and allows you to Think For Yourself and that will inevitably give you the ability to see the crimes (Games) going on.

Or...

Maybe I'm the only guy who actually thinks here?

That's a very real possibility... what if everyone else was a robot?

The Turing Test was in spotting automated responses or "bots".

What if I'm the only original mind and everyone else is a "bot" and I've spent three years talking into a vacuum?

It's getting close to being possible with modern A.I... it might already occur.

What I'm saying is that thinking is hard, people don't want to think or at least the least amount possible.

Even if TRP allows and encourages you to think for yourself people will naturally gravitate towards cult like groups and turn it into a cult.

What you say is a very real problem.

Already on the Red Pill I've seen guys learning the basic vocabulary then mostly using it to gain popularity here.

Popularity is the worst thing when you are looking for Truth.

I'm high T, so I can wank off tons to porn and still go out and pick up chicks or have a girl over and blast her pussy for a few hours, but I feel better when I don't. Sometimes it gets too much and I need to blast off, but got some recent advice to work-out when I get the urge and release my tension that way.

[–]TehJimmyy0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

When i have the urge and go workout it gets even worse. I never get soft no matter how much i do it (2 times a day seems easy) but usually i get tired from it and headaches the next day and feel very unproductive. I recently got into the conclusion to do it once each 3 days. It keeps me balanced and makes me chase chicks ( still an 20 year old incel tho so i am not sure yet if thats the case).

I can't keep my head clear if I get an urge and I end up just waisting 2 hours fighting it and eventually jerking it

[–]TehJimmyy0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I feel you bro. I am the same. I had fought urges for 1,5 days straight to relapse. Not worth the hurdle. Better to have a program for it or stop watching porn all together.

Nofap gives one energy. Postfap feelings of lethargy come from the release of the energy. So, not only does one lose energy after fapping, energy is used to recuperate loss of semen. With the excess energy, you can channel it into working out, approaching, work, etc. Everyone is different but this has been my experience from three years of nofap.

Went roughly 80 days at the start of last year, honestly i wouldn't do it again

[–]Lordracula[🍰] 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I was the same actually, and I do plan to do it again long-term as soon as I can get a grip of my willpower.

[–]Geckobird0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Fuck "getting a grip on your willpower." It's now or never.

[–]Lordracula[🍰] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well it's an ongoing thing. Right now I am not fapping, but later it may happen so I don't try to think too deeply about it.

Everybody is different. I'm more willing to approach that girl. On the other hand, I get more stressed out and a simple thing as nexting a girl will get me frustrated. I'm back on NoFap, simple because my anxiety and social awkwardness is slightly reduce.

[–]eLZhi1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

no fap should be renamed to "no porn", unless you've got very high levels of testosterone porn will fuck you up, especially if you have no self control.

[–]Nonstopas1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I did a total of 4 months of NoFap troughout the last 8 months. When i discovered it i was expecting some super powers, but its all just bullshit. Then i stopped after a month, and went back to my old ways: porn. Lots of it. And i hated it. Once i quit porn and did no fap just for my own benefits its much more different. Plus im more of a no porn than nofap these days, since i can control myself better

[–]BobbyPeru1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I don't fap to porn, but I'll watch a little about a half hour befor having sex with my wife... Just to enhance my mood

[–]88Will88 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

TRPs take is don't fap, empty your load into or onto bitches after you have maxed out your SMV. A successful red pill man does not need to fap, there is a world filled with women who want to extract his semen with their mouthes, pussies and assholes. Why fap when you can cum the natural way?

[–]Pfan540 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Sounds like you've done a bit of porn filming

[–]hva_vet2 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

NoFap has merit as a self improvement tool and to learn some discipline with porn and self gratification. As a movement it is also full of woo and broscience with regards to testosterone.

[–]contrafagotto-1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

NoFap is just one of the many ways in which TRP recycles Victorian thinking as cutting edge. NoFap is the new hair on your palms.

[–]NakedAndBehindYou0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

In my experience it helps keep my level of energy higher throughout the day, since jacking off lowers my energy and sort of relaxes me. Nofap also keeps me hyper alert of any opportunities to flirt with girls because I have an unfulfilled sexual desire which would otherwise be nullified by fapping.

Overall, Nofap is a positive experience for me, but I never did it permanently. When I tried it, I would just not fap as often as before.

[–]fearganfadhb0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Masturbate if you want but porn is pure cuckoldry.

[–]tobiceps0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I had been doing NoFap for one and a half months when I entered a massive flatline. I missed out on 5 one night stands because I couldn't get my dick up for weeks. I eventually relapsed in order to gain control over my erections again. I would say I have a much healthier approach to masturbation now. I fap less often (only when I'm really horny) and I don't use porn any longer. Besides that I noticed that my sexual performance increased significantly. I last a lot longer and the erections are much stronger compared to when I masturbated once a day.

Dosage makes the poison. Just listen to your body and fap when you NEED to, when it gets unbearable and there's no other outlet and you can't concentrate. That's when you need to fap,,, don't do it because you're bored.
