I've spent ages working on my voice - going to teachers and looking at programs. There was an episode with Roger Love on the Art of Manliness podcast that I found helpful. My voice was too airy, and just putting a bit of buzz in the back of my throat helped me. I found singing helps increase volume - join a choir, do karaoke.

When you're in your 40s, this year will mean nothing. Resit the exam you need to do. Get a job in sales or teaching and when you hit uni, you'll be 100% more prepared and confident than other students. You'll also be that little bit older, which will give you an edge. Or, ideally, get an apprenticeship. There are some financial firms that offer them to people without college degrees.

If you're jerking off every day (or multiple times a day) to porn, it'll have an effect - Just in the extra time and energy.

Grease the groove. Every time you walk through a doorway at home, bang out three perfect push ups. In a day you'll be doing 50+ push ups. Then increase to four. I used this method to help me do pull ups.

Who do you care about unconditionally? Let's assume your mum had a brain injury and just screamed abuse at you, said she hated you etc. My guess is you'd stop looking forward to visiting her, and would eventually stop visiting. All that matters is how we make people feel and how people make us feel.

You need to stop approaching girls. Instead you need to approach and talk to everyone. The guy at the bus stop, the woman bagging your groceries, the old guy with the dog - you need to get into the habit of approaching people in the street so it's no longer weird. Become the talkative guy. You're in an elevator, you make a situational comment. You're waiting in line, you say something to the man behind you. Talk to your barista and ask him about his day (you might get a free coffee). Start walki…

Getting enough (8hrs) sleep was a game changer for me. I could suddenly concentrate, I enjoyed life more and was more productive. Hungry is just a feeling that'll go. Try not to confuse it with being thirsty.

I can recommend books, but you really only learn by doing it. If I had a son I'd make sure he had a weekend job in a store. The thing that really made a difference to me was a summer cold calling - knocking on doors selling cleaning products to people. It was brutal, but it helped me in so many other areas of my life.

Sales - It doesn't matter what you do in life, you'll be selling something. You're a teenager, you're working in a shop convincing someone to buy a new dishwasher. Then you're trying to convince someone to give you a college course, then you're a doctor trying to convince a patient to take his medication, then you're trying to apply for a research grant. It's all sales. I know far too many talented people who can't sell, and it hurts them a lot.

Higher SMV women have nicer lives - doors open to them (literally and metaphorically) they aren't as jaded, everyone is lovely to them. They can choose who they want to fuck, and because they screen out weirdos, tend to have higher self esteem and don't hate men. They're crap at changing a flat tire.

Because they're hot and passionate. and that causes you to lose perspective. When you date one will be the most amazing person on the planet, she will do that weird freaky shit, she will bring joy and love into your life. There is no regulation to their emotions. And then when you break up, or she finds something she doesn't like or imagines about you, she will destroy you with the same passion.

Sex is one of the most spiritual acts. When you are having sex with a woman you are getting in touch with your masculine side; it is you who has labeled this as demonic. You do not dominate a woman: you use your masculine power to seduce, to penetrate and to become one with her. You are not winning a war, you are creating something with her. If you then want to go and create something with other women, that is your choice.

Im still ugly, women still treat me the same, cant get respect from other men, i became cynical and nihilistic This is going to sound like some spiritual woo woo shit, but you don't love or respect yourself. If you don't love yourself, if you're not self amused, if you don't enjoy the company of women, why would they love you?

Imagine you'd invested half a century believing in something, and then someone waltz's in and tell you it's bullshit... not just tells you, but proves it. You're going to get pushback. Most people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it.

Animal Farm is a critique against Stalinism. Orwell wrote it after the BBC put out propaganda saying the Red Terror never happened. The idea of the story is that Communism seems nice in practice, but in reality it will become corrupted. It was for this reason the CIA Psychological Warfare unit funded the 1950s cartoon. "When the animals outside look at the pigs and men, they can no longer distinguish between the two."

I heard the whole financial melt-down in Greece was because the Greeks lied about passing various financial tests to join the Euro, and the politicians were too polite to call them out on it. There is money to be made, and power to be gained. - Paint women as perpetual victims, letting them get an easier ride (positive discrimination, not paying for dates, political influence (it's my time!) etc) - The dating industry is worth billions - restaurants, cards, flowers. Feminism is an industry and worth billions. - It gives women more power in a relationship. Women are the biggest children in the house - listen to them, pat them on their pretty little heads and then do your own thing. Their advice is directly parroting Cosmo, or applies to women not men. I remember walking into the gym about ten years ago, thinking I'll bang out a few pulls ups. I reached up and just hung there, until my fingers got tired. Took ages before I could do one unassisted. Now I do them as a warm up. You're right. It's totally the same thing with dating. When you're used to being ugly, and then you get that first wide-eyed look. Now I accept I'm attractive. Life is sweet.

A typical woman is almost always emotionally honest. She will change reality to match her emotions. She's not lying, she's being 'true to herself'. I wish guys would realise that women operate in an emotional sphere. Facts are just inconveniences. Try arguing and see how emotions are elevated over facts.

Yes, it's okay. I'd suggest you get into the habit of talking with everyone you meet. In the supermarket? Have the choice of going to a self service or chatting with the cashier? Go talk with the cashier. You don't even have to flirt, you just need to get over the feeling that it's weird talking to strangers. When, switch it up by subtly flirting with people - and I mean all women, whether you like them or not. Then, and only then, hit on women on the street.

If you want to lose weight, keto and then, after you become adapted and in ketosis, intermittent fasting is the way to go. What my take away is: Get a girl to do things for me, make me food etc. Be different (if you've gone anywhere in the world you'll know how much pussy you can get with a foreign accent). I've wasted around $2k on non-refundable flights/tours, and will waste another $1-1.5k on a flight back. Nah, you've saved yourself a fortune. If it wasn't for this trip you'd be getting married ($20k minimum), then after having kids, you'd learn what she was really like, divorce her and be paying alimony forever. This vacation was an investment.

How do you benefit from trolling this woman? The only result I can see is an antagonistic work environment, a woman who'll throw you under the bus and who will tell other women you're a misogynist. I have noticed that females are attracted to males who make them feel cringey/embarrassed/uncomfortable/inferior Women are attracted to men who are stronger, wealthier, and who have higher social status than them. To be attracted is her way of admitting she is inferior. Why do you think women are so vicious when describing loser men? "No, I'm not attracted to that guy, he looks like Shrek." - the subtext is, "I'm better than him, and I can do better than him".

Women make ideal employees when it comes to following rules and systems. Rules create a sense of security. Women are fantastic in admin and HR positions, make great students and are really obedient to authority. Men tend to hate authority (look at the m/f split in prison population). We don't like rules; we like results. We are solution machines.

Young women don't have an identity. They instead have chameleon-like personalities, changing depending on who they're with. As a survival strategy this makes sense - they're happy creatures, willing to play the part of the perfect girlfriend/wife/employee. They are rewarded for their beauty, not for their strong personalities. How many of us conservatives have dated a social justice warrior, only to find her views slowly come around to ours? Or find that she she strangely has exactly the same ta…

Get her to send you e-mails going into detail about her fantasies. Also, it might help if she gave you a key or a keycode. This behavior can also be attributed to fags. I've worked in countless businesses where the obviously gay men act like children - name calling, temper tantrums, squeals with delight, the works. Good question Smart people try to solve depression by out thinking it. It's a problem to be solved. Ironically, the more these people think about their depression the more depressed they get. Let's look at that for a moment - "He's done something to make the person he loves happy". Firstly you're suggesting the woman has no control of her own emotions. Like a psychological marionette, she is controlled by the man. The idea that a woman can't own her own emotional states and is hence a victim of whims of those around her is pathetic. Second, the man is able to control the woman's emotions by expending time, money and resources. Effectively he is able to buy her emotional state. If tha…

Nietzsche believed sometimes it was necessary to be unapologetic ally cruel to be successful. If we want to eat meat, we must slaughter animals. If we work in management, we will need to fire people. A successful lawyer isn't everyone's friend. A soldier will kill the enemy. Few of us question these things. I sugge…

Similar to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, I believe there is a hierarchy of motivations. Before Nietzsche there was the idea that all lifeforms wanted to live, be healthy and reproduce, and that was their primarily motivation - the so called 'will to life'. The next layer: The will to power - an unconscious desire to control your surroundings, to achieve, to dominate, to obtain status in society. The important thing is it's not a moral decision, it is something innate inside of you. The upshot is …

If you read just one of his books, Zarathustra is the one to go with. It is a bit allegorical, so you need to think about it. The concept of transcending the 'herd' (and in TRP, becoming the top 20%) is so important.

Yes. Taking it back to TRP, we are perceived as a misogynistic hate group. And being misunderstood in that way helps people maintain their blue pill frame. If everyone understood the red pill, we would be living in a collapsing society (and few people want this) and we would no longer be a hate group, we would be genuinely hated. In day to day interactions, you don't want people to understand you when you talk of the Red Pill, you just want women to see your SMV and think you're hot. The philosp…

This is why parents need to toughen up their boys by nurturing them differently from girls, and why raising boys the same as girls has lead to an epidemic of depression and suicides. And when I say toughening them up - I don't mean coming down hard on them, I mean teaching boys to love themselves, to learn to put themselves first, for them to get self esteem by internal rather than external validation. We may be talking about the same thing, but coming at it from different directions. Oh sure, betas produce things in factories and makes excellent slaves and middle managers. The most important part of an earlier ruling, shows the importance of aftercare: "The complainant said that her next memory was waking up in the hotel room at about 11.30am. She realised that she was alone. She was naked and had urinated in the bed. She had a headache and was confused."

More men are raped in the U.S. than woman, according to figures that include sexual abuse in prisons (where there really is a rape culture). In 2008, it was estimated 216,000 inmates were sexually assaulted while serving time, according to the Department of Justice figures. That is compared to 90,479 rape cases outside of prison.

The truth is most people are fat because they're bored (and lead boring lives) or they're emotionally unstable. I wouldn't want either working for me. If you've the extra time to get fat, you're not putting in enough effort. The best diet plan is to get so busy you don't have time to eat (this also works for depression as it stops rumination).

People don't understand this, there is no morality in the world: Yes, you can have a code of conduct, yes, you always be honest, but that's holding you back. Why would it be confusing? Because in the 'blue pill' world we're taught to be friends with girls, to conceal our intentions and be indirect, pretend to be non-sexual and thereby be non-threatening. We're taught that any sexual feelings we might have toward a woman is evil and akin to rape. A lot of monk mode is about learning to love yourself and putting yourself first - whether it's your body, your mind, your education or your career. A woman should be the icing on the cake for a perfect life. You don't need a woman to define you. You don't need a woman to make you happy. My experience is you need to learn to be happy without a woman. This was perhaps the most important lesson I learnt from monk mode. When your happiness isn't on the line it doesn't matter when your girl walks out. When she shit tests you, and you can look her in the eye, and she realises you're okay with her leaving you. Then you have abundance. It's not abo…

Eugenics was a popular ideology - Until a few years ago, in Sweden compulsory sterilisation was popular if a person's offspring would receive undesired genes for insanity, severe illness or physical handicap, or if the parents had a mental illness, were retarded or other distortion of the psyche, or having an asocial lifestyle where they couldn't look after the children.

Nah, you're good. They want losers who follow rules. If you're not getting a low level government job, it's because you're aiming too low.

This is why I love the red pill. I could have read /meditation for years and never come across this idea. It also backs up with the Amy Cuddy Ted talk. I would say that passive meditation has made me a lot more stoic in life - so it's not without its benefits. I'm assuming you're talking about Yuri Bezmenov. Do you have a link the the aggressive meditation video?

You don't understand calibration and you need to get male friends. Learn to be assertive and friendly, without it becoming a massive dick swinging contest. I'd suggest you join a martial arts class - something physical like BJJ. Get your ass kicked a few times and learn to suck at something. Also, read some stoic philosophy and stop getting angry with everyone. Not everything is about status. Read this: http://markmanson.net/not-giving-a-fuck

No, it should encourage you to become part of the 20%... Which, with the help of the Red Pill, Lifting, dressing better, getting interesting hobbies, isn't that hard to do.

That's like saying it's weird to see alcoholics in a bar - if they have the money they could drink at home. When I lift I like to be around like minded people who encourage me to work out harder. If I turn up at a gym, I know I'm there to work, not mess around. If I had a home gym, I'd never train as hard as there are too many distractions.

Not being bothered by the cold is perhaps one of the more useful skills I've developed. This is somewhat relevant. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-wuOYlxMSY

I don't know if you're being serious or concern trolling. Why wouldn't you camera up? In that thread it saved the OP from losing his home. Yes he was venting, but it was a good example. It is only after repeated examples that some of us will believe that AWALT. The anger stage is a necessary part of the Red Pill. Taking basic precautions (never being alone with a woman without some sort of witness) is another stage. The most unhealthy thing you can do is not take the pill and carry on believing …

Women are drawn to sexy dangerous power - that sports car? That motorcycle with the illegal muffler? The convict with tattoos covering half his face. It's not romantic, it's just a natural reaction.

When she says she misses you, she misses the blue pill you and wants someone to talk to. When you meet up she'll talk about the amazing guy she was missing at the start of your post. Move on, find someone better.

Formal logic should be taught in high school. It would save a lot of these fallacies and balance out the appeals to emotion in modern day conversations.

Look up alpha widows - you'll never measure up to him. She's had a colorful past? And that's not a red flag? At her age you're just one ride on the cock carousel. She might have ridden you a little longer, maybe with a little more passion, but you're not special to her. If you break up, expect to see her turning up in your life in about ten years. Then you can properly fall in love, forever and ever... Just make sure you get a DNA check on any kids that come crawling out of her.

Totally agree with this. The other quality I look for when hiring is dependability. If someone's let me down in the past, I won't hire them again/renew their contract.

Men are not the prize: men are the equivalent of mules to be used by women until worn out and then discarded in favour of a newer/healthier breed. When growing up, women go for the wild stallions. They love the excitement it gives them, but eventually they'll settle for a dependable mule - and you better believe the day you stop providing, she'll introduce you to a bolt gun and sell you to the glue factory.

Having a look at her, he really took one for the team. Women shouldn't be allowed to work in male prisons: they fall in love, they're too emotional.

Why are your co-workers on your facebook page? Why can they see your photos? There are privacy settings that can stop that. I've long learnt not to mix work and my private life. If you tell people you're having an amazing life, they'll get jealous. If they ask how your weekend was, just say, "Quiet". It's good to have secrets. You don't need to be an information faucet, spewing out all of the details of your life. Learn to become a sponge, give out a few drips of information here and there, and …

Don't get me started on 'man-cave' for workshop/home office, 'man flu' for a cold, 'man bag' for a satchel. It's a gentle form of mockery, not an attack, but it pisses me off.
