Facts. It's not good to have a reputation.

Definitely. You're right on that point.

Great advice. Will try it out.

Thanks. Go for it, man. What do you have to lose?
/r/TheRedPill13/08/18 05:41 PM

Oh, honestly I don't pay attention to that. To me those are things that are irrelevant.

Thanks bro, appreciate it. Are you in NYC?

It's really fun if you make it fun. Having a wing will make things easier in the beginning.

1

Haha, I say something similar.
/r/TheRedPill13/08/18 02:03 PM
2

Definitely. You pointed out a flaw in my game, I'm not qualifing her, I'm simple seeing I'm fit for her while it should be the other way around.
/r/TheRedPill13/08/18 02:02 PM
1

What do you mean?
/r/TheRedPill13/08/18 01:59 PM
1

Usually what she does for a living or what she's wearing. Teasing her and so forth.
/r/TheRedPill13/08/18 01:58 PM

Yes! Thinking about the bigger picture is important. I forgot about that, thanks.

I have the book. I have to re read it again.
/r/TheRedPill13/08/18 12:22 PM

Thanks for the advice. I'll keep that in mind and experiment.

Interesting. I have the book at home. I'll take a look at it again.

The "prize" mentality is still something that I need to work on. With that takes time.
/r/TheRedPill13/08/18 10:00 AM

It's all in your mind and preception of things. Pickup is not easy. The most important thing when gaming is HAVING FUN. If you're not having fun then you're not going to have a good time.
/r/TheRedPill13/08/18 09:59 AM
1

I'm definitely going to try that. Thanks. Good points as well.
/r/TheRedPill13/08/18 09:56 AM

I like your advice. I will have that mentality instilled.

Either you can make the club more pleasing to woman or just accept it and do things solo.
/r/TheRedPill13/08/18 03:44 AM
1

Good, be the best one there.
/r/TheRedPill12/08/18 08:14 PM

So join a club or better yet, organize one. Be a leader of men and start a group. People respect others who take initiative.
/r/TheRedPill12/08/18 08:13 PM
1

What she does etc. Or talk about what's going on at the moment.
/r/TheRedPill12/08/18 08:12 PM
13

Yeah you're right. Never thought about that untill you pointed out. It made sense last night when she became quite and closed off. You live and learn.
/r/TheRedPill12/08/18 08:11 PM
5

If you think talking to women is shameful then you really need to fix your beliefs.
/r/TheRedPill12/08/18 08:06 PM

I stop thinking in HB. The way I perceive it is 1 and 0, hot or not.

Facts. That will take time but I will reach there.
/r/TheRedPill11/08/18 09:14 PM

Cold approach is one of many ways. If you want to do both then go for it.
/r/TheRedPill11/08/18 09:13 PM
1

Like my name and a compliment about them. Talk about what she does or something and go from there.
/r/TheRedPill11/08/18 09:12 PM
1

Thanks. The girls I met were all on the street. You can approach anyone, you just need to muster the courage.
/r/TheRedPill11/08/18 09:11 PM
1

Thanks bro. It's a little less than 50% but getting better.
/r/TheRedPill11/08/18 09:10 PM
1

True. That will come with time.
/r/TheRedPill11/08/18 09:10 PM
1

I'd recommend you do it somewhere not your campus. You will get rejected a lot. The last thing you want is the be labeled as "that guy" who tries to hit on every girl on campus. Instead go to another well populated area and game. At school join clubs and fraternites and build that social value.
/r/TheRedPill11/08/18 09:07 PM
3

Go for it. It's a nice warm up.
/r/TheRedPill11/08/18 09:05 PM

Nice Field report. Any advice for being a successful lone wolf?
/r/TheRedPill11/07/18 02:49 PM
1

It's a nice refresher. Being reminded of the basics always help.
/r/TheRedPill02/07/18 08:24 PM
14

No more books. Go out and approach. To much information will cause you to overthink. Don't fall into what others do, theorizing. Go out.
/r/seduction21/06/18 02:13 AM
1

That's good to know. I'll have to think about it.
/r/TheRedPill26/05/18 01:53 AM

I felt like I asked this before but is a paid live stream available? Or next day VODs? Once I make it in life I am definitely going to attend these events. Thank you, Anthony and I appreciate all the hard work you put in for the red pill community.

How do you build a rock steady inner game? I finally understand that being alpha is a mindset. Yet, I find it really difficult to build a solid inner game and mindset. Any advice?
/r/TheRedPill02/05/18 08:35 PM

I'm sure Leo doesn't give a fuck about gaining a few pounds. The dude made it. His god status alone compensate for everything. If he really wanted to he could be big and shredded.
/r/TheRedPill29/03/18 10:13 PM
2

I guess this a female equivalent to "Alpha fucks, beta bucks". These women are just mad that they couldn't score a man like Leo. It's a shame, instead of complaining and being a victim they could of use that energy and make themselves better.
/r/TheRedPill29/03/18 10:11 PM

It's the internet. You get a wide variety of people.
/r/TheRedPill14/03/18 04:05 PM
2

Depends on your goal. At the end of the day it's your body.
/r/TheRedPill08/03/18 04:05 PM
2

Then go for it, bro. Post when you have your channel started. I'll subscribe to you.
/r/TheRedPill07/03/18 07:23 PM
2

Super saturated and dry. Do people really need another chest video? Probably not. I'm guessing you don't want to go that route and use your phsyque to draw people in.
/r/TheRedPill07/03/18 04:56 PM
10

Yes, I agree with you. Let's go further and take drawing for example. If you draw the same thing over again you won't grow, in order to be a better artist you need to challenge yourself and draw that object either in a different angle, perspective or move on to a different object. If you're not progressively overloading in your life then you won't be the person you aspire to be.

Do you guys have a self improvement routine besides the gym? I'm curious to know some of your guys routines.

Can we leave the front page like this for a good solid month? What else is there to post? Advice that's been repeated over and over? No thank you. Basics and re reading post is better.
/r/TheRedPill10/01/18 05:32 PM
1

When learning and building a habit out of it.
/r/TheRedPill06/01/18 04:11 AM
2

I have been doing well in improving myself everyday. Learning 2 languages, coding, reading more books as well as re-reading older books, drawing and designing. It's tedious and there are times where I don't feel like I'm improving but it's the micro things, the 1% daily increases that add up.
/r/TheRedPill05/01/18 05:50 PM
1

Well, that something you have to figure out on your own. You're going to have to do some introspection and self evaluation.
/r/TheRedPill03/01/18 09:09 PM
4

That fear is going to stay with you unless you work out your inner beliefs. I used to be like that. I've learned to take everything(relationship, women, dating) with a grain of salt. Always have a backup.
/r/TheRedPill03/01/18 05:32 PM
3

It could be both. Tease her back for being old and ignore her. Honestly do you really need people who put you down like that? No. Tease her that's she's jealous and that she couldn't deflower you and this young girl is with you. Stocism, pay no mind to sheep.
/r/TheRedPill03/01/18 05:30 PM
2

If you study and prepare you should be feeling more confident. Stress is normal but it all comes down to hard work you put into studying. There is a saying when you set a goal it actually takes a bit longer than you initially set. When you think you studied enough you're actually just half way there.
/r/TheRedPill03/01/18 05:27 PM
1

Do you. They already established you as BP, it's going to take a long time for them to see you as something different. Ignore them, change and when you meet new people in the future they will hopefully see you less BP.
/r/TheRedPill03/01/18 05:23 PM

You have to take people on NoFap with a grain of salt. It could be the law of attraction or it could be someone else. Test it for yourself.
/r/TheRedPill03/01/18 05:22 PM
7

My advice, prioritize what's important. Lifting and nutrition should be up there. When it comes to heavy studying and papers have the mindset of being the best in your class. Secretly make everyone an academic rival of some sort. Being in med school is tough, hang in there.
/r/TheRedPill03/01/18 05:20 PM
2

What are some of your guys favorite book? I just one of the Dresden File book, now re-reading The Forgotten Highlanders. Fiction, sci-fi whichever.
/r/TheRedPill03/01/18 05:15 PM
13

It's more like saving face. A woman reject you? Say a warm goodbye and vent your frustration somewhere else. Boss at work is up your ass? Deal with gracefully and deal with the anger elsewhere(gym, boxing bag etc.). It's holding frame and dealing with the feeling of suffering(emotion pain, sometimes physical) in private.

My problem is finding like minded people. I want to surround myself with people with the same drive but don't know where to look.
/r/TheRedPill02/01/18 04:39 PM

Suffer in silence. No one cares about you. Do not give a fuck. Always strive for improvement. Be optimistic. These are some that I remind myself of.

This hurts my heart just reading it. I can only imagine the amount of pain this person is going through right now.

Reminds me of the foreveralone sub, give advice but they believe that changing is impossible and that good looks triumphs everything.
/r/TheRedPill09/11/17 04:08 PM

Agreed. It's how you say it. Say it like a dork, you'll look like a dork.
/r/TheRedPill09/11/17 04:04 PM

Tease them. Talk to them normal but add light teases here and there. Practice makes perfect.

Did great this whole week. Was able to be disciplined and worked on the things that I needed to do to be successful. Read my fiction book, 2 chapters a day. Took notes while I read the 48 Laws of Power. Practiced drawing. Started coding. Meditating everyday and done a week of NoFap. I feel like I'm doing way to much and I need to cut down on certain things in able to fit time for other things. Goals for next week: -Spend no more than $100 -Eat clean and whole foods -Continue with my self learnin…

Tips to dealing with sass and attitude? I'm trying to incorporate law 4, always say less than necessary. I find it hard to hold my tongue, I feel like I need to stand up to myself when confrontation happens. My job has a lot females and the sass is real.

Not butthurt at all. I don't really care about strangers over the Internet.
/r/TheRedPill28/10/17 01:20 PM

I'll write whatever I want. Like I said before, if you don't like it you can fuck off. I'm amazed that my post is bothering you. You really must be "alpha".
/r/TheRedPill28/10/17 12:28 PM
1

How do you become more confrontational? Is it better to confrot people or ignore them as they are a waste of time.
/r/TheRedPill18/10/17 03:04 PM
1

If you don't mind. Frame is tricky, I always thought it was stocism and that you just be to yourself when people challenge you(verbal banter, etc)
/r/TheRedPill05/10/17 08:39 PM
4

I'm asking for some reference on frame, that's why this thread is created. You're not answering my questions so why the fuck are you replying?
/r/TheRedPill05/10/17 04:31 PM

Anyone here can give me a basic plan to build frame? Like a ELI5 version. Any good guides out there that are a must read? Thanks.
/r/TheRedPill04/10/17 11:05 PM

I needed to read this. Got bitch slapped by the truth yesterday. I cried last night and I want to use all of this frustration to prove this bitches wrong.

How does one meet like minded people? Or like people with similar goals. It would be cool to find and meet people in similar situations.
/r/TheRedPill20/09/17 03:36 PM

That's what I've been thinking. With a number it can be fake but with an IG you know it's real. Thanks for the input.
/r/TheRedPill06/09/17 03:47 PM

I just started an Instagram, any tips to build my brand up. Would getting a girl's IG be better than a number? Thoughts?
/r/TheRedPill06/09/17 03:41 PM

Bro, I've approached well over 200 in my journey. I got one lay but instead of thinking to negativitly of my results I thought of it as a learning process. Seduction is NOT easy. It's a takes a while to get good.

Dating has been rocky for me. I never see the girl after the first date. It's getting frustrating. I would take them out, drinks or coffee. Sometimes I'll get the make out and other times I don't. If I go out with a woman, there is a 80% chance that she'll either ghost me or text me that she's not interested. Any ideas? Tips? Not kiss on the first date? I had many dates where it went well, she's enjoying herself and I don't hear from her again. Thanks.
/r/TheRedPill30/08/17 04:00 PM

Thanks you for the support bro. I really appreciate it. I'll try to update more often.

I'm cutting weight right now. Eating at a deficit and carb cycling.
/r/TheRedPill30/08/17 01:26 AM

Thank you for the advice, really appreciate it. You're right, I don't have much confidence in myself. Lately I've been feeling depressed and it takes so much effort to stay positive. I've been listening to stand up comedy lately but the effect is wearing off. I've tried a lot of things to stay happy but it just doesn't stick.

I know that chasing women is not the best thing to do. Will keep your advice in mind.
/r/TheRedPill28/08/17 12:42 AM

Thanks bro. She wasn't my ideal type, she more petite. I believe it was my diet that caused me to have a low libido as well as nervousness.
/r/TheRedPill28/08/17 12:41 AM

Porn is not the issue, masturbating is. I can masturbate without porn.
/r/TheRedPill28/08/17 12:40 AM

Yes, that is true. I do have goals.

Thank you for the support. I did give myself a pat on the back but I'm the type to be pessimistic about things, trying to change that part. I will definitely try your advice out, however this girl didn't shave and eating her out was kinda uncomfortable, haha.
/r/TheRedPill27/08/17 02:59 PM

Nerves as in being nervous and performance anxiety.
/r/TheRedPill27/08/17 02:16 AM

It's hard to say, I've been on and off Nofap. I would go good for a few days even weeks, fap and restart. I believe my cause of lack of libido was the nerves and diet(cutting).
/r/TheRedPill27/08/17 02:08 AM

Nope, been on NoFap for about two weeks before having sex.

When it comes to NoFap, what worked for me was figuring out the benefits of it. I realized that by not masturbating I have more energy and drive to approach women. I'd come up with other positive things like; better communication skills, more energy. You also have to remember that everyone is different. Everyone has their way of dealing with NoFap, boxing, writing, exercising etc.

I'd recommend watching a YouTuber name Thomas Frank. He has a lot of videos on studying and doing well in school.

Being in a big metropolitan city is a huge plus. I daygame in NYC and it's really great. If the club/night scene is great at your area then go for it. However if you're really want to daygame I'd suggest saving as much money as you can and try to find a similar job at a big metropolitan city. Use those 6 months at that pop city to learn the basics of game. Start with a simple smile and eye contact as you walk down the street. This might sound easy on paper but when you're out there you'll find i…

Thanks bro. Really appreciate the support. I was thinking about making a post about it everything that happened so far. AskTRP is a good idea.

So after grueling months and month of being on this "Seduction Journey" I finally got laid. Me and this girl went out, I went for it, went to my place and fucked her. I wasn't relieved that I got laid, I was relieved that I was making progress and was amazed at how far I have gotten. I still have many things to work on and one lousy lay means nothing. I do however been slacking on my meditation, reading and playing Dual N-Back.
/r/TheRedPill25/08/17 03:05 PM

No Dual N-Back? Positive thinking? Reading actual books? Food is important as well to develop a good brain. Throw in public speaking and you'll be sharp as ever.

Is there a way to view the convention at home?. A virtual seat or ticket. I would love to make it but work and bills are a priority. I'm sure you considered a payed live stream for the event.
/r/TheRedPill16/08/17 11:23 AM

Reducing the negative thoughts and filling the rest with positivity. You cannot completely get rid of negative thoughts and emotions, it's part of life. You can however distribute the ratio, 7:3 or somewhere along those lines. Emotional mastery is not letting external and internal things(beliefs, work, family, people etc) dictate your emotions which in turn dictates your thoughts which then controls your actions.
/r/TheRedPill16/08/17 01:27 AM
3

I realized that there was other more important things to work on. I'm still approaching and learning but I figured out that my mental attitude and emotions is causing me grief and pain. It's not easy to reprogram your mind after 10+ years of negativity and a unpleasant upbringing.

Everybody is different. I'm more willing to approach that girl. On the other hand, I get more stressed out and a simple thing as nexting a girl will get me frustrated. I'm back on NoFap, simple because my anxiety and social awkwardness is slightly reduce.
/r/TheRedPill15/08/17 03:34 PM

You're plan sounds good but it's missing two thing. Mental and emotional mastery. We humans are not machines, we get tired, we get emotional and when things don't go our way we let the negativity and our emotions dictate our life. I realized the hard way that mental and emotional health is really important. I believe it should be number one in anything. You can have the best action plan out there but without the proper mindset and emotional balance it will make you even more miserable and get yo…

I got catfished too many times. No more online dating, its a waste of time for me. I used to spend hours on OKC, answering those dumb questions, thinking "This will defiantly get that girl to respond and go out with me" NOPE! I used to see the same girls on there for years. I got the pro upgrade and it made things worse. Sure I can see if they saw my message and I can bump my profile so more people can see it but it wasn't worth it. That cute girl that I messaged? she read it but didn't respond.…
/r/seduction13/08/17 02:31 PM

If she doesn't respond in 24 hours then you know your answer. Women will gladly give out their contact or in this case her social media just to get attention or get more people in her friend list. Don't take it too personal. Accept it and move on, don't let the thought consume and dictate your emotions. At the end of the day, its a woman.

Any tips to be more positive? I've been on a positivity streak and I want to change certain beliefs. Taking the red pill and reading all these stories makes my blood boil. Any advice on seeking true happiness?

Thanks bro. Appreciate it, I do want to learn how to dance(hip hop) but my priorities are conflicted, I need to build my finances up and I need to save up for a personal thing. I can try to learn on my own but I feel like dancing, just like martial arts, is better learned through a class/teacher.
/r/TheRedPill02/08/17 04:17 PM

That sounds good but for some reason this girl is not on my mind. I'll send a text tomorrow or something.

Thicc girls are amazing. Thanks for the support. I got it backwards, bulk till the end of December then cut till August. I'm on the chubbier side so I need to cut a tad bit longer. The thing about bars is that if I fuck up I have to stay at the venue. The thing love about daygame is that if a set doesn't go well, I can leave and venture of to another area. I debating about the podcast or YouTube.

I'm lucky enough to live in very populated area so I'm not an expert on picking up women in the supermarket. Tom Terero says that if you live in a small city or town and you want to good get at this, move. Move to a bigger metropolitan area, otherwise you're going to have a difficult time.

Great post, however you don't want to have high expectations. I've been in the situation countless times where women(men too) just don't want to talk or just not interested. It all comes down to your SMV(Clothes, body, tonality). Not everyone is social or know basic communication skills. You're dropping a hook. Say something to a girl, if she doesn't respond or body language is off cut your loss and move on.

What's wrong with having a different external motivation? I know women should not be the prize but it's better than sitting home and not doing anything. If it came down to doing it for yourself a lot of people would not go to the extra mile to get lean/muscular, they just simple do basic curls, treadmill and eat like shit. Lifting is part of sexual strategy, why do think it's mentioned in 95% of post here?
/r/TheRedPill10/07/17 03:08 PM

I honestly don't have social media. There are times that I feel like getting the SM would help but it shows how interested the girls are. There have been countless times where they asked for SM, I tell them I don't have one, they give me they're number and we go out on a date a few days later.

This is a great guide. I just went on a date and I wished I could of read this earlier. I've been journaling my dating life and it's nice to read about someone who gets the dating process. This thing, getting good with women and having a great dating life takes time. In my field reports, people be criticising me for actually taking the time to learn seduction. The first date is coffee or drinks, getting to know the girl. I always go for the kiss on the first date if we're having a good time/vibe and she's very receptive to kino. I take them to the park after and we sit on the bench, I put my arm around her and bring her close. If she moves away then she's not down, if she let's me put my arm around her and doesn't mind me stroking her thigh then there is a high chance I'll be able to pull off the kiss. My date was pretty normal, I guess I'll just run …

To be honest there is nothing that interesting. I know it sounds like an excuse but work, gym, approaching, self improvement takes up a lot of time. I have a purpose but that requires money.
/r/TheRedPill09/06/17 08:57 PM
1

Go for it. You'll doing better than glad the guys there. The most satisfying approaches I've done were around guys that just stare at the girl. I can see in their face, they wish they can go talk to that hot girl, they wish the girl talks to them. Nope it doesn't happen. I go approach that girl, I see their faces, disappoinment and anger. So go approach that girl, you may never know.
/r/TheRedPill09/06/17 08:53 PM

Pretty much jumping through rings of fire to get a date, huh? So much bs haha
/r/TheRedPill09/06/17 04:13 PM

I see what your saying but what other option is there? My goal is to develop that skillet with women so that I have abundance and options. You're right on the numbers that's why it's important to be the best version of yourself.

Thanks for the solid advice. I knew if I push for sex it will come across as needy. I like you're plan, unfortunately I don't have my own place but she does. Whenever I'm in this situation I bring up cooking dinner together. We buy the ingredients together, but some wine, cook together and escalate from there. It worked a few times for me. What do you think?
/r/TheRedPill08/06/17 10:16 PM

I could of but she had to do some errands. I'd rather not count my chickens before they hatch.

I'm cutting so 6 days working out is tough. I used to do 6 days, 3 weight lifting days and 3 Muay Thai days. I was exhausted. I would feel burnt out and exhausted. I'd rather do 3 days and focus on the other 4 on other things.

Yup, this goal is important.
/r/TheRedPill07/06/17 11:14 AM

You must be trolling. 6 days In the gym? You must not be doing strength training. Seduction with women starts off as a gimmick. I'm not not natural and I have a strong feeling you're not. Thanks for your advice.
/r/TheRedPill07/06/17 11:13 AM

Thank you, appreciate it. I do my approaches after work so like an hour or two. During the weekends I go for a bit longer. I lift three days a week and focus on self improvement(Reading books, writing, drawing, hobbies).

You hit the nail on the coffin. My goal is abstract. Right now my goal is to manage my approach anxiety. How do I do that? By just approching. Next is learning how to communicate with women. Obviously I want to get laid, who doesn't? But I tried in the past and got very little success. So now I'm trying a different approach. It's not easy but what the gym and other skills taught me is that things can be broken down to sub skills and that thing can be learned, it just takes time. I have a date to…

Relax, your basing my life based on a post? I appreciate the advice but I don't think you know that everyday is not going to be sunshine and rainbows. Noy everyday is going to be a good day. There are going to be bad days, that's life. I know there is a better way to handle it but don't preach like you never had a bad day or attitude. I get it, I fucked up, I could have handled it better. You do know this a journey right? I'm not just writing the good days but the bad ones too. Thanks for the ad…

Yeah, I see. My goal? Is to be good at seduction, not like RSD instructor kinda thing but have a skill set to go approach that girl, attract her and see from it from there. Pretty much having my dating life handled and not being afraid of women(romantically, of course.) As for the date, trust me I've done everything you wrote. She is just plain boring.
/r/TheRedPill06/06/17 04:35 PM

Thanks bro. Appreciate the constructive criticism. You don't tell me I fucked up but explain why. Honestly I was just bitter and mad yesterday. It snow balled into something bigger. Can you blame me for the last girl? Seeing a girl that didn't have the decency to reject you and tries to play it off cool. Try to confront them and they act like nothing is wrong.

Honestly, yes. Going out and approaching has been a great investment. These FR are about my approaches. Going in this journey is forcing me to improve in other areas of my life. Approching women is teaching me to develop thick skin, teaching me to develop a good frame. This journey of seduction is forcing me to evolve and improve my SMV. I'm reading books like How To Win Friends and influence people. 48 laws of power. The charisma myth. I'm not reading these books like any other book. I'm talkin…

Well I am a beginner. Are you in NYC? Your way is good too but here(In my experience) just going up and introducing yourself doesn't work. They will think your a salesman or someone trying to get them to sign up for gay rights.

You're absolutely right. Working on myself should be the number one thing. Doing so will improve other areas. I'm in that beginner phase. Seduction takes time and practice. I do see your point of view and I appreciate the insight.

I got cat fished so many times by dating apps and websites. I remember those days feeling down sending messages after messages on OkCupid just to get nothing in return. Reading these generic profiles that they claim it's them. "I love to laugh" yeah, bitch so does everyone else. I'm going on two weeks. What I've noticed with me is that I'm more likely to approach as before I had to do mental gymnastics just to go approach that random girl. I feel sharper and calmer. It's strange because usually during two weeks of NoFap I would be crazy horny but taking cold showers twice a day really suppresses the urge.

This week has been good. I've been approaching a lot and made a lot of progress with my skills in dealing with women. Gym has been going decent. Take note, people of TRP, Now till he end of August; Losing 1.5lbs a week, Starting Strength variation. No more switching. Yeah a simple complement. Seriously? Im putting cream in my coffee and a girl who looks nice comes up next to me. I tell her I like her outfit, she smiles and says thanks. That's it. You have this perception of this guy stuttering and making a big scene. I'm not trying to get their number or anything. I'm not trying to get there number or anything. Been approaching a lot this week. Taking it seriously. I learning from the ground up. Just bought Tom Terero's book, Street Hustle. Can't wait to digest the information. My diet has been going well this week. Decided to go back to cutting. I am however slacking in my studies. I haven't been reading or studying enough. Will have to force myself to do it. I just bought Mel Robbins new book, The 5 Second Rule. One person recommend to me. It was $10 on Kindle so why not.

Book sounds interesting. Its funny I just watched Mel Robbins discussing the five second rule on YouTube. I honestly don't want to add another self book to my shelve. On a NoFap streak. The thing about masturbation is that I feel more emotions and in my head when I dont but. There would be times where I would feel so anxious and depressed, weird.

I like the idea of splitting things up into different categories. The thing about all this is that I'm in the process of fixing my life. Saving money to get back into school. I could be wrong but some these high value hobbies cost a lot money. It sounds cool but has your priorities every conflict with your life? I'm in that boat. The obvious one is to get my career started and live a prosper life but I feel like I'm missing a lot in life.
/r/TheRedPill24/05/17 10:45 PM

Two questions. When holding frame, is it just being stoic and not showing any emotion? Whenever I think of frame I imagine someone getting to to me at work via talking shit or something and I have a blank expression the whole time, not taking the bait of the insults and lashing out in response. Second question is, how does one build a interesting life? I know there is hobbies and whatnot but Im overwhelmed by the amount of things out there. Where to start?
/r/TheRedPill24/05/17 03:32 PM

Thanks for the heads up. I like books like these but there is so much fluff and filler.

Any difficulties that you encounterd along the way?
/r/TheRedPill11/05/17 04:10 PM

The anger phase is destroying me. I thought I was able to part it but after getting rejected a lot and seeing the hypergamy of women the frustration and anger is stronger. How can I get passed this? Its just frustrating that any bitch can get a guy with a snap of her fingers but a guy has to leap through fire just to get attention from that 6.

What? Why? I would ignore you and move on. Fighting isn't everything. I stopped Muay Thai because my real life is shit.
/r/TheRedPill29/04/17 01:05 PM

I just quit my Muay Thai gym. I understand what you're saying but I have other priorities. Martial arts in important for self defense but figure out your priorities. There is no point in spending all that money and time if you you don't have a career established, a car, your finance stable, your social skills. The way I see it martial arts is a luxury. If you want to learn self defense take a few boxing classes untill you know the basics then go find a regular gym and hit the bag there.

It's a futile battle. You'll be fighting for generations. The only way to get your ideal world is through dictatorship. Honestly, why bother? Less stress, headaches. Some battle are better not fought. You know the truth, you've been unplugged. You have an advantage. Use it to prosper your life while your friends succumb to the mediocrity of the SJW-Feminist world.

/r/TheRedPill13/04/17 12:21 AM

So last week the three women that I was seeing all want nothing to do with me. The same excuse keeps popping up though, they still have feelings for their ex/getting over them. It's frustrating hearing that excuse over and over. Any ideas? Also I have another question. I've been going out on a lot of first dates but a few third and fourth. The girls just lose interest after. I kino and chat and whatnot but I guess its not enough. Any ideas to improve my dates?
/r/TheRedPill12/04/17 03:46 PM

Thank you for your input. Really appreciate it. I'm in that path of getting my life together. I know having a great body won't guarantee success with women but it's a nagging voice in my head that tells me that approching will be a lot easier if I had a nice phsyque.
/r/TheRedPill06/04/17 03:31 PM

Guys who are muscular/ripped how has it changed your dating life? I know women love muscles and whatnot but I want to know some of your guys experience. Right now I'm in the process of getting ripped. I do daygame and I have this fantasy that once I become ripped and muscular that it'll be easier. I don't wanna have that expectations and then crash when it doesn't happen. I need some guidance.

I binged ate a lot on Tuesday. Experienced a heart break which lead to it. Now trying to get back to where I was. I completed reading one book mid March, which is great. Now I'm re reading some of my old books. I'm reading The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fuck by Mark Manson. I forgotten how good this book is. Enjoying the struggle is what Manson wrote in order to really achieve your goals. That made sense to me as you have to really enjoy the tedious grind of eating healthy and getting rejected a…

Has anyone gone through sort of like a monk mode Rocky IV kinda thing where you just focus on yourself for months, grown a beard and train like crazy? I'm kinda in one right now. I've been reading up on monk mode but would like to hear others on their journey.
/r/TheRedPill16/03/17 07:27 PM

Thank you. I needed to read this. I got heat broken today that snowballed into me questioning my goals. My life in shambles but I will get through this and survive.
/r/TheRedPill11/03/17 01:39 AM

I took peoples advice from my last question. However I have another one. Any advice on approaching women around people. I can approach side to side but there times where it would be super benifical to approach in the front. I can muster my courage to do so but it's the people around me that I'm self conscious about. I know you're not supposed to give a fuck and that you'll never see them again. Any advice?

Yeah I had that before. I would be motivated and do ten things but burn out. Everytime I'll tell myself that this time will be the time I'll change for the better.

Yeah that's what I'm doing for the month of March. I'm implementing for things that I want to instill in my life.
/r/TheRedPill02/03/17 04:24 PM

Sounds like a plan. I'm on a healthy diet. Cold showers sounds like a good idea. Any tips for when it's like super cold?
/r/TheRedPill02/03/17 04:21 PM

I definitely will look into that book but honestly I'm tired of buying more self-help books. I have a good amount of books and I feel like I should re-read the ones I have and implement them in my life before buying another one. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Which I have to constantly remind myself, thank you.

Good advice. I'll had visions before but it felt to me that it was an impossible feat to accomplish. However that's not going to stop me. Thanks.

I learned that the hard way last week. I went to a sparring class, I figured I would do well since I used to do it, I took a three year hiatus. I came back and worked out on my own, working on technique. Nope. I was gassed out by the second round. My arms felt heavy. My so-called "technique" that I thought I had down was garbage. Sparring is a whole new game and it's not to be taken lightly.

I'm having a difficult time improving my life. Everyday feels like I'm living day to day. I try to change things up but I feel like everyday is the same. Is there like a model or a guide to fully fix one's life for the better? I know there is the gym, work and stuff but I'm the type that needs a structure.

Do people actually believe this? For a second I thought this a joke or something. I feel like they are running out of things to complain about.

I'm going to be honest this week wasn't a good week. I have been slacking on my goals. I've been living day to day, not focusing on the big picture or trying to incorporate good habits to fix my life. The only thing that I can think of is my diet being on point. For next Friday I want to get back into reading; minimum 15 pages to a chapter. The second thing is meditating for a good full week; Minimum 3-5 min

I gave up video games all together. I use to play a lot in my teens and early college. For some reason I just felt bored. When I was young I wished I had the money to buy games, now I'm glad I don't play video games anymore. It's like what you wrote. I believe video games is a drug, a mind slave. I quit cold turkey, at the end of the day it wasn't helping me improve my life. Just like an alcoholic it burns a hole through your wallet and these games and systems aren't cheap. It's an expensive hob…

Or put the effort in eating clean to achieve that body.
/r/TheRedPill23/02/17 04:41 PM

Honestly at that age range the best thing to do is hit the books and partake in something physical, either a sport in school or bodybuilding. If money is a concern then work a real job and get used to the real world.
/r/TheRedPill16/02/17 05:19 PM

IG is great for women. Show off some skin and you get followers. Nice ass? Guess what your a "model" with a few filters and non expression head tilt.

Bro, you should know that media is promoting all these BP feminists SJW crap, then why bother expressing how you feel? You know you're comment will trigger people, why bother putting yourself in that position and being attacked? Just chuckle to yourself and move on.

I like that motto; Get Consistent Frist, Optimize Later. Pretty much building the habit first and then improve upon it.

Good post. I do want to mention that one cannot be one or the other. Being an introvert is not bad thing at all. It's the things that people associate introverts with; Anti-social, weird, creepy, plays videogames a lot, no friends etc. You can be an introvert and still be great with women. I'm an introvert, I wanna be left alone most of the time but when it comes down to social interaction and approaching women I would use all of my social energy and be precieved as an extrovert. Once that's don…

The trick is to stop at "one". Once you masturbate after some time it's so difficult to go back into NoFap.
/r/TheRedPill17/01/17 04:18 PM

What I recently realized with nofap(as well as other things) is that; you have this amazing energy, you're mind is less foggy, you are willing to be more bold, the "superpowers" that Nofap users believe. However with that "power" comes with a price. Constant urges and discipline. The voice in your head tells you and try to convince you that you need to masterbate. The voice gets suppressed the longer you do NoFap. Any thought can snowball into something greater and then your four faps deep looki…

I'm in the same boat. Today I woke up and I was like, fuck me, fuck all this bullshit. Fuck trying to impress woman. Fuck trying to be nice, fuck caring about people, fuck everyone, fuck my skinny fat body, fuck my job, fuck my broke ass, fuck everything. It's tiring and it takes a toll on you.

I understand your point but OP didn't see it coming. In that scene he was probably tipsy or drunk so he wouldn't have expected an attack out if no where. The other guy was at fault as well as it was the girls fault for not mentioning she had a boyfriend early on.

Wow you're living a great life. Thanks for the advice. I agree with being active so the body will adapt to it. My biggest thing is doing mental activities after work. I get so tired and I end up binge watching YouTube.

Great post. However it all depends on the person. Some like to seclude themselves and wait to show their progress after they achieved them. Others like people to see their work-in-progress. It's what you want at the end of the day. Hopefully people here would understand the different sides, be open minded and think for themselves.

I use that phrase too. There is no right or wrong way, it's how you made the woman feel before asking for the number.
/r/TheRedPill20/11/16 11:23 PM
1

It's all about the context. Thank you fkr the advice but I prefer this way. "Let me get your number, we'll continue this conversation later" something along those lines. Pull out my phone and start to ask the number. Fake number or not I'm learning and training myself to take the lead and be in control.
/r/TheRedPill20/11/16 09:45 PM

Your welcome. Yeah, the way I see it, actually going out and approaching women is an improvement. I'm sure you and others see other men looking at woman, wanting to go talk to them, to be with them but can't. They have this barrier that prevents them. I seen it a few times where I would approach a girl and we would have a conversation. Some of the guys would just stare as I make her laugh and smile. I would make eye contact with some of these guys as I talk to the girl, not to show them that I'm…

This is something that I'm slowly learning. Losing is never fun. It sucks. Everyone wants to win. What I learned recently that in order to win you have to lose, a lot.

Same, I used to look at their mouths at one point. It was weird. For the voice projection I use the same metaphor in martial arts. Punch through the person not at him. So for voice it would be; Speak through them not at them.
/r/TheRedPill20/11/16 02:18 PM
1

Thanks for the advice. Going to try it out today. I feel the same way. Making things complex actually fucks me over. It's just having a conversation, with a little spice into it. Do you have a model or routine you go out and daygame?
/r/TheRedPill20/11/16 02:15 PM

Some are the opposite. The more attraction they feel the more they look away.
/r/TheRedPill20/11/16 02:13 PM

Thanks for the advice. I do the same thing, I usually look them between the eyebrow if I'm nervous. Eye contact is a powerful thing haha.

Yeah, the date went well. It was just that she just wasn't interested. I took out tons of girls on instant date. Sometimes it just doesn't work. I hear what your saying. Experience is king.

Just gotta keep pushing. One of my coworkers project his voice very good. It's not loud but well projected. There are times where I sound like a mouse, haha.

While that may be true the mind can make or break you. Coming from someone who has to fight with his mind, it's tough. Tough doing anything while your brain tells you you're a piece if shit. Mental health is so important. If you're not mentally there you're not physically there.
/r/TheRedPill18/11/16 12:25 PM

I keep seeing people talk about 'Gorrila Mindset' is it that good?
/r/TheRedPill18/11/16 12:21 PM

Things like that take time. Your mind is a computer, the paradigm shift is like a new update, is not going happen at once, three update needs time to install and get rid of or update old files. Sometimes you need more than one update, hell, many depends on the computer.

Sounds like a good plan, however I'll just stick to meeting them in person. Who knows, maybe once I get the physique maybe I'll hire a photographer and try online a try.

That's really true. A lot of things sound good on paper but turns out completely different when in action.

Nice post. I stay away from online. No matter how much effort I put in the return investment is so low. Id rather go out and meet with woman, work on my social and approching skills. If online works for you, by all means go for it. Online is not meant for most people. Just my $0.02
/r/TheRedPill17/11/16 05:18 PM

I hear that. When I went back a couple of years ago I tried to game any girl I found attractive. It didn't eotk out, hah. Going to go back next year. Hopefully my game and body will be on point then.

I pay no mind. The aspect of Football is still there. Who cares if the commercial or anything is blue pill. You know the media is blue pill why bother? Stocism. Just accept it and move on. No need to feel angry about something that you have no control of.

Thank you. Yeah I am giving my self credit. Tyler spoke about being negative after every approach or day will make you worse with woman. I'm trying to be less pessimistic and more positive. I'm at a point right now that I just more volume but there are times where my approach anxiety gets the best of me.
/r/TheRedPill16/11/16 12:15 PM

Women, what can you do? I feel you. There are times where I was at the same boat. Had a great interaction with a woman, got her number and no response. Learn, build that armor slowly and move on.

Comedy to develop frame? by not laughing?

So pretty much go up and say hi only.
/r/TheRedPill16/11/16 12:18 AM

I do daygame so I approach in the front, the side or walk and talk with her. My opener would be either saying she's gorgeous or complimenting her style. Get into a conversation and then if the interaction is good I go for the number.
/r/TheRedPill15/11/16 04:43 PM

Great analogy. I honestly hate the gym metaphor. I like to think if it like fishing. It's what Nick Sparks said; A fisherman knows he good at fishing. There are times where the fish don't bite. Does that mean he's a bad fisherman? No he just needs to find another spot, use another bait or try the next day.
/r/TheRedPill15/11/16 04:40 PM

It doesn't bother me. I appreciate people reading it. My idea behind these post are to inspire and show that becoming the best version is a slow, tedious process.

Yeah. In the book; The Confidence Gap, Russ goes in depth that when we encounter thoughts like that you have to acknowledge it and neutralize it. The inner beta needs to be taken care of but that takes time. Good luck on your journey, bro.

/r/TheRedPill15/11/16 04:27 PM

Yeah it is. Killing the beta and becoming the alpha doesn't come overnight. I know people hate these post but it's a journey. A journey to motivate people and show people that others(like me) need to work really, really hard to get where they are. Thank for the advice though. Really appreciate it, I'll keep that in mind when I go out with another girl.
/r/TheRedPill15/11/16 01:50 AM

Now that you mentioned it I do notice it. Different times different types of demographic. I'll keep that in mind, thank you.

Thanks man, appreciate it. I don't really care about the downvotes. Why should I care about random people over the Internet? Yeah the book is great, I recommend searching the PDF version on Google.
