2	How to become talkative/chatty check out this book "what to say when you talk to yourself" - Shad Helmstetter Ph.D great book on making positive self talk a habit. I am friends with some very mediocre/ugly guys that kill it with ladies. They are employed, but no do not make a lot of money. 1	How to become talkative/chatty Confidence. So much is about confidence. Self image is so important and if you constantly reinforce to yourself how valuable you are through self affirmations, focus on your good qualities, whatever it takes. You eventually want to get to the point where you truly believe they are fortunate to speak to YOU and have YOUR attention.
