One of the biggest parts of a conversation is being able to relate and jump off peoples stories. I used a game to get better at this. Think of the first word that comes to your mind and try to relate one of your life experiences to it. For example if I say 'cat' the first thing that pops in my mind is my neighbors cat from hell and how he destroyed my hammock. So in a conversation when someone talks about cats I could tell them the story about the cat from hell if it pops into my mind.

At first it might be difficult to relate to things directly but with practice you will be able to relate to pretty much anything no matter how strange.

check out this book "what to say when you talk to yourself" - Shad Helmstetter Ph.D great book on making positive self talk a habit. I am friends with some very mediocre/ugly guys that kill it with ladies. They are employed, but no do not make a lot of money. I've always scratched my head as to why, but it's easy...they're so confident. They are thoughtful and charming, but more importantly, very confident.

Confidence. So much is about confidence. Self image is so important and if you constantly reinforce to yourself how valuable you are through self affirmations, focus on your good qualities, whatever it takes. You eventually want to get to the point where you truly believe they are fortunate to speak to YOU and have YOUR attention. I'm not advocating you turn into some asshole, but expressing a point using an extreme. Stay humble of course. There is a market for ANYTHING. Hell, just yesterday I learned that "e-sports" "athletes" have very sexy groupies that follow them around the world watching them play video games. This was a wtf moment for me, but others think this is totally normal. Focus on what you're good at, enforce your self worth, and confidently be yourself. The "trick" is self belief and self-worth.

What I really find helpful is to stop censoring my thoughts. There is no knowing what other people think of you, if you censor yourself into someone you're not.

First I wanted you thank everybody you commented here , I love this community , secondly after some thoughts I realized that maybe me being so quiet has influeced my last relationships with my girlfriend in many ways , even today with my girlfriend there are moments where we just look at each other and neither of us says a word and that freaks me out . HOW can I change that ? :(
