Sovereign Citizen cries rape. Gets owned.Incorrect. That is the United States' first Constitution, commonly referred to as the Articles of Confederation. It was replaced with our current Constitution, under which George Washington was elected president. The Articles of Confederation haven't been law since the present Constitution was ratified. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 10/09/17 05:34 AM
Sovereign Citizen cries rape. Gets owned. They're citing an article from the first U.S. Constitution that established the United States as a lose Confederacy of sovereign states. It became apparent after some time that this government wouldn't work. The federal government had too little power. So we came up with the current U.S. Constitution, under which George Washington was elected president. Most people don't know that our current Constitution is our second one. The first is referred to as the Articles of Confederation. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 10/09/17 05:31 AM

Suicidal Oneitisand after falling in love with her I became motivated, got a job and drop from above 30% BF to the under 15% that I am now. So I guess my problem is how do I continue on in this life when I've lost the only motivation that's brought me back to it when I once tried to let it go before. Change your motivation. Do it for yourself. You probably don't want this girl. You want a girl. Work on yourself and then work on meeting women IRL. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/05/16 12:47 PM
/r/theredpill is SUBREDDIT OF THE DAY!I agree. MBTI is a scam in as much as you pay for it. Typically it's zero. I've worked in training and development and instructional design my entire professional career. I've created a team building class around MBTI that I put on. It's not scientific, but it does lead to general realizations that are useful. | /r/TheRedPill | 24/04/16 03:44 PM

Getting divorced turns men into slavesIt doesn't account for layoffs for either party, nor new jobs Yes, it absolutely does. If father were to get a new job making more money then his child support would go up. If father were to be laid off and had zero income then his child support would not decrease. This is a bit of a small micromanagement That's incredulous. It's a matter of not paying rent or not paying child support, and which one you think you can get away with. Face eviction or face fines and jail time? but I imagine it woul… | /r/MensRights | 18/12/13 10:16 PM
Getting divorced turns men into slavesIt is important to remember that his ex "got lucky" with her new SO in terms of finances. Assuming she is actually entitled to child support, it doesn't mean she is no longer entitled if she can live comfortably without it. I've always found this to be a ridiculous double standard. In order to take his money and redistribute it to her, they took into account his and her earning potential. If she were to make more money at her own job, his liability would go down. But because she's making more th… | /r/MensRights | 18/12/13 09:23 PM

Scumbag office manager implies that my son doesn't live with me"Career there..." Haha, omg. The president on down are scumbags. I don't plan to be long. I consider this company a career pit stop. | /r/MensRights | 21/09/13 01:08 AM
Scumbag office manager implies that my son doesn't live with meI'm going to hazard a guess and say that your ex and child are living in the home you used to live in together. False. His address has always been my address since after the custody battle. | /r/MensRights | 21/09/13 01:07 AM
Scumbag office manager implies that my son doesn't live with meNothing. I am home from work now, but it was something to the effect of... "No need for a meeting, I filled out the forms the way I wanted to." | /r/MensRights | 21/09/13 01:04 AM

You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)I totally agree. At the time I didn't really know better. We were both in college and 21... both living at home because it was cheaper, like lots of people I knew. Now days women don't get a second date when I find out something like that. | /r/MensRights | 08/02/13 04:51 PM
You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)FYI - You can't actually legally waive support. DES can choose to go after her at any point. I knew a dude who wasn't even the child's father, but was married to his mother. They divorced when the kid was eight. Ten years later when the kid was applying for college and housing assistance it triggered something and DES sued him for 10 years of back child support. He now pays $1400 a month. | /r/MensRights | 08/02/13 04:47 PM
You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)So they DO count the gift income (which I think is sketchy because it could end at any time, but it's not like they don't do equally sketchy things to men who work seasonally, etc.), and you have shared physical custody, and you STILL end up owing her support? Yup. It's very hard to prove her income. She has a few million, but all of her accounts are in her family's name. And none of it's set up like an actual trust or anything. Since I make $25 an hour and they're giving her only $7.25, I end u… | /r/MensRights | 08/02/13 04:42 PM
You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)No... as previously explained, if a parent has another child, their gross income automatically gets reduced in the calculation, so the other parent has to pay more. | /r/MensRights | 08/02/13 06:19 AM
You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)this seems like a substantial oversight. It's actually an explicit rule. I guess the money is supposed to go to the kids and to her general income. I can only imagine that things in Utah are bad in general. | /r/MensRights | 08/02/13 05:32 AM
You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)So, if you have more kids, your child support will go down? Yup. | /r/MensRights | 08/02/13 05:29 AM
You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)The court really CAN'T assign income based on what one adult might or might not give to another adult. That's actually not true at all. The court specifically counts gifts. Her family paying her rent is a gift. Her utilities and so are are gifts. It's counted as income. Gross income includes income from any source, and may include, but is not limited to, income from salaries, wages, commissions, bonuses, dividends, severance pay, pensions, interest, trust income, annuities, capital gains, social… | /r/MensRights | 08/02/13 05:28 AM

You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)lol, no... But the thought did cross my mind. :) | /r/MensRights | 08/02/13 12:13 AM
You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)Income that a parent receives for alimony or child support aren't included in the calculation. I honestly don't know why. | /r/MensRights | 08/02/13 12:08 AM
You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)Explained in detail in another comment. | /r/MensRights | 08/02/13 12:01 AM
You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)Well, per the same rules, if I ever have other children, (which I am actually no longer capable of due to a medical condition), the calculation would be adjusted to reduce my gross income. It's still bullshit, IMO. | /r/MensRights | 07/02/13 11:16 PM
You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)Can someone with better legal knowledge than me please explain to me how this guy could possibly be on the hook for children that were fathered by someone else, after his relationship with the woman had ended, when they weren't even married? I'm not actually on the hook for her other child. The reasoning, and I am not saying I agree with this, but the reasoning is that because she has a second child, then the amount of her financial resources that she can devote to my child is less, therefore I … | /r/MensRights | 07/02/13 11:13 PM
You wanna know what's bullshit? (re: child support)Well, I wasn't married, so for me it was just a child custody battle. But I did work for Superior Court for five years. I can say that with the new SB1170 Bill that's now in effect, Arizona has the strongest father's rights in the country when it comes to custody. Courts are now required to not take gender in to effect, and to provide both parents with maximum contact with the child. The new law, and this is the part I wish I had back in the day, also severely penalizes a party for misleading th… | /r/MensRights | 07/02/13 09:29 PM
