Kilts! Although I won't call Kilts provocative. Women love to try to get a look under, constantly make comments about if you are "real scottsman"/"going irish" aka not wearing underwear, making lewd and sexual statements, etc If you in any way call them out on the inappropriate behavior, you will often get a reply about how you really wanted the attention otherwise you wouldn't wear the kilt.

It's the issues of harassment. Zelots will track down your work and family and tell them you are part of a hate group, support rape, etc. They could call the local police and report fake crimes and get you arrested.

You can retire whenever you are financially secure. Most people do 65 because its the standard. I hired a financial planner, something I suggest everyone does. He set me up with a plan to retire comfortably at 65 but I'm still young so depending on future career paths I could be able to retire at 60 or earlier if thing work out good for me.

After the fact I wish I would have done something more. It's not right but I am paranoid that it would turn out bad. In theory I could have tried to get permission but in my mind I think it would have ended with some crazy mother cusing me out over the phone telling me to stay away from her kid and that she's going to call the cops and give them my phone number and I end up on the local news at 11 "local man arrested for allegedly offering an under aged boy a ride home"

The gym does have several courtesy phones prominently labelled that anyone can use to make calls which is why I told the kid to go back inside and call someone for a ride. It seemed like to me that he should be able to get a friends parent to get a ride. I guess maybe he doesn't have friends.

I agree I probably went over the top. Honestly it was a bit out of a paranoia that I wanted make it clear that I was keeping my distance. But the gym is in a safe neighborhood and if i was that kid I would have felt safer walking home then asking some stranger for a ride.

I'm all for male empowerment and whatnot but I'm sorry this just sounds disgusting to me. It's already annoying as hell with all the old naked guy junk on display in the locker room. I don't think I could stand 5 minutes of seeing some naked hairy guy while he's bending into yoga poses.

I have not read the books but I just saw the movie. To be honest maybe I'm a bit daft but I didn't see any obvious feminist theme. It seemed very targeted as anti-consumerism, attacking the rich for their obscene decadence and wasteful lifestyle. The use of the the games as a tool to manipulate and control the lower class and maintain power.

As a cyclist I agree if I'm on my bike and I see someone (man or women) that looks like they need help, sure I'll stop and ask if they need a hand. I've seen some negative talk about this but to be honest I think it's good. They are offering work to a group of people (mostly men) that need help. These men are giving a purpose in life again and opportunity to improve themselves. More important it helps create a dialog between people to talk about homelessness and the men suffering out there.

Apparently you are unaware how legal systems work. Once one case passes it sets a precedent for future cases. Who care's if this guy is rich or not... the point is a new precedent will have been set where any woman can go after her ex as a source of funds for education expenses. Instead of getting education loans, grants, etc, she'll be able to just tap the ol' ex for the money. That's a load of bullshit that should not be allowed!

I've been doing the online dating thing too for a while. My rule is 2 messages and I ask her to meet. If she doesn't want to I move on and ignore her. I'm not looking for a penpal or chat buddy so if the girl doesn't want to meet me why waste the energy. I know often they might seem very cool or like you are a good match but I bet if you take a second look at her now that she doesn't seem so cool you'll probably see some red flags popping up that she's wasn't as great as you thought she was.

I know how you feel. I was circumcised as a baby and as I've become more active in the MR world I went through the phase of having feelings of thinking similar to you. You just need to come to terms with the understanding that you are ok the way you are. There is nothing wrong with being circumcised, it doesn't make you less of a man. What we of the anti-circ believers are pushing for is the social change to stop the routine cutting for no medial reason of infants.

I would suggest everyone email every member of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. See this link for the list -> http://www.govtrack.us/congress/committee.xpd?id=HSIF and let them know how offensive and hypocritical for them to ban female circ but then allow a bill like this to even be allowed to be voted on.
