I can relate to this just now. McDonalds really isnt that bad as many people make it out to be. Since I've gone cold turkey on my alcohol/weed addiction, I pretty much ate nothing but McDonald's dollar menu for hot food, along with healthier options such as spinach salads, turkey, tuna etc. I've never felt healthier and get in good workouts at the gym.
